Flower order
Ordered a deluxe bouquet with extra balloon and teddy, received confirmation email for delivery and nothing received. Terrible customer service, only email or website form, the phone number is NEVER ANSWERED. I would like my flower order to be delivered and I would like to see ZERO delivery fee. Not only do they not answer the phone but the online email service lists response in 24 hours... Still waiting. I would like a full refund and my order delivered for lack of communication.
Desired outcome: Flowers delivered ASAP refund and ZERO delivery fee.

We ordered a specific arrangement for $140.00. The arrangement arrived wilted and not at all as described. I followed up with the florist and found that they were told customer doesn't care about it matching the picture. I haven't been able to get any customer service from Flowers.com and, finally, got the florist to respond only after threatening bad reviews. Florist sent new arrangement.

What arrangement was delivered totally was not equal to what I had ordered
The sub contracted florist went cheap compared to what I ordered. I totally was so disappointed! This is what $105 got me. First picture is what I ordered second what was delivered. Don't believe you are going to get anywhere near what you see online!
Floral delivery
This florist advertises as local but actually subcontracts to local florists. I ordered birthday flowers for a family member with same day delivery. Delivery did not happen during business hours, I advised I did not want delayed delivery. At 10:00PM we received a delivery confirmation and the flowers had not been delivered. Shortly after that a florist by a different name called the recipients house to arrange a next day delivery. I was provided that name and number by the recipient. I contacted that florist to advise them not to call the recipient and not to deliver the next day. This resulted in an onslaught of text messages from this 3rd party florist and then they left the flowers outside the recipient door at 12:30AM, where they froze overnight. Turned a gift to a disaster. I communicated all this to Flowershopping.con and they refused to credit the purchase. The picture in the website is misleading. The flower arrangement received didn't resemble the one from the web site. Not only the size was far smaller but the arrangement by itself was poor. When I presented my complain I was offered a 25% discount or to replace the flowers. I choose to replace the flowers which didn't happen. I receive an email offering a 20% discount (not in the full invoice).
could not deliver
Ordered Flowers over 24 hours in advance for calling hours/funeral. Got a message from them that they could not make my order happen. I was not alerted until 20 minutes prior to the calling hours start. So frustrating the flowers I ordered were not there for my Aunts passing. Definitely feeling frustrated and let down. Should have read the reviews on line instead of trusting the handpicked reviews on their webpage..

Terrible company! Ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday, never showed up. Got an email stating they would be delivered the next day. AFTER BIRTHDAY!
Needless to say the flowers didn't show up the next day after customer service said they would!
Called customer service for the second time, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor! But couldn't guarantee the flowers for delivery for tomorrow either! 3 days after the original date!
Save your self some time and money and do not order from this company!
non delivery of purchased items
I ordered flowers from this company on December 2nd 2019 only to find out on Jan 21, 2020 that they were not delivered. I called the company at which point they attempted a number of excuses including saying I never consented to divulging my name which I specifically did after their justification for such a rule. They also claimed they contacted me after which was also false. After refuting her puerile attempts at an explanation she went on, Vanessa told me that they were now cancelling the order in the system at this time . Seven weeks later? Pleeease! They claim a refund will be done to me in 3 business days but I have no reason to trust them. Bunch of scammers!

Order # 1852116...ordered flowers 3 days prior to my mothers birthday so she would receive them on her birthday...it is now the day AFTER her birthday and she has yet to receive anything! Called THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER EVER...demanded a refund, was told they would first have to contact the florist...told them I didn't pay the florist I paid flowershopping.com! BUYER BEWARE..JUST CALL A LOCAL FLORIST!

I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday. She got it on time, and the flowers were fresh. However, the vase was a SIMPLE GLASS VASE which you can buy in any grocery store, BUT it was supposed to be delivered in a SILVER REFLECTIONS vase; the green fillers were not even close to what is shown at the picture, the balloon was barely blown up. The bouquet looked nice, but far from what I ordered. When I sent them a message with my complaints, they answered me with a copy and paste message offering 10% off, later they offered me 20% off. However, when I called them, the guy on phone started out very well, then he put me on hold, and when he was back, he was extremely rude to me, didn't want to listen to me at all just kept interrupting and saying "Do you accept 20% or no? This is the maximum we can offer; do you accept 20% or no? Do you accept or no?" And as soon as I said OK, he just hung up. I paid for the bouquet over $100 CAD, but I can buy a very similar one almost two times cheaper in Metro or anywhere else. There are so many other sites where I can buy flowers online. This was the worst experience for me.

