FlyDubai Wrong information provided in their site

Hello Team

I am Rahamathulla, resident of India and working in Dubai, I came to India for vacation and I have booked return ticket with FlyDubai having PNR: ZACN0F on 18/01/2020, when I was booking the ticket the flight timing shows 22:50 according to that I went to Airport but all of sudden Airport authority said there is no FlyDubai flight at that time and I was told that it flew away in the afternoon, I had other people with whom this happened and I haven't received any information about the preponed not even received any email or call from their respective authority It was very important for me to go that day because of you it could not happen and I had to face a lot of trouble in the Airport I came to the airport from far away.Financially and Mentally hurt me a lot I never thought that fly Dubai can do this to their passanger, so please I request them to refund my ticket money along with compensation and I am attaching the ticket please find the attachment.I hope the reply will come quickly and well If I do not get a satisfied answer from you then I will have to go legally. Apart from this I have no other way left, thank you so much in advance

FlyDubai Irresponsible travel information & loss of money due to their wrong information

20-12-2020 Confirmed flight ticket Dubai to Dammam. Cancelled by Fly Dubai without any reason, rescheduled on 21-12-2020. cancelled due to sudden decision of Saudi airport authority to close airport. We received rescheduled ticket on 06-01-2021, then received message Flydubai closed all operation till 15-01-2021.03-01-2021 all borders opened by Saudi Government, all other airlines scheduled their flights [protected]) onwards with very high price. We communicated with fly Dubai office & they don't have any answer about reopening dates. We took other airline ticket with high amount & rescheduled confirmation we received from fly Dubai very late & cancelled our flight.
Cancellation amount, waiting in Dubai due to cancellation of Flight on 20-12-2020, other ticket purchased due to improper information from Flydubai, Our loss of ticket on 06-01-2020, we need reply, compensation money etc.

They have cheated many during this time... a combined court case must be filed in dubai... just like we had in india... and court did give order in passenger benefit...

Same problem with Indigo, they were so cooperative and gave entire refund including tax... can you imagine... my loyalty for them has gone 1000% up...

FlyDubai Payment refund - cancellation by flydubai

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a ticket with Fly Dubai on 10th January 2021 and today they sent me a message that they cancel my flight no. Flight FZ 8185 my reference no. is BR64L8 so I I call the customer service and he informed me that we don't have flight until 16th January which is disaster to me so I asked him to refund my money in order to book another ticket with another company, they informed me we will refund your money in Voucher to use in the future and it doesn't make sense as this money I have to book another ticket and they cancelled not me.

Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: Refund my money by Cash

FlyDubai Rude and very bad attitude of ground staff at the counter

December 27, 2020 Flight No. FZ-343 AT 11:40AM. I help a PW passenger to check in at Terminal 3. The staff at the counter no. 8 named Kevin was very rude and helpless. Instead of help and comfort the PW passenger, he scared him and treat him like animal.

This staff dont deserve to be in this position. I believe that is not the first time, he victim more passenger and more.

His name is Kevin, he was at counter number 8 at that time, December 20, 2020.

FlyDubai Zero refund from the tickets amount

On Thursday 12/11/2020, my wife and I were flying from Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3, at 10 pm on a flydubai flight heading to Uzbekistan. And the airport was reached at 6:30 pm. The first delay was through crowding through the weighing counters. For the first time, I see that each counter works for more than one airline company and for more than one country and for different flights! Until my wife and I came to my turn, we were delayed because there is no update of the travel requirements for Uzbekistan, although I explained to the lady that I meet the conditions and told her to speak to the Consul of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Dubai, but she refused. And she is waiting for a response from the management. And until the response came from the administration, it was nearly 9 pm.

