Dear Fly Dubai staffs;
I have traveled from Islamabad to Juba South Sudan this previous Sunday, dated 6 May 2018. Upon arrival I discovered that my sports kit/cricket bat is missing. Please assist me in finding out my kit.in case if kit is missing, am I eligible to make a claim?

I am attaching receipt received from flydubai staffs at Juba South Sudan airport.
