I would like to know why it's still open during this "shelter in place" command.
The Starbucks counter at the Bothell, Washington, Fred Meyers is still open. And I would like to know WHY?
From reports I've recieved: The customers do not respect social distancing
mandates or sanitary measures concerning currency exchanges.
The employees have not been issued appropriate protection.
A Starbuck's counter in Fred Meyers is NOT a critical service and your disregard for human safety is a great concern!
The Starbuck's Corporation has stated they are very concerned about employee safety...do they know the jeopardy your Fred Meyers is placing their employees and customers in?
I believe this is serious enough to alert information and news networks about. It's been well-documented that many of the people who have Covid-19 aren't aware of it in the initial stages. Even if one infected person every three hours comes into the store/Starbuck's counter--there are not adequate measures in-place to protect other Customers or Employees.

They put a $76 hold on my acct yesterday and it is still there this morning! Usually it is put back on in only a few minutes but they've been holding my acct hostage since I drove away with only half a tank! It is 5:03a.m. And it's still on there! Fred Meyer fuel put a huge charge against me. I am being temporarily charged $225.25 for buying 3/4 tank of gasoline. About the grifting, stop gripping my money Fred Meyers and holding it. My husband and I normally get out prescriptions filled at another local pharmacy. My daughter is on a prescription which requires a blood test prior to refilling the medication. Once her bloodwork comes back clear then she has a 24 hour window to pick up the prescription. Fred Meyer pharmacy participates in this special program yet NEVER has the medication on hand. They always tell us that they have to order the medication in which means another phone call to her doctor on my end and sometimes she has to have her bloodwork redone. I've asked if they could keep it in stock since she will be on it for at least 6 more months and they won't do it.
My husband and I have always felt that the techs there are very rude. The actual pharmacists are friendly enough but the techs make it very clear that you are a nuisance and they hate their job. I understand if they are busy sometimes and wouldn't think anything of it if it was even half the time. But they are rude virtually without fail! A simple smile, even if it's hurried, would be better than nothing. HOW IS THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCEPTABLE? I'll be checking with Safeway to see if they carry her medication in stock.

My doctor called in an Rx for Lantus solostar pens each pen is pre-filed with 3mls = 300units My dose is 65 units 1 time daily which equals a total of 19.5 pens. The Rx was filled for a 90 day supply, at a dose of 50 units a day so total of 15pens. I paid 3 co-payments for the 90 day supply, I picked it up on Saturday the pharmacy assured me they would correct the problem and make up the difference in the quantity of insulin pens! Today they said they can Refill my Rx sooner than 90 days after checking with my doctors office and they did find out the dose on the filled Rx was supposed to be 65u/SID. WHAT? This means is I still do not have a 90 day supply and when they fill my Corrected Rx I will have to pay the exact same amount for that! So what part of that is Fair? I want the rest of my Rx that I paid for!