Although I explained to the employee present that my delay was not my reason and that the employee told me that we would be at the gate at 10 o'clock and that I came now and my wife has a case of death and a burial, and he did not give the matter any importance and he told me, "This is not my job and I am not an employee at Fly Dubai." I want to meet the employee from flydubai and he called someone and he refused to talk to him and he did not cooperate with me in any way! I told him that the airport had not been called for the flight, for the time of attendance, or for the names of the travelers, But the answer was "that the airport, especially Dubai Airport, Terminal 3, is a quiet airport in which no kind of calls are made from close to the year." This was confirmed by more than one person from the Emirates Airlines company as well. So flydubai refused to change our flight and forced me to pay the full amount of the change of reservation. Even though I paid for two tickets with an excess weight of 3687.4 dirhams. After flydubai refused my compensation, I changed the airline to Uzbek Airlines and paid 2000 dirhams for two single tickets. The travel to Uzbekistan took place at 12:20 pm on 11/13/2020. But the note is that the airport was not a completely quiet airport, and the airport was calling on all flights and the names of travelers, and the counters were not shared by more than one country. As if I was not at the same airport the day before.! I ask you and the esteemed Dubai government to help me and inform me who will bear my loss. This is Fly Dubai or Dubai International Airport. My loss on this day was as follows:
1- 2000 dirhams booking two new one-way flights.
2- 300 dirhams hotel accommodation.

I have a written e-mail confirmation from FlyDubai to refund my ticket in total. And guess what they haven't yet. We can use this a ground for all those who lost their money due to blunder by Flydubai when they knew people are having issues, then why did they allow more bookings...

this is fraud and not fair...

my e-mail proof from their office to refund can be used for all those passenger... lets connect and file common case through representation.

When I reached home and when I removed the plastic cover from my trolley suitcase, I found my baggage was broken..I want to ask fly dubai..this the way u r handing customers belongings...first time i fly with fly dubai and you guys gave such impression..n number of time i have been flying g from uae to ind and I d to uae but I never found such things..I m using this suitcase from last 8 yrs but nothing g happen ..how u guys handle it merciless that u broke my suitcase..its so bad..u guys r handing someone belonging like this..

FlyDubai Refund request for case no 08693759

Booked flights tickets before covid with FLYDUBAI, due to covid in the march i approached them for cancel, they said wait for a while once flight cancelled we will refund your fully money, i trusted and waited. later the flight cancelled and they returned only via voucher from that i am requesting for refund but not giving we are sufferring a lot during thiis pandemic, flydubai please give me money back, my family all went to india no one is going to travel back in the route please

FlyDubai Terrible experience

Dear Fly Dubai,

I would like to share here about my terrible experiences with your airline in September 2020, I had to leave Dubai on emergency situations so on 28th of September in the afternoon the ticket has been booked and paid (transaction went trough successfully) the flight was next day which is 29th September, but unfortunalty after one hour I have received a message from Fly Dubai that my booking reference has been declined without any reason so I had to make an alternative payment urgently by 17:53 on 29th to prevent my booking from being cancelled. The first transactions was done through my sister's card who is from Russia but declined, so I have done the alternative payment through different card from Kyrgyzstan. After I made a transaction again has been declined without any reason. I was trying to pay again but the system was not giving me any options to pay, it showed an error. I was not able to search for any other ticket (for date 29th September as it showed no ticket available) other than to pay my ticket which was on hold for me. I have reached Fly Dubai customer service to know the reason of the error and failed of transactions but representative has given me no any explanation so I asked support to complete my transaction, I was on a call for 30 min finally we have managed to complete the transaction after a lot f effort and stress, after one hour I have received again messaged that my booking has been declined then customer center has been called to know about the reason of decline but it is unfortunate that they were not able to give any reason but advised me to pay through exchanges by cash which I couldn't do this transaction not having money because of losing my job due to this pandemic crisis. It is so sad Fly Dubai has taken my energy, time and gave me a lot of stress without any reason. I have wasted my 6 hours trying to get this things done. I was hoping again to sorted out this issue since I had to fly on emergency in the middle of the night I was still searching for fly Dubai ticket from any other website finally I have found one through celartip, made a payment with same through my sister's card it went through. I was really glad that I got a ticket finally after terribly try. At 7:00 pm 29th September I have reached to check in after a long queue standing (I was on hold and waiting for long because the staff couldn't find my booking references number so I was sent Emirates ticketing on of the staff from there was looking my booking and printed out my ticked sent me back to check in gate before I go there I have shown my ticket to one of the staff (name is Angela) who was standing at the desk near to check in gate in spite of assisting me she was very rude, I have given my printed ticket to check in staff but again couldn't find my booking so I had to ask their manager to solve my issue. After almost 1 hour 30 min their manager has realized that my ticket was booked on the date of 29th October not September. It is again sad that the fly Dubai staff couldn't see this mistake and made me run to Emirates ticketing and back with my heavy luggages. This was my mistake too that I booked wrong date due to stress which fly Dubai has given me without any reason has declined my booking and has lied to me by holding my ticket. After I was sent to Dnata ticketing to explain all this situations to change my ticket since I had to fly on emergency but there were any ticket left except business class which is I couldn't afford. I was advised by Dnata ticketing staff to go to terminal 2 to catch a flight from there if someone has cancelled their flight. Dnata staff told me to hurry to terminal 2 that I had a limited time to go there. I was running to taxi with my tones of luggages hoping to fly and after I reached to terminal 2 I was made fun because why I came there as there were no any flight from terminal 2 I was asked to go back to terminal 3 immediately before the check in closes. I had only 20 min to manage to check in so was searching for taxi. All the taxi drivers were refusing to take me because they were not allowed to. I have reached to one police officer to allow me to take one taxi that I had to reach to terminal 3 as soonest. He allowed me to get one taxi as he spoke to taxi driver that he could drop me after 3 min we were stooped by RTA and this poor taxi driver was fined regardless of our explanations that they allow us. when I reached to terminal 3 the check in was closed 5 min back. I came to DNATA staff to explain why he sent me to terminal 2 but he was ignoring me to answer my questions and left that his duty is over. I was so helpless couldn't do nothing only crying. Why they are not responsible for their task, why I had to run to terminal to terminal spending money to taxis, why this taxi driver has to fine because of me. All this was heaping because of the wrong information was given to me. Why I had to wait too long that they can't pay attention too small mistake. I had to stay in Dubai to wait to next flight. I have booked my ticket two ways date of 2nd october and return to was 30th October. The fly Dubai has cancelled my return ticket and has scheduled to 31st October so I am missing one of my important conferences which will be happening on the date 30 th October afternoon. Due to this change I had to change my booking to different date. I would like to request that fly Dubai has to provide a compensation that I am missing my conferences and to all this irresponsible staff's mistake to all my worry and stress. I have returned my ticket which was bought through clertip on 29th October and paid enough compensation even it was flexible.

