Very bad company…. The staff very rude and un helpful … I was booked to fly to Alexandria on Thursday 31.03.2022 at time 21:45 I already had checked in I was there two hour before the flight it was so crowded in front of the counter … I am having emergency case as my wife was in hospital ( Intensive care ) … nobody care about that they gave you the feeling that no feeling with them … no flexibility at all and the staff are unhelpful at all ( I was crying 😭 as I have very bad situation but nothing happened … the roles of the company we respect but unfortunately they are not professional at all ( in that day we were around 7 passengers missed the flight ✈️ because of that … I know that is Busniss but at least should be feeling and flexibility … I will complain everywhere against fly Dubai I never face that in my life … I booked again flight in my cost which giving me the feeling your own goals is money 💴…. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل you don’t know what happened to me in that situation but عند الله تجتمع الخصوم وانا خصيمكم يوم القيامه امام الله

I hope this email will find you hale heartedly well. I am submitting a complaint against your Air Line “FlyDubai” boarding staff at Karachi airport Terminal mentioning main person “Mr. Furqan The Supervisor”.
I being a responsible Government Officer at Agriculture Research Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) was selected to participate in 7th International Date Palm Conference at Abu Dhabi UAE 14-16 March 2022. I purchased return ticket dated Feb 7, 2022 Airline Fly Dubai departure from Karachi dated 13 March 2022 Sunday Time 09:55 Flight FZ 334 arrivals at 11:20 Dubai International Airport Terminal 2. For this departure I got Ok to Board from Airline Office at Karachi well in time. But when arrived at Karachi Airport on mentioned date of departure the Airline Staff did not allow me to board and stated that my first name in eVisa has one wrong spelling “SHHZADAH” but same in Arabic was written correctly (copy attached). They demanded initially “5000 UAE Dirham” to deposit as a security for allowing him to fly which I refused to pay them and showed all my relevant documents i.e. Passport, CNIC and personally surety of authenticity through by my well reputed/recognized International Scientist Prof. Dr. Ghulam Sarwar Markhand of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Sind. After all they did not allow me and I missed that flight. I astonish how your flydubai Karachi Office made Ok to Board a week ago my evisa? After that Mr. Furqan Flydubai Supervisor told me that he is trying to send me through another flight to UAE. He then arranged my departure to Sharjah by Air Arabia Airline Flight No. G9 547 dated March 13, 2022 time 16:45 (copy attached) on the same day and demanded Rs 107000/- (one lac & 7 thousand PKR) cash at that time only Rs 95000/- (Ninety five thousand PKR) which I gave him in hand as cash and he boarded me on Air Arabia Airline Flight No. G9 547 on Same Visa and document which he was not accepting earlier. I arrived at Sharjah Airport UAE with nil of money in my pocket. I travelled by taxi from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi @ 500 UAE Dirham which my friend paid.

I travelled back from Dubai UAE dated 22/03/2022 to Karachi Airport Flight FZ 335 time 12:20 DXB Dubai International Airport Terminal 2 on the same Ticket on which your boarding Staff did not allow me from Karachi.
Keeping in view my complaint you are requested to strict action against your Flydubai Staff in Karachi Office and Airline Boarding Staff at Karachi Terminal and return my amount of ticket along with taxi charges from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi @ 500 UAE Dirham and total its becoming Rs 120000 and also compensation for the mental and physical torture I received from your both staff. In case of non-reply and failure in action within 07 days I reserve the right to peruse my case in Houourable Court.