I 'm reaching out to you regarding an order i placed early this morning 10/01/2019. I order flowers for my daughters 35th birthday to be delivered by 2:pm with a rush delivery fee. I receive a call(2:30 pm) from one of your employees stating that they were unable to deliver by the time requested and May try to deliver by the end of day if not by tomorrow. Unfortunately I place the order to be delivered on her birthday. My daughter has plans to be leaving with friends for a couple of days(girls time out)so any other day wouldn't work. I spoke to a Johnathon requesting a refund and he stated it would need to be approved by corporate? and that it would take several days? I placed my order in good faith and expect to get my full refund for product and service i did not receive.

Ordered flowers for my mother in law for mother's day. Paid extra for Sunday delivery. Sunday comes along - - no updates. At 230 pm, I called and was told the florist was at capacity and the delivery would be made on Monday. No apologies, no discount, no offer to refund the Sunday delivery fee... Told if I have a complaint, I needed to submit it via email. I'm filing a charge back with my credit card, but am in hot water with both my wife and mother in law. Don't waste your time and definitely don't rely on these clowns.

I ordered a Mother's day floral arrangement, vase, and box of chocolates to be delivered on May 11th the day before Mother's Day. $150.00 for a beautiful floral arrangement with card letting my Mother know how much she means to me.
12:15 Saturday May 11th I receive a phone call from FlowerShopping.com telling me that all of the florists are overwhelmed and overbooked therefore my Mother's Flowers will NOT be delivered! Then had the nerve to offer me $10.00 off my order for it to be delivered midweek the following week. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told that there was no Manager to speak to, that I could email customer service requesting a call back from a Manager.
Worst possible fraudulent company EVER. Extremely disappointing and know I am at a complete loss that my Mother will NOT be receiving anything on Mothers Day

Order flowers for my elderly (90) year old aunt, a week prior to the delivery date. Over $90.00! I specifically stated in the "special instructions" Please ring bell and wait. She is elderly. No flowers were delivered! I called at 4pm asking where are the flowers? They told me that I would get a confirmation email when they are delivered. 6pm still NO flowers. I called again. They told me that they were there and no one answered and she wasn't home. YES she was! She doesn't drive and is 90 years old! I told her to please call the florist and ask them to go back and deliver it. The rep, said "No, and they will be delivered Saturday." Ummmm NO that is not what I ordered and requested. The rep says "Did you ask for a certain time to be delivered on the ordering site?" I said there is no place to give a specific time, just an up charge of $5.99 before 12pm. She got snippy with me and said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Really? Call the florist and have them deliver it! Then the rep hung up on me! WOW, don't use this company! Unacceptable!

Flowershopping.com is the biggest ripoff company there is. Everybody should get together to file a class action suit on Flowershopping.com. I would not order from them again! This is a bad company. Their add is totally misleading. They do not deliver on Sundays. This is a company that should not be in business. This company Flowershopping.com is a scam. I would not recommend this company, Flowershopping.com to anyone.
unethical flower shop
I placed an order for a christmas eve delivery. The recipient was a elderly woman, mentally disabled family member whom I love dearly. Since I live on the east cost and she lives on the west coast I try to send her special surprises several times a year.
When the arrangement was delivered the vase had a crack which continued to leak water for several hours. When my cousin arrived home she found the flowers starting to wilt in the cracked vase.
She called me in tears thinking she was in trouble for doing something wrong. It took me an hour to calm her down and convince her this wasn't her fault. If you have ever had the privilege of being in the presence of a mentally disabled (mentally retarded) person the first thing you will notice is their innate ability to love everyone unconditionally. They are the purest form of human character. They don't lie or seek revenge. They just deal with the harsh world the only way they know how, with love.
After calming my cousin down I contacted your customer service. I was told I only had two options:
1) take the arrangement back to the flower shop
2) take a picture of the cracked vase and send it to them
I told your agent that since I live on the east coast and my cousin lives on the west coast I was unable to do either. My cousin has the mental ability of a 6yr old and is unable to do either of these tasks. I did talk with my cousin about taking a picture and sending it to me but she started to cry telling me she didn't know how to do that. Not wanting to totally destroy her christmas I dropped the subject. I suggested that your agent call my cousin under the guise of apologizing for the mishap and would be able to confirm first hand that my cousin's mental disability is valid.
My cousin lives under an "independent living program" that strives to teach them how to live independently. A caseworker normally checks on my cousin, but was unavailable during the christmas holidays visiting her own family. Unfortunately my cousin kept the flowers outside since it was leaking water and the trash collectors disposed of it.
At this point your agent said he would explain the circumstances to the flower shop. He called me back immediately with their response. I was told that the flower shop refused to accept any accountability, they were not even sorry about the incident, just argumentative. Apparently the flower shop went as far as to say they operate under such a high standard that they never have accidents.
I commend and congratulate those working towards perfection. However I am a realist and know that the path to perfection starts with fantastic customer service willing to bridge the gap to make the customer feel loved. When you obtain this you will have customers for life. For the flower shop to say that it is impossible for an accident to happen on their watch, on one of the busiest flower delivery days of the year is just mind boggling. To whoever is reading this, do you know of anyone who is able to live their life without accidents showing up now and then? Accidents do happen and are totally outside our control and just as we cannot stop the sun from rising each morning we have no control over accidents that occur in our personal lives or businesses, it is just a fact of life we all live with.
In the end your agent offered me 10% and aleana from your organization offered an additional 20% refund. Thank you for your effort, I know you cannot force this flower shop to have compassion towards an innocent disabled person. I never wanted a refund, all I ever wanted was for my cousin to get her flowers so she knew she was loved and I was thinking of her. Refunding me does not erase this awful memory from her mind.
I am also in a dilemma over providing future business to your company. Because of how this flower shop treats the disabled I prefer not to continue to do business with them. But since you have privacy regulations in place in which you are unable to disclose their name to me, I cannot avoid them in the future if I continue to be loyal to your company. Seems like it is a loose loose situation for both of us. Thank you so much for all your help and may the new year bring you abundance and a year full of blessings!