My last enquiry is about my Skywards miles without using them they have taken my scores 3820 value to 80 aed, please have a look at this request as well.

Passenger Name is Ms. Shamim Akhtar (age 54 years) Passport No. RW 1346781 resident of Faisalabad Pakistan. After performing Umra traveled back on Flydubai on 25 May 2019 from Jeddah KSA to Faisalabad International Airport in Flight No. FZ-7224 and FZ-5343 . On arrival at Faisalabad Airport (Pakistan) Baggage was missing and could not be traced out despite efforts by the airline staff. Therefore, lodged compensation claim on 27-08-2019 at Flydubai counter at Faisalabad International Airport vide Baggage Inventory Form/ File Reference number LYPFZ. 12264 . In this regards Final Settlement - Bank Details Form dated 04-12-2019 (4th December, 2019) also provided to the concerned staff of Flydubai posted at Faisalabad International Airport. The concerned staff assured for early payment (which was sanctioned at about Pak Rs. 9000/- Payment is still awaited despite lapse of several month.

I am an old frail and ailing woman. Kindly expedite payment into my bank account IBAN Number Pk 73HABB0008197900630503.

FlyDubai Service

My flights (kuwait/ skopje) with my kids cancelled twice by flydubai, I had no problem as long as I can book another date through vouchers. The third time there was no flights by flydubai to skopje anymore for the next two months and I have to travel with my kids to renew their passports urgently. Their what they call it customer care, the don't care, no firm answer, no response and ignoring us.
They are asking me to use vouchers while there is no flights to my country, how I would use it. Even though theit legal terms states they should provide alternate date and time.
So they don't and not accepting to refund.
Even through the flight was over priced, they hold 2500$ and no any one want to solve my problem for 12 days now with everyday calling and emailing.
You know great companies in such time, they are zero on solving problems.
It is very bad experience and I can't get my money or travel till now.

FlyDubai Unfair and unilateral cancellation of confirmed flights

I bought Business Class returning tickets from Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, to Dubai, for three weeks in Dubai, myself and my wife, and was booked and given OKs for both to Dubai and back to Dar-es-salaam on the following dates: DAR to Dubai on 8th February, 2020 Flight FZ 1688 Business Class, Booking Ref. CBZVUK in the names of Dr. Abdulkader Abdulwahid Shareef and Mrs. Fatma Abdulkader Shareef. We travelled accordingly and arrived in DXB on the same date as booked. No problem.

We were equally booked with OK, Ref. CBZVUK to return to DAR on 18th March, 2020, Business Class. Three days before departure, however, Flydubai cancelled unilaterally and promised to re-book us on the first flight to DSM, and would be informed in writing, via our provided email which is shareef. [protected]@gmail.com, within 7 to 15 days. Nothing had happened. I phoned customers services of Flydubai, several times with no response. The whole month of April and May passed, and still no response neither by phone, nor by email.

On first June, 2020 I paid a visit to THEIR only office on in Ajman, FlyDubai, which was recommended to us by The Fly Dubai Customer Care Services, as their nearest office, who re-booked us for a confirmed Flight FZ 1687, on 19th June, 2020, Business Class, and charged us 150. AED for the service (Against Flydubai's undertaking that there would be no charge for Business Class for rebooking, despite the fact that WE DID NOT cancel any Flight, but THEY CANCELLED the original date, unilaterally. Nevertheless I paid the amount for the promise of returning home). We were given the print-out confirmation, for both the date and the flight, and were provided with the full atinary. GREAT!

HOWEVER, three days before the departure, ONCE AGAIN, FLYDUBAI cancelled unilaterally and promised to re-book us within seven days, and ONCE AGAIN promised to notify us in writing within 7 days. Nothing happened for more than 12. Telephone calls to the Customer Care Service, yielded no results. No body would answer the phone. I ONCE again paid a personal visit to THEIR main office on Ettihad RD, on 1st July, 2020, where they booked us for 12th July, 2020 and confirmed in writing and provided us with the full atinary. But ONCE again, on 10th July, 2020 they once Again, cancelled the flight unilaterally, without giving any explanation.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I can no longer accept lack of responsibility and arrogance of FLYDUBAI management, falling time and time again to fulfill their responsibilities and undertaking to return us to our country. As a responsible airline, they have either to return us to DAR in Flydubai, failure to do that, they have the responsibility to book us in any available flight on THEIR costs to DAR, and NOT to play game with us for the last 4 months. Who will pay for our costs to remain in UAE, where our budget was planned for three to four weeks only. We demand to be flown back home as soon as possible, we can no longer afford to stay indefinitely in UAE! Its neither fair nor just. Please help us to be returned home on regular flight as soon as possible; we have no means to continue to stay in UAE unwillingly while our families are in Tanzania.

FlyDubai Flights canceled and flydubai refuse to refund or change tickets vouchers to same family member

Please note that due to covid 19 I am unable to support my family here in oman because my salary cut down, that's why I booked a flight with flydubai on 18/06/2020 confirmation number 307461 but was canceled, then booked again on 16/07/2020 booking sw5hcs and was canceled, I need to send my family to lebanon because I can't support them here, my problem is I need flydubai to refund my money and I am welling for them to deduct the refund fees that way I can find me another airline for my family to go back home because as per your staff your not operating till august and I can't wait because I am afraid the cancellation will happen again I am already taking borrowing money to support them so its hard on me. If you cannot refund then I need you to transfer the tickets of my family to my name at least I will not lose my money, I need flydubai help on this in a way I need to send my family home and I dont have the money because I already purchased the ticket from flydubai and I can't keep my family here due to financial issue please assist me with this or send me your top management contacts so I can speak to them.
The flight was canceled twice by you so it's not my family fault.

Till now already sent many emails requesting there help but nothing happen

FlyDubai Why vouchers, if my request for full refund was approved.?

FlyDubai Denied boarding

Dear Customer Affairs Team,

I would like to express my deepest disappointment from the way we were treated in the past 4 days at Terminal 3 of DXB International airport.

Despite of the force major situation, which I can understand, that was new and shocking for everyone, we are extremely upset of the unprofessional and unexpected Emirate ground staff behaviour.

Initially, we have booked a flight from Bali (Denpasar) to Singapore with Scoot company, based in Singapore, and supposed to transfer to a flight on the 21st of March from Singapore to Sofia via Dubai with Emirates.