My name is Pinto David Adi.
On the 3/3 we arrived to Ben gurion airport In Israel at 20:00 like we requested to do 4 hours before the flight in order to do the correct check in to our happy honeymoon.
At 22:45 we arrived to the flight gate ( B2) as the boarding supposed to start, after one hour of waiting with no expplanation what so ever and with no one to talk to or to ask about the delay one of the air port worker arrived and announced that there is a problem with the airplane and that the flight will delayed to 1am.
At 1am again no boarding and no one to talk to. After one more hour of waiting at 2am we finally started boarding and got on the airplane. after an hour and a half of sitting in the plain, the captain of the flight announced that the problem is still remaining and we need to get down of the airplane and wait for someone to come to explain the situation.
At around 4am a crew stuff announced that the flight delayed *again* to 5:30am ! We had to wait with no food no drinks or any other basic need for such a long wait that lasted for almost 6 hours of delay. At that point we already missed the connection flight we had at Dubai (FZ 1569).
After half an hour all the passengers of the flight have been called to come back to the gate to get the unpleasant announcement that the flight attendant’s have passed their flight hours and cannot fly in 5:30am. Now, the flight canceled (FZ1628) . At that point we’ve missed a day in our honeymoon resort and we will not get our money back for this missed day by the resort . The flight now got a new hour 1:15pm in 4/3/22 (FZ1628) gate B1A. In the time between 5:30 am to 1:15pm we did not get any food, sleep options or any help with the terms we were in. We are young couple that spend a lot of money to make our honeymoon once in a lifetime, and above all I’m pregnant in the fifth month of my pregnancy, This unfortunet situation made us feel so bad and so unsatisfeid from your airline and from the way you handled this situation. being a pregnant woman I also felt I was in a risk for being such a long time with no food or drink or a place to sleep.
What We experienced made us very disappointed and severe heartbreak, we lost a lot of money on missing a day at the resort and we were told we do not get our money back!
There for We ask for a refund of the flight tickets and compensation for missing a day on our vacation and the severe mental anguish due to my health condition.
Desired outcome: Refund of the flight ticket and compensation on the missed day of our vacation and maltreatment at the airport with consideration of my health issue.

Cancelling flights does not give refund
I had a booking with FlyDubai that I cancelled a well in advance and requested a refund - but was only offered a voucher.
I was told by the customer service team I could use this voucher at any point later in the year but at no point was it mentioned that it could only be used for the same passenger.
I have been trying to reach the customer service team for ages but either no one answers or it gets disconnected automatically.
Desired outcome: Either a full refund of the voucher amount or ability to use the voucher in another passenger's name

Hello! Our reservation #N3KNVS, when we arrived at the airport we were said that our reservation was cancelled. We did not cancel it for sure. We could not fly due to this. On 12th January 2022, FlyDubai FZ 406 departing from BENGALURU ( BLR ) to DUBAI ( DXB ) had some emergency engine issues and nobody gave us any information.
The flight suddenly went down in between after the takeoff and we all were scared. I had taken a video during the takeoff and it is clearly seen. The flight kept on shaking even after the take off. We had such a worse time in the flight. Before 20 mins from landing, I clearly saw light smoke coming from left wing Engine. We were completely nervous and tensed and we couldn't ask cabin crew members because they were not present in passenger seating side. They never made any announcements. I have recorded 2 videos and this should be reported to media. I kindly request the Authorities to make an enquiry on this and take a necessary actions.
Attendants behaviour
I want to complain about pathetic behaviour of staff on 10th Dec2021 dubai to Faisalabad.
I was travelling with my 4 children, a maid and a baby nearly a year old.
there were long queues at airport, it took us 3 hrs to book lagguage. kids were awake since early hours and had little breakfast so they were hungry but there is no proper shop at airport. I know there is a subway inside so I asked them to wait till we reach in.
Again the security queues were long and they were even taking ear rings, bangles, necklaces out to pass through the scanner which I never had before. Eventually we were late for subway too.
The flight was boarding so we boarded with a hope that the food we have paid for would be served soon.
Flight was late 40 min. Atlast when they served food I was shocked to see it was literally 3-4 spoon of rice with some butter chicken. very little portion. I ordered crisp and noodles. the attendant left the noodle at table. The noodle were actually boiling hot water which I had no idea. My daughter 7 yr old picked it and dropped as it was too hot. It went on baby and she started screaming. the female attendant looked at all spilled noodles and gave me a stare like you have messed it. When I looked at my babies leg after removing cloths her skin peeled off. she had a sever burn from knee to foot. people around my seat realised and tried to help. I was waiting for attendants. They did not bothered. I eventually went to the flight attendant station to get help, they still did not not bother to attend and kept on serving food, I pressed the bell button many times but they ignored. than I pressed the button so long and called them from the other end, they finished serving food and than lady came to ask what my problem was and why I was not coming to them. I told her I need help with first aid. she said still you have to come to other station. I went with her and than she realised her first aid kit is on other side and she was just getting her frustration out by moving me around, we moved back to other end with Baby not staying still. by that time another Dr came to help and told them child need first aid. than the lady realised that she is making a mistake by ignoring. she asked me to run water on baby leg. which was not possible in the small sink of flight toilet. I was asking her to give baby same pain relief to console her. She did not help me to Put water on burn. the other dr helped to put bandage on. than on insisting she asked the flight Dr on phone for pain relief and after quite a long time we received reply of giving only paracetamol. I told her I am a dr myself and burn pain is quite-bad, but unfortunately nothing else was given.
Than the lady said very casually "babies get burns quite often in flights and they do cry too. we did not notice" Rest of the people who did not see the water spilling noticed that there is something wrong but she who gave us that scalding water didnot expect burn with it. I am very disappointed with the service and want to suggest few things.1) flight attendants should never give that much hot water to parents with kids or atleast alarm them.2) they should know the importance of first few min of first aid even the dr I took baby afterwards said if we had put water on burn for 20 min it would not have been that bad 3) there should be time record from an event in flight and help provided by staff 4) they should have training of burn first aid and also communication training to speak nicely.