do you think I got what I ordered??
I never used this site, somehow it came up and I saw something to order from my high school class to a classmate who lost her husband. I will show you what I ordered, what got delivered and how they said the substitution was fine with them so nothing would be done. I asked they re pick up the arrangement fill it in and fix it looks like a kid did it and redeliver. To me the flowers dont even look that fresh but thats fine, the substitution is fine but what they delivered was not. It was embarrassing. On the bottom left is what I ordered and said as shown for each price. On the right is what I got. I have all emails no partial refund no picking it up and fixing it and redeliver. No ceo shown on line just diane neil of ca is the main customer service person who no email for etc. At last after about 10 people wrote to complain when they saw the pic they offered me 15% off another order are they crazy I would never use them again. Why? Not because they substitued thats fine, not because in my eyes and I took flower arranging the flowers dont look fresh but because their lack of even acknowledging this looks like garbage compared to what I got do not I repeat do not use them.
poor customer service and poor product quality
Ordered the premium bouquet for a funeral and paid extra for Sunday delivery. Actual bouquet was small and nothing like the photo shown online. The upgrade was not evident, certainly not worth the extra money. To top it all off, the bouquet was delivered on Saturday instead. Terrible customer service, they apparently don't care about good customer relations or their reputation. The only reason their ads show up on top in a search is because they pay for Google adwords. Recommend working directly with local florists instead of this company.
funeral arrangement not delivered!
They do not even deserve 1 star ~ I ordered a Funeral floral arrangement on 11/01 that was to be delivered on 11/04 by 3:00pm. On Sunday 11/04 @ 12 noon (I paid extra for the Sunday delivery) I receive a call saying you will not be able to deliver the arrangement. This is for a FUNERAL and you wait until 3 hours before delivery to tell me you can't deliver! I could barely breathe I was soo upset ~ I am recovering from cancer surgery and I'm suppose to stay calm. Your customer service person offered to send flowers to a relatives house which was unacceptable. Relatives drove from AZ to attend their loved ones passing and the flowers needed to be there to represent those who couldn't make it. This arrangement needed to be at the viewing & funeral service. I called the Funeral home and explained what happened...They said they received a call from you Sunday morning asking about florists in the area that could process the order. YOU WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF Delivery which was 11/04 a SUNDAY no less. UNBELIEVABLE!
It turned out that the Funeral Home Director was the Nephew of the Deceased. I was mortified when I found out only a casket spray had been delivered and now my/our flowers were not going to be there. A return of my purchase does NOT justify your incompetence...this was a FUNERAL! There is no do over! Obviously I am still upset!

unethical behavior
On Saturday, November 3, 2018, about 4pm, I ordered a standing arrangement of flowers to be delivered Monday morning, November 5, at 9am so it would be there for the service of my dear friend Ed Bland. I placed this order on the FlowerShopping website and I paid extra for delivery by 9am. Order # 1428950, to be delivered to St. John's Church, 5171 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. Total price $115.85 including delivery before noon charge.
At 9:18am on Monday, November 5, I received a call saying the order would not be delivered because their one florist didn't answer the phone and the other is closed today. The service started at 10am! They said I could have a plant delivered to the home instead. So I said OK, send a peace plant to the home. I was then informed that no peace plant was available for delivery to their home in Bushkill, PA. I then spent a frantic hour calling every florist in the East Stroudsburg, PA area to get something delivered to the church before the service and visitation were over at Noon. Needless to say, no florist was able to drop everything to make up an order for me and deliver it within the hour.
FlowerShopping.com had from Saturday afternoon to inform me there would be a problem so that I could have made other arrangements. I am devastated that my dear friend and his family received NOTHING from my family for his visitation and service. HEre is a copy of my order:
