Frank Letas buying experience was top notch start to finish. The facilities are clean, the car fleet is solid, and the salespeople are rockstar, especially ***. *** genuineness is evident instantly and that translates to a magnificent sales experience. He was knowledgeable, direct, and amiable every interaction. Our conversations flowed naturally and I didnt feel like I was being sold anything. Based on the service alone, I will definitely be recommending Leta Honda to my peers. You leave truly feeling a part of the Frank Leta family. Oh, and theyre cars are great too! :) I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it. Will definitely be back

Recently bought a new 2022 CRV from Frank Leta, our SalesRep was exceptional. They did an outstanding job explaining everything to my wife and I. The model, specs, options, pricing, and the current delivery situation. They covered everything and basically answered all of my questions and concerns before I could even ask. What a relief for us by dealing with them. I have to say they were about the most professional auto sales representative I have ever dealt with and they represented both the dealership and Honda in an extremely professional manner. I actually look forward to our next auto purchase and will definitely be contacting them!

I purchased a used vehicle and a 7 year/100K mile extended warranty here in 2017. My vehicle was made in 2014 and I was misled to believe the warranty was from date of purchase, when in reality, it was from date of the model of the car. My representative didn't inform me before I brought the car in for service. I have been happy with my car but I feel duped and my trust has gone down significantly in this dealership. That being said, the current finance people appear to be nice. I have also had poor experiences with the service department since my car is not an Acura. I feel like I don't get the same quality of service as an Acura owner. I will have to think hard before purchasing from here again.

Had been car shopping at several other places earlier that morning and had been put thru the classic "dog and pony" show and had been pressured to buy what they wanted to sell me instead of what I was looking for. Then I went to Frank Leta ...what a difference! *** listened to what I was looking for, what my requirements were and what my goals were in purchasing a newer vehicle. Then he worked with me to get the right deal that worked within my budget for the year, make, and model CRV I was looking for. He answered all my questions straight forwardly... no B.S...and if he did not know the answer, he went to someone else to find the answer. I'm pleased to say we recently purchased a Honda from *** at Frank Leta Honda in *** and it was a great experience. I was anticipating a "gotcha" or two, but if anything, the surprises were positive. *** didn't pressure us at all and was very patient in making sure all of my husband's many mechanical questions were answered to his satisfaction. All of our follow-up experiences have been equally positive. I'm pleased to say that when we purchase the next car, it'll be from Frank Leta Honda in ***. Our sales person, John ***, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Due to the current shortage of new cars in inventory, we placed an order to hold one for a future delivery, fully expecting it to takes weeks. Surprisingly, a vehicle meeting our exact specifications was available the next day, and we arranged to take delivery about a week later (which was more convenient for us). Given the seller's market, the price was also better than we expected - the ~$1200 destination and delivery fee that we were expecting based on TrueCar online information was not added on, and a "pro package" (better floor and cargo mats) was included at no extra charge. The vehicle was spotless on delivery, included full tank of gas, etc. No complaints - smooth transaction.

The salesperson was the best! He was patient with my high anxiety level of buying a new car, and trading in my previous vehicle. He worked with the office to get my trade in fully paid off, which was amazing! He steered me away from less desirable vehicles, and showed me vehicles that would fit with my lifestyle. I highly recommend using him. Even when I was waiting to finish up with financing he kept checking on me, he was with me through the entire process. He didn't ghost me once I made the decision to buy a car, which I really appreciated. He also set me up with a colleague in finance who also made me very comfortable and wasn't pushy about add-ons. I will be using him at Frank Leta Honda in the future for my next purchase!

My husband and I just recently purchased a Honda Passport from this dealership. Were pretty (very) conservative about big purchases and havent purchased a new car in over 10 years. So, the decision to finally buy didnt come quickly for us.From our experience, we can confidently say that if youre going to spend half your week hemming and hawing over a car, you should do it at Frank Leta with salesperson, ***. *** was knowledgeable about *anyquestion we had about the car, and was more than patient with us while we took our time test driving multiple times and eventually making a decision. *** put zero pressure on us to make a decision, which is exactly what every customer wants. We left *** Leta with a beautiful new car for our growing family and priceless peace of mind.

I had searched online for weeks for a vehicle that was perfect for me. I found a 2020 ecosport online and decided that was it. I sent my information in online to let them know I was interested. John *** reached out to me via email and sent me personalized videos of the vehicle. We set up an appointment, and I filled out the loan application online to save time. John was AMAZING! He made sure the car was ready when I got there. After I looked it over and test drove it, he made sure it was what I wanted before they ran my loan application. I've never been so happy with a vehicle purchase! They also made sure my loan amount was close to what I needed. While we waited for the approval we spent time just talking about life. It made the wait time go by so much faster. I love.my new car and I'm so thankful John was there to help. If you're going to look for a car, go speak with him!

We had a wonderful experience with our recent new vehicle purchase and with our salesman at Frank Leta Honda. We were unexpectedly replacing a vehicle, and the salesman offered options accommodating our situation. We were not rushed into a sale; in fact, they were very accommodating to our time frame. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle we were purchasing, and went over using all the "technology" in the vehicle before we drove away. The financial person was also friendly and personable and explained things in detail; he did not pressure us into purchasing warranty options we did not want, but made sure our needs were met. The gentlemen at the front desk as we entered the dealership were friendly and personable and helpful to guide us as needed. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Frank Leta Honda!