This is with reference to my booking with FlyDubai with booking reference ETQU1I. I cancelled my booking. However, on your website it is not clear at the time of booking that the refund will be in the form of FlyDubai vouchers. It is only mentioned in the fine print in the terms and conditions. This seems very unfair. I am a frequent traveller and have travelled all over the world in many airlines but this is the first time that I have come across such an issue. FlyDubai already charged total AED 400 cancellation fees for both sector flights and on top of that they are not refunding the money. No other airline does this, especially in COVID situation. Everyone refunds the money in case of cancellations. Many airlines are not charging any thing for cancellations and where they do, the balance amount is refunded back to the original payment method.
This is my first and a very disappointing experience with FlyDubai. Request you to please take action in the matter and refund my money after cancellation charges as I do not want to have the 1 year validity voucher since I have no reason to travel to any destination where FlyDubai operates.

Unable to contact and Missed my flight due to COVID-19 infection
I was supposed to fly back to Doha on Jan 5th, 2022 @ 19:00 Flight # BSFVGH. Got my PCR test results on Jan05, 2022 @ 13:00 and I was trying to contact the number listed on their website to postpone my flight, and for over an hour with no response whatsoever.
Sent a message through the link on the same website, the response was " your message was received and will be reviewed in 35 days".
I hope someone from Flydubai sees this and contacts me for a resolution.

The business class check in counter in Baku was extremely rude and destroyed our bag. Not only that but the harassed us, causing us to nearly miss the flight. This was extremely disappointed.
FlyDubai flight arrives late
I and my wife boarded flight number EK2210 from Dubai to Male on 28 November 2021. The flight arrived late by about 90 min. Because of this I lost my connection flight to my final destination. I had to stay in a hotel that night. I paid the hotel (US$100) and also I paid for the dinner that night (US$43). I want to file a compliant and ask for a compensation.

Money got stolen from Hand bag
While travelling from Dubai to Dammam on 7th November via Flight FZ 8015 I was carrying Cabin Bag with me, while boarding i was asked to put my cabin bag into luggage, I had no lock on that bag as I was carrying as hand bag. In this bag I had various currencies from Oman, Qatar, USD, INR, Indonesian, Baku worth of AED 1500 (as I frequently travel to these countries), all this cash got stolen in cargo, I am surprize to experience this, was not at all expected that this will happen to me.

Everything can happened. The air carrier is not an investigating authority and is not authorized to conduct the investigation of a stolen cash, if it occurred during the international flight, of the passenger.
Th exception is the contract between the passenger and the air carrier representative on cash saving has to be agreed in form of paid insurance 2-24 hours at latest prior to the scheduled flight.
Airport services and new update to current rules
Me (Govinda Baral) supposed to fly from Dubai to Doha with my Family on 31st of October Ticket Ref. 9CP2XN (FZ) but Fly Dubai counter refuse to take us on board and asking the PCR report before flying to Doha. Please note we all Family member have the Qatar Resident Permit and fully vaccinated. I forced to take another ticket on the spot and do the PCR same time so that I can fly to Qatar and we arrived in Qatar by 9 AM 1st of November.
Once we arrived in Qatar Hamad Airport clearly said no PCR required before arriving in Qatar only 36 hour after arrival.
Now I strongly demand to bear the full expenses from 7 PM 31st October until to arrive in Qatar along the new air ticket.

