"free shipping"
This is a rip off. They're obviously not going to pay the full costs of your shipping, or else they wouldn't make any money, but they make it look like they are a service offered by Amazon so people fall for it. At no point did they mention anything about a sign up or monthly fee but both were taken from my credit csrd this month. Thats over $100 and i havent received any free shipping since I signed up. These people are cheats and swindlers, they should be shut down immediately.
$12.97 out of my account/ unauthorized bank account charge
I have a pre-paid bank card through King Soopers/ Kroger. I never gave anyone to take this money out of my account, and my bank is the ones who called me about this, cause they know I am a fix income due to I am receiving chemo treatments right now for my Lupus and I can not have this taken . I want my $12.97 back, in my account. Again, I have a pre-paid bank card and I don't have a checking account but this account is treated like one. It is also handle by US Bank . Plus I have no idea who in the hell this company is

I was promised free shipping but got charged
This site is nothing but a huge scam, do not believe Freeshipping, they are cheaters and not to be trusted. They'll make you believe you'll get free shipping but later they'll apply charges.
When I asked for a refund they said that I agreed to their terms of use and agreed to pay for shipping. The problem was that shipping was supposed to be free, even the name of their company says FREE!
Look at all the reviews online, there are tons of them, people are complaining about Freeshipping and nobody does anything. This shady business a threat to all of us! Please don't use Freeshipping, they have hidden fees and there is no way to get a refund!

took money out of my account without authorization
I was entering debits in my husbands bank account and I saw a charge for 12.95. I called my husband and he said he didn't authorize that, and he had no idea what that was for. I called them and told them they better send my money back. I don't know how they got my husbands bank account number. icfreeshipping.com has fraudulently took money without my consent.

subscription scam
I found a charge of $12.97 for Books/Magazines/Newspapers that I did not recognize. The charge was made by IC *FREESHIPPING.COM [protected] CT on 04/07/17. I contacted Freeshipping.com and was told that I registered on their site for a $20 off offer on a item I was looking to buy on Sears Parts Direct which is true. They also said that it was made clear that this was free TRIAL of thier service and that there would be a monthly charge after 7 days which is NOT true. I would never, ever, ever knowingly sing up for a paid subscription service to shop online. The did send a long email describing the program (which I did not read). Freeshipping.com did cancel my "membership" but refused to refund the $12.97.
Do NOT trust these scammers. They are out to make a buck by being deceptive and running an unethical customer acquisition program.

stolen money
I was looking to order a custom pacifier for my niece but i was able to order it because i did not want to put my credit card in since i had a gift card but then i realized the gift card doesn't pay for shipping so i just canceled the order. I did some looking around on the internet and found this is a scam and it has happened to many people i want my $12.95 back. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com
I have belonged to freeshipping for years. If you had a gift card most people know shipping cannot be paid with a gift card. You simply had to place your order, the item purchased would have been deducted from your gift card and you would have had to pay shipping. Then you merely go back into free shipping, pull up the store you went to thru the freeshipping site, make a copy of your receipt, paste it into your freeshipping form, put total paid for your order, put in your shipping charge and continue so as to get an automatic confirmation number which you include with your email with the copy of your receipt. You would have received usually 10% back on your order, sent to you quarterly, and a check would have been sent to you for whatever your shipping charges were within usually 5 weeks. I have received thousands of dollars thruout the years I have been a member. Freeshipping usually approves your claims for the month and you receive a check for your total monthly claims. Many people have claimed freeshipping to be a scam. They simply don't know how to use it. I have NEVER had a problem getting and cashing their checks. Freeshipping has given me great payouts and many a free dinner when I get my checks, Don't knock a service if you do not know how to use it. There seem to be quite a few people who don't know what they're doing and blame the freeshipping site for their own stupidity.

freeshipping.com
I was suckered. Do Not try a FREE trial. You will be charged every month, even if you do not want it. The ad that appears at the end of any order you make lets you believe you will get savings. The initial shipping charge might be refunded, but unless you plan on ordering tons of stuff with shipping fees, the monthly fee of $12.97 will automatically be charged to your account.