We were trying to find the best and fastest way to reach Sofia due to all flights dropping out and countries closing their boarders to non resident passengers. Eventually all flights to Sofia were cancelled.

At the Denpasar airport, we were informed by the ground staff of Scoot, that we cannot board our flight Bali - Singapore due to lack of agreement between Emirates and Scoot and unable to confirm our transit flights with Emirates from Singapore to Sofia via Dubai. all flights booked with Emirates.

I would like to praise the Emirates representatives at the Customer reservation desk of Emirates at Denpasar airport, who were extremely helpful and understanding and managed to put us on a flight to Dubai EK 451 from Bali directly to Dubai on 21.03.2020. We were already exhausted of being on a queue for long 8 hours and this was a relive in that particular moment.

Emirates staff in Despansar gave us both boarding passes - the ones for the flight from Bali to Dubai Ek 451 and the one from Dubai to Sofia. EK2228.

We were happy being on EK 451 as we could still get on our flight (FZ1757) to Sofia in the next morning (22.03).

Unfortunately, our nightmare was just about to start.

After spending 9 hours our transit time at the airport in Dubai, we proceed to board our flight to Sofia FZ1757 on the 22. of March.

At the gate, Emirates staff informed us that our tickets have not been re-checked by a representative of Emirates and as result they were suspended and we were not allowed to fly.

Here I would like to point out how unprofessional and rude were the ground staff.

They looked at us, just laughed in our faces and told us "You are not going to fly today, that's it."

We were literally begging them to help us, due to this being our last chance to get directly to Bulgaria.

The flight was half empty with capacity 162 in Y class only around 89 were booked. FZ1757

The staff just ignored us knowing that the flight was about to leave. There was no explanation or sign of willing to guide and assist us of what needed to be done to solve our ticket situation.

After long flight and long transit time at Terminal 3, we went to the ticket office located next to gate B16, where we approached an agent to assist us.

The lady behind the desk had similar behaviour as the Emirates staff at the gate for the flight to Sofia. She was rude and not really willing to help us. She took our tickets and enter the office.

She shortly went out saying, that everything was fixed and if we run very fast, we can still get on the flight. same flight FZ1757. So, we did it.

The ground staff on the gate checked our boarding cards again and reply, that nothing has been changed and simply we will not fly today.

We went upstairs once again looking for help. The last flight to Sofia took off.

Another agent good soul from the ticketing office confirmed, that nothing has been registered as action in their system and our tickets were still suspended.

She suggested us to fly to Sofia in 4 days or to fly to another country close by Bulgaria.

We have chosen to fly to Bucharest, as per her advise and reassurance that we will not have any problems entering Roumania and there were no restrictions at that given time for Bulgarian citizens.

She has also informed us, that we were taking a big risk to wait for the next flight to Sofia which was in 4 days as there was a high probability the flight to be cancel due to the Corona Covid 19 restrictions being implemented everywhere.

We have asked for any compensation as hotel or meal vouchers. Negative.

We end up sleeping on airport's benches for second night.

On the next morning (23.03) we went to board the so expected flight to Bucharest Ek2244.

Unsurprisingly, we were not allow to fly again as there were restrictions in place for all passengers except Romanian citizens. The only option left for us was to ask Bulgarian embassy for assistance to escort us from Romania. Flying from Bucharest to Sofia was impossible due to all flights were cancelled at the next 24 hours and this was the maximum transit period for Romania. allowed.

The ground staff was very helpful and kind. They did their very best to help and directed us to their Supervisor. We have waited for 9 hours in front of the immigration office where our problem was finally solved. And here we have received a meal voucher for first time since we were at the airport.

However, we spent one more night sleeping in Dubai's airport benches.

On the 24th of March we finally got on the flight (EK2244) to Bucharest from where our embassy escorted us to the Bulgarian border.

We can clearly understand that the situation with the current Pandemic of Covid 19 was hard and new for everyone.

We could only imagine the stress all airport and airline employees were going through, trying to help everyone out there during these last days.

However, we cannot get over our disappointment.

We were forced to sleep on benches at the airport for 3 days and went through a huge stress due to the situation we were place into caused by the mistake of an Emirates representative.

We were not allowed to board on a flight for which we had tickets and BOARDING PASSES.

Moreover, this was the last flight to our country. This made our way back home a way harder and involvement of two embassies was imminent.

