Tickets - upgrade to business
Hi
I have been upgraded to business class without making any actions on my side. I have called my bank to check and i was told that i have purchased this though an auction which is not true
I did not make any reservations or any transactions but yet was charged usd2700
I didnt make any purchases and i dont want to travel on business, i dont have this money to spend
Please cancel this upgrade and put us back to economy class
I tried to text the business number (3 times) but no one responded and tried calling it too many times but with no luck
I have very few hours till i have to head to airport with 8 more family members, i just found out about this today and which is so unfair and i had no time to dispute
Please help me to cancel this transaction, allow me to fly on my original booked tickets and refund me this money
I asked to fly on economy but the airport manager (David) told me that we cannot do so as the system does not allow him. Ge called Dubai and they refused to talk to me
I have no idea who did this and how this happened but i dont have this money to spend so please return it to me

Flight. Bus. Onground staff.
On the bus over half the people NOT wearing a mask. ZERO social distancing. i was surrounded elbow to elbow with people. We stopped in the heat fir 20mins to board. All this with a baby. Then ground staff was rude. Threatened me. Ganged up on me. They came in my face as well and then decided to threaten me with the police. Again with my baby and to my wife. You think this is acceptable? Normal?

The given flight timings in the ticket is not showing in your website and if I check the ticket details in your website it's not showing Iam attaching the ticket please check whether it's genuine are fake.
Unprofessional behaviour in beirut airport
Kindly be informed that we had issued five tickets on your estimated airline for a family consisted of couple plus their three kids.
All ages are below two years, Thus we had to issue tickets for two adults, one child, two infants.
As per information passed us through direct issuer agency in Beirut, Adult passenger should sit in a car seat for the child below
Two years (in spite of he can sit straight back and safety belt could be plucked easily as his age 21 months).
We expected that above mentioned car sit is available on board (exactly like bassinet). OR if not available passenger can obtain it easily at the airport.
However passenger didn't carry with him any car sit and report to passengers counter at Beirut airport during time.
Counter staff at the airport rejected all family cause of car seat not available, Passenger tried many times to find solution, Even other passenger on same flight were checked same time Suggested to carry the infant and to purchase a new ticket for him (as an infant ticket), unfortunately concerned staff insisted to Reject the whole family, even she refused to accept the mother with single infant with no legal reason.
More over the way of rejection was very bad and far away of humanity and kindness.
Passengers after counter closing booked on middle east airlines which took off after 8 hours with no car seat, no harmful words from Counter staff, wonderful welcoming of Middle East Team.!
We sent a taxi to pick up the family to city center and bring them back later.

Hello I booked 4 refundable tickets from your website, and for unfortunate health conditionof one of my family members I cancelled the booking. As I need the money for treatment, but although they took penalty 160 bd, you refunded me in vouchers equaling 834 bdwhich is not acceptable to refund such amount of money like this cause people or me in particular cancelled because we need it. This is not practical refund. I need the money to be refunded in my bank account please
I sent multiple emails and instagram msgs no reply! I need the money as soon as possible as my 6 yrs old daughter is having heart surgery and it is a big amount if money that I can use for trearment expenses, why do they treat customers like this?! I was in check in counter 18 waited almost an hour in the line the staff there took 30 minutes to look up for my hotel reservations after everything was ok she asked me for ccmc it took me 5 minutes to get ccmc and I presented at the very moment she said boarding is closed.
What kind of customer service is this?
Is there no consideration for their customers?
The counter said you should tell 4 hours before the flight for refund, they cancelled my flight before 1 hour . Can someone explain me what is this?
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever faced . Never recommending anyone to use flydubai services.

I changed it once by choice. I was also forced to change it once because the airline insisted a flight was no longer available.
Now, I need to extend my stay and I am charged a penalty. As you might imagine I am not happy seeing that one of the changes was not my choice.

I booked fly dubai for my travel on 27th May 2021 from Uganda to India (Thiruvananthapuram).After getting my boarding pass clearing immigration at Uganda Airport while waiting at the departure gate for my flight.In front of my co-passengers i have been called by Airport staff informing my connection flight from Dubai to Thiruvananthapuram has been cancelled.
This makes your service very much unprofessional as I am flyer of your fly dubai and Emirates.When enquired at the counter replied flight available tomorrow that's not the way to deal with passenger.
I have personally called my travel agent and booked Emirates from Dubai to Thiruvananthapuram. My question is if travel agent can support me to get next available flight why don't your airport staffs assist on the above
Last my baggage was mishandled it dint reach me on arrival. Then I gave given missing complaint at the arrival Airport after a day or two I received call from airport to collect baggage. Not even delivery at door step. I am not small person to accept your transport money which offered by airline. I have rejected the same.
I am very much depressed on the way you have behaved with passenger.
I need a compensation for the insult and harassment happen by your airline.

I had a transit trip from kuwait to dubai then from dubai to Egypt by fly dubai and in egypt they told me that one of my bags are still in dubai because there was no place for some bags so they pick 15 bags randomly! one of them was mine
And I will have to come next day to pick it who is responsible for this why I have to return back to airport which takes 1 hour! I want to be sure that my bag will come today and it is the last time to book with fly dubai.
my ticket was abandon due to FLYDUBAI STAFFS' STUPID ACTIONS
i booked the ticket from dubai to Tehran, iran on 12th June, when I reached airport and checked in, their staff asked visa from me, I told her we chinese don't need visa when visit iran, this is the policy . I told her I went to iran in may and visa was not required, but this stupid philipini told me now is june not may, and she insisted to ask visa from me, I told her to double check if there must be something wrong, but she pretended to call someone then told me she had checked and again asked me to apply Evisa from online, finally I can't get boarding pass and my ticket was wasted .
so I asked my friend in iran to arrange visa for me and flied to iran on 23rd June, when I went through the Iran customs, the customs staff who was on duty that chinese doesn't need visa when arrive in iran, so the policy for chinese to come to iran is still the same, we chinese don't need visa to come to iran, so Flydubai should compensate my loss of the ticket and told that stupid staff to apologize to me .

I am stuck in Doha, passport taken. Because I was allowed to fly without visit visa
A company in Qatar booked me to fly to Doha for a two night business trip from Dubai. I checked and made sure I had vaccinations and negative test but on arrival I have been stopped, had my passport taken and boarding card. Apparently I should not have been allowed to travel as I do not have relevant entry visa. It's now coming up for four hours. No water no food no passport no information. I am trying to book a flight back to Dubai today but as I have no passport I cannot even move from arrivals. Because if they come looking for me they won't find me. The shift has changed and nobody knows what's happening. I am 64 years old and this is now becoming extremely uncomfortable. Apparently the immigration captain has my passport and is making a case.

I booked a flight with flydubai airlines and when it's nearing flighting day they cancel the flight and change it to a later date. This happened twice! please i just want my flight not to canceled again and stick to the date i booked. Please try to contact them they are not responding back. Thank You.

I booked a flight with flydubai for June 10, 2021 Canceled on May 10, 2021. Contacted Fly Dubai. Refun was denied. I was told only voucher provided.
This is not fair as the cost was over $800 and it's not fair to refuse to give money back. Also please not le the terms and conditions doesn't say vickers but says penalties of upto 200UAE Dirham, equivalent of $100 & nothing about voucher or Denial.
No one should book with this Airlines.

My name is Popa Madalina MIlica and i've booked flight FZ 1795 for 2 persons for date 7 march 2021 route Dubai to Bucharest (DXB - OTP).
Although I've paid a higher amount to have the flight for afternoon time (18:55 pm - 22:30 pm) you changed the flight for the morning time (09:35 am - 13.10 pm) same day.
This caused a huge inconvenience for me, and for this, I request you to refund the cost of the ticket.

I was booked online an air flight ticket in August 2020 from fliydubai. However, they repeatedly cancelled our flight. Then i requested to get refund through my bank detail. Then after long days, the replayed to me to refund after deducting amount 150AED. Then I agreed the deduction from the total amount and get refund. They told to update the beneficiary bank detail like changing of foreign currency into USD. Then I did that appropriately and send back them. The company is treating me to lose hope not request further for refund. Most of the time they are not replying our email. Please do not treat your customers like this. Therefore, I am providing my request to whom concern, to proceed my refund as much as possible. Further documents, i will provide upon request.
cancelling my flight for no reason
Good day. Me and my brother in law has made a reservation dmm to dubai on 21 may 2021 flight number fz 866 depature at 09:00 .This reservation was made on 19 february 2021. On march 31 2021 we have recieved an email from flydubai advicing us that they have cancelled our flight for what reasons!? we dont know but for sure we didnt ask for any changes. And they asked us to rebook again another flight " that simple" now. What fly dubai has done is wrong, in any other respectable airline they rebook your flight free of charege or refund your money for the flight cancelled and rebooke you a new flight, but again that only on the respectable airline the other mistake fly dubai made is that the cancelled booking cost is higher than the newly priced booking, so where did the diffrence in the price went to ?,
this action is unexceptable, and we will raise this issue to international civil aviation organization, and to iata, and to the proper authurity in uae if i dont recieved a respictable compensation me and my brother for this act

My name is mustafa and I was travelling with flydubai today but I can't travel due to there was rush at the counter que was too long .. when i reached the counter there was a counterer who miss behaived with other family due to some corona report issue ! Then he miss behaived with me too there was 10 to 15 minutes left before due time .. he gave me remarks LR-10:45 .. he was such a frustrated man he did wrong to me .. this is not the way to treat like this .. it was not my mistook i reached before the time .. iam not satisfied with this airline

Flight attendants did not care to enforce the rule of wearing the mask. Many passengers entered the plane and the flight attendants did not bother telling them to wear the mask. I was traveling for emergency reason and saw other passengers who were also deeply upset by the lack of care and responsibility from flydubai. No rules are followed. Also the bus that carried the lassengers from the airplane to the plane was fully packed. A fight was about to start between a male passenger who was trying to convince some carless people to abide by the rule and at least wear a mask.
It seems that eother the flight attendants are not properly trained on how to deal with people who do not observe the rules or not empowered to enforce the rules.

Airlines missing baggage
I had travelled to Kolkata from Dubai, flight no. FZ4015 on 11/03/2021. On arrival we were told that out of 4 luggage, 2 had not arrived and that it will be delivered the next day. We were travelling for a wedding and all our clothes were in those suitcases that were not delivered. We called FlyDubai who directed us to call Dnata call cemtre. Dnata people t9ld us that they do not have information for outward flights and we need to check with FlyDubai.
It has been a really frustrating experience. Worst experience so far with any airlines.
So far I had also emailed them, but have not received any response from their also.