A) e-ticket for each Family member
b) complaint of the passenger addressed to the air carrier or the travel agent
c) notification of the Fly Dubai air carrier or of the travel agent regarding the mandatory documents of passenger prior to scheduled departure to be presented at the airport.
The UAE ministry of economy has the agency, where the passengers can decide their disputes, apart of the traditional courts, against the breaches of rights committed by the accredited air carriers.
Based on the provided text, the submitter will need a legal assistant prior to entering into the legal dispute with the Fly Dubai air carrier or with their travel agent.
Service given by fly dubai staff in bengaluru airport
I want to give a complaint on two persons in checkin counter and pcr testing team in Bengaluru airport regarding my travel to Dubai from Bengaluru airport on 16th October 2021.
I am doing this complaint so that the other passengers like me should not face issues which I faced. It was very bad experience in Bengaluru international airport for me starting from PCR testing till boarding flight, I am traveling from last 10 years and this time I was with my family this time it was very bad experience and faced lots of issues.
While check in and baggage check, this was on of my worst experience, uncomfortable unfaithfulness, unfortunate, bad, rude and unforgettable experience because of two persons which I didn't face any of this kind of issues in my last 10 years travel. My flight check in counters were from 71-75, the person sitting in business class checking counter and his colleague next to him on the right side of him I know one of the name also I will give the name if respective authorities ask me for sure. Let me come to the point what were the difficulty and disrespectful behaviors I faced from these two persons.
Let me accept that I was late to counter not so late that it was last minute and how I was late and what are the challenges I faced outside I only know because of child's health issues ok, once I was there the behaviors were unbelievable what was done was the business class checkin person sent me to next person sitting on the right side of him. In between one lady came to check pcr and rapid pcr test reports and said everything is fine by underlined on our names.
The person in the checkin counter named Mr. Mune gowda and his colleague sat next to him checked documents for 15 mins of time and said everything is fine next he checked baggage and said 6 kilos was excess I know that I calculated he added another kilo by himself and said that it is 7 kgs and need to pay for 7 I said I don't need one small box which was exactly 6 kilos which I didn't needed when I said this to him he said some unbelievable words both were telling and harassing me and said are we here to serve you what ever you do do we need to accept who are you to decide they are asking and he is telling the other person to take money from 7 kgs by threatening me I said him it will take 2 to 3 mins to take out some things or return the box but he is not giving the box back to me and said you don't have any choice you need to pay 5 kgs money atleast and you need to move from here and when I said him I don't need that box why are you asking me to pay forcefully give me I will take out things or will return box he is not listening and is not ready to give my package box and threatened me by saying "if you take the box to return or take things we will close the counter and you will not travel" this were the words from both of them. And out of blue moon he started another rapid pcr report to me and said you bought wrong rapid pcr report, this was not my mistake how the lady came to me underlined the reports by saying everything is correct I don't know wS this a drama played by them I don't know? My child was crying like anything and my wife was not well and couldn't handle my child we didn't had time nor money in card really this guys really tested my patience by giving all the trouble, by seeing my wife and child's face I had to ask one of my friend to transfer money and I had to pay as three of ours cards were declined because of unsufficient funds. Still they were behaving very rude and disrespecting to me and my family by telling "you don't have this much money also what kind of persons you are" as of they are paying money for us to travel. As they gave this much pressure for me I forgot some of my important things like mobiles, Trimmer bag, speaker, chargers and few other things which was another trouble I faced from baggage checking department after immigration.
Bottom line is it was a simple thing I didn't needed that 6 kgs box which was there in my luggage but as they were not ready to give that box to me and also I was not able to take that box as he placed the box near to belt which I couldn't take by myself and I had to pay very forcefully, the time took to pay excess money took 15 mins by that time I would have returned box to my family outside or would have given to some needy staff in airport there were not important things in that bag the time which they wasted to do the transactions from three cards by that time I would have easily given box outside to family or given to someone needy. I pray to go God that two persons should get more difficulties in there life's than the trouble they gave to me and family and some of the passengers like us. Was this a religious feeling, or they don't like to work in there respective jobs or they don't like all people or they don't know how to lead there life's by understanding humanity or it is disrespectfullness or ignorance I don't know.
I ask and request as an Indian to please and please take action on this two persons