In addition, we have spent hundreds of dollars on food and phone conversations trying to find a solution. Dubai airport is a top airport and everything is expansive.

At the end we did not even receive our luggage.

This is definitely not the treatment, that we have expected from the Best airline in the world.

We hope and believe that you value every single customer of yours and will find a way to compensate the Ordeal and spending we had to endure due to one mistake of Emirates representative.

We would like you to investigate and take proper action towards the ground staff from gate C44 on the 22nd of March who needs to take responsibility for their unprofessional and rude behaviour.

Please find below the booking reference and the names of all passengers involved.

Ps. After a long and tiring transit at Dubai airport and Immigration offices we are finally back in Bulgaria without our luggage.

يوم ١ مارس وأثناء رحلة العودة من دبي إلي الرياض كان الصف طويل وأنا مريضة وعمري ٦٧ سنة فاستأذنت الركاب لأتخطي الصف وكلهم سمحوا لي فغضبت الموظفة التي توجه الركاب إلي الباصات المتجهة إلي الطائرة وطلبت مني العودة لنهاية الصف بطريقة منتهي العنف والسفالة فرفضت ورفض الركاب وسلمتها جوازات سفرنا أنا وابنتي وبدون إن تنظر في الجوازات اعادتها لي وقالت بنبرة خاليه من الأدب خليكوا علي جنب هنا فقلت لها لماذا قالت ممكن في نهاية الطائرة اسمح لكم بالسفر أو لا أسمح فقلت لها من حقي أفهم قالت ليس من حقك انتي مصرية وممكن اقول اشتباه في كورونا وتتبهدلوا وما تسافروا طلبت السوبر فايزر وكان في غاية الإحترام وكشف عن جوازاتنا وسمح لنا بالمرور فغضبت غضب شديد وقالت له مصر فيها ١٦ حالة كورونا ولن أسمح لهم بالسفر مع العلم انه لا توجد حالة كورونا واحدة في مصر ونحن مسافرون من دبي إلي الرياض وعندنا إقامات سارية في الرياض وبعد مناقشات بينها وبين رئيسها سمح لنا بصعود الطائرة وقد ادي اسلوبها معنا وإحراجنا وإهانتنا أمام جميع ركاب الطائرة أن ساءت حالتي الصحية والنفسية وقد قررت عدم استخدام فلاي دبي مع العلم اني دائمة السفر لدبي لأن ابنتي مقيمة بها .. أرجو رد إعتباري باعتذار شخصي منها علي إهانتي وأرجو عدم تعامل هذه النوعيات مع الجمهور لأنها تعطي صورة سيئة عن شركتكم

FlyDubai Baggage missing

Complaint :
I was travelling from Dmm to Cok on 06.02.2020 . My hand baggage was missing at COK, I complaint on this case ( copy attached) and your agent confirmed me that I will get it on next day but i dint receive it .
No calls or information from your side .

Again I contacted customer care they confirmed that I can collect it from DMM on 9.02.2020 but i didn't receive it from DMM and again no information regarding the baggage .

Today is 11.02.2020, Still now i didn't receive my bag and I am residing almost 250 KM away from Dammam airport and I need SR 500 to collect the bag from Dammm .

Please resolve this matter and kindly deliver my bag in my house at AL Hassa, other wise I force to register legal complaints against Fly Dubai .

FlyDubai flight service

I was booked a flight back to Saudi Arabia from cochin airport on 7th February 2.35 AM. (PX7VGE) FZ-442. Due to the road block I reached airport bit late by 1.25 am, an hour before the departure.
Even the counter was not closed at the time, the staffs were denied boarding me. I requested several times for help or further advise about what to do, but no one were listening and simply exited me from the airport at that midnight saying you were late to report.
I hand to standalone for hours there and finally a arranged a taxi to go to the nearest travel agent and book another flight ticket to travel.

FlyDubai booking flight with flydubai

Booked flight from Dubai to Kuwait in December 2019, had to cancel just within one hour and didn't receive any refund from them! It's a simple flight for 1, 5 hours and no ppl on board, and they refuse to make refund, disaster company! Booked directly from FlyDubai website and chose option with refund and still didn't receive anything from them. They send me Voucher of 30% value of the ticker which I've never asked for. I want to choose how I want refund not them!