The salesperson was GREAT to work with! I was super hesitant about getting what I wanted for my trade-in. He was patient and worked with me on the numbers for my trade AND got me to a comfortable monthly payment on my BRAND NEW 2021 CR-V EX! If you hate car shopping, stop now and go to Frank Leta Honda and ask for the salesperson. He's knowledgeable, confident, and above all, FUN TO WORK WITH! When it came to finance, that's always everyone's least favorite part of buying a car; not when your business manager is Birty (Tito). The finance manager went through EVERY product and was extremely thorough in his presentation. He didn't mind when I asked simple questions and was happy to go over payments and terms with me a couple of times until I understood 100% what I was purchasing. In the end, I purchased a car not from a dealership but from a family. I recommend EVERYONE purchase a vehicle from Frank Leta Honda. It'll be the best decision you make!

We purchased a certified used vehicle for Frank Leta Honda. We purchased the extended vehicle warranty they offered, *** I am warning others to not purchase this extended warranty. They have replaced our warranties parts with used parts without a warranty on these used parts. They have refused the dealership to use new dealer parts causing a delay in repairs. Our vehicle has been out of service since 10/8 waiting on this warranty company to ship the used parts to the dealership. We have not been allotted the rental car that is a covered part of the extended warranty we purchsed.as the dealer has not had any rental cars and when they did get one available the extended warranty company denied the rental car. We have had to call the extended warranty company daily for updates as they are not keeping the dealer in the loop of where things are at in the process. It has been a huge hassle and argument and we still do not have our car repaired after 5 weeks.

Thanks Frank Leta, for confirming that Used Car Dealers pretty much fit their reputation. Wow man! Test drive a vehicle, offer to buy it for your kids, and start the paperwork. Ooops! They cant sell it, even though its been listed for 5 days, because apparently their Multi-point inspection is just a couple people walking by saying Yep! Looks good! But, since its going to be under warranty, it has to actually be looked at by the shop. We cant sell it to you. But, as soon as its been approved by the shop, we will call you to finish the paperwork! On Monday, they call you again: We appreciate you coming out, and as soon as its out of the shop, we will call you back with an update. A couple of days later, after no return call, Ummm, sorry! That vehicle sold as soon as it came out of the shop! I offered to write a check the day I was there, and wasted half a tank in gas, just to buy that truck for my kids. Pathetic! Oh, well we couldnt take a deposit, because we didnt know if we were going to keep it! ? I dont blame *** nice kid - I blame the unethical business practices of a business that arent concerned with keeping their word, and the man in charge who told him what to say.

LIED ABOUT THE MILEAGE ON A PRE-OWNED! BUYER BEWARE! I drove almost two hours to see a black Honda Ridgeline. An ex-cop turned used car salesman, John *** was not truthful about the vehicle. The listing said it had 57000 miles on it when in fact I got to the dealership and it had 101925 miles. They said they "fat fingered" it. Really? He failed to tell me that the window had two rock chips and a huge 10 inch gash in the left rear driver side bumper guard along with a huge dent in the side of vehicle above the gash. The vehicle was filthy inside with what appeared to be unremovable stains. Here is the best part! I opened the rear storage compartment that Ridgelines have and it had about 10 gallon jugs of antifreeze along with the radiator pulled from the truck and a gallon of stop leak as well. I said apparently the owner had to keep filling the radiator! The previous owner whose name was in the glove box apparently pulled it from the truck and left it in the storage compartment. Brown did not seem too shocked as he still said "take it for a test drive"! When I got back they dropped the price because of the miles that I had discovered was incorrect. The Sales Manager did not even bother to come out to apologize to me or talk about it. Brown still tried to sell it with some "sales fact sheet". I called Brown the next day and he hung up on me! I am sure the GM would love to see my walk around video of this mess!. Buyer beware of this dealership!
We love the car!
We love the car! The financing was not what we thought we were getting. We were preapproved from our bank. We had our information. We told them that we wanted to work with our bank. Gave them the *** number of our banker. The financing department Supposedly talked to bank and we were waiting on paperwork from the bank to be sent over to the dealership. Our bank was giving us a great rate and a percentage off because we were customers. Again we were told we were waiting on our paperwork from the bank. Our loan was from our bank however it was not through our bank and the loan we were preapproved for. I went to the bank to set up the auto draft the following Monday. Come to find out the bank was never called. I called the bank on our way to the dealership to get the car and gave them the dealership information so the banker called and left several messages and never heard back. I gave the dealership the information of who we had been working with at the bank & told them he was in. I trust my bank because they have always been good to call me back or respond to any issues over the years. Extremely disappointed in Frank Leta for not being honest in the financing. We were able to talk the financing guy down into the amount we wanted but the fact that we were told that our bank was contacted and we were waiting on the paperwork from them. We were lied too! We had never been preapproved for a car prior to purchasing a car. So we took their word

I am very aware of the 30 day lemon law on a used car so after 1 1/2 weeks check engine came on. I called and complained. They said bring it in no charge to me because I had it checked out with a competing dealership, which I will not name so they agreed with what the other dealership said. Replace oxygen and when they removed named item, they stripped the threads on my manifold, not my fault, so I paid it smiling. Now enclosed, I bring it back 2/28 and they stated I needed a catalyst efficiency code, same part needed and code read the first time so why did they mess with my engine and manifold, light still comes on and reads 3 codes now.

We were told that our loan for our car would be included into the price of the new vehicle. It was not, they wrote a contract stating that we were going to pay cash to them for the price of that loan. This was not discussed while signing the contact and money was not collected during the sale/signing of the contract. We drove away thinking we were good to go. One week later we were told me owed the of our loan money, $680. That it was "human error it happen a few times a month" and that the contract excludes them from "human error" and we owe it per our contact. We were offered to either pay it, or refinance the car. We don't want to reference because it will increase our payments. They only reason we signed was because our payment for the new car was the same as the old car which they were aware during the negotiations of the sale of the car. Additionally, when my husband stated that he wanted to avoid writing bad reviews, etc. The sales manager, ***, told him that doing that would make it even worse for us! We see this as a treat.