unauthorized credit card charges
I am registering complaints about an online ordering service of Zulily and fraudulent billing of IC FREESHIPPING.com
On 9/21/16 I placed an order (#[protected]) for an item and was offered free shipping with 10% rebate on future purchases. I agreed to that and set up my account with my VISA number and password to use for this purchase.
I have been charged $12.97 per month since 9/23/16 from a company called IC FREESHIPPING.COM on my VISA.
I called them to see where this came from and they said it was initiated by the order I placed with Zulily on 9/21. I never knowingly authorized such a charge and am unhappy that this has cost me $51.88 additional. (Especially when the item I ordered was just $14.94.) They agreed to cancel the January charge but would do nothing for the previous 4 months. I have never ordered anything else that would even be covered by this service.
When I called Zulily customer service today & spoke with both Melia & Terrance, they said they had never heard of this ic freeshipping company & would have no way of linking me to it in my order process. This is my concern. That was the only way it could have happened or somehow ic freeshiping hacked into that order & got my VISA number. She (Zulily) said they wouldn’t even have my VISA number but that is what I paid for the order with. They also told me that they were not charging me $12.97 a month so they didn’t owe me anything.
I feel IC FREESHIPPING has been charging me $12.97 a month that should not have been charged. I have received no information from them about this and just found the charges on my VISA. I believe I should be credited back the $51.88 from ic freeshippin. In researching online I see many complaints about similar things with this company . Can't find a physical address for them to write to them.
Please help me.

freeshipping.com online service
I am writing this in regards to the online service called Freeshipping.com. Upon checking my online bank account I noticed that I had a reoccurring charge of $12.97. I have no idea how where what or why this is going on. I have never created a account for this site. So how is possible for them to attach them selves to something I purchased from online and not even have PERMISSION! This site is Fraudulently taken money out of people's accounts on a regular basis. I am furious at the thought of how this could even be possibly legal! Please Be Aware of this if you do any kind of shopping online!

unauthorized debit card charges
I find there is a charge of ic *freeshipping.com [protected] and $12.97 was withheld from my debit card from the above named website on 12/26/2016. I am not sure why the amount has been deductedthe only information I have is the name of the website that took the money from my account. Please refund my account without any delay.
Also, please do not make any further charges to my credit card from this company.
I don't think it is right that I need to take these measures to reverse a charge to my debit card that was done completely unethically!

$12.97 monthly charge billed to credit card
I did not sign up for this service, I did not order anything from this service. I just saw that I was billed $12.97 for the last 2 months from this company. When I called the number for the company listed on my statement, they looked up the account by my last name, which they had, but the first name was not correct. It is the fake name I use when I don't want to give out my real name. This tells me that they got my information in an illegal way. They kept asking me for more info, but I was wary to give them more information about me. I called my credit card right away to have the charges reversed. This is not a reputable company.

monthly charges
Going though my Amex bill, I saw a reoccurring charge for $8.95. This has been going since 2009. Somehow this service was added to a flower.com purchase and I have been paying every sense. I will take partial blame because I should have caught this earlier. My concern is how does a company do business morally charging a customer over 6 years when they have not utilized there services in over 6 years. The recurring monthly charges is a scam and I hope people take a closer look at the statements so they don't get taken advantage of.
billing
I was charged 12.97 through free shipping and was fortunate enough to know where the charge came from, it was dr. Seuss and friends i called free shipping.com bc I don't quite understand how it works, and they immediately took the charge off, I ordered again from them today and saw a box that said I was eligible for $10 at free shipping.com. I order online alot but I don't think 12.97 a month is worth what I pay in shipping!

payment not received, unauthorized credit card charges, scam
On October 15th, a check for $70+some change was to be mailed out. I called about this last week and was told amount of check to be $70. I tried to log into my account tonight and was told to call Customer Service. After speaking with them my payment scheduled for October 15 th was actually going to be less than $50.
I asked for an email of my rebates since I was blocked from my account. I was told they do not send out any information.
There were three purchases from Soft Surroundings, one almost $40, one for almost $20, one for almost $2.40. Additionally, I had purchases from Lands End approximately $2.00, then one from Walmart for $1.00. I cannot remember others, however you can see that it is very close to $70.00.
I asked for a copy to be emailed to me and I was told that they don't send out anything.
I did miss a payment and my account was reinstated. I had already sent in Shipping Information for several shipping rebates for this month and was going to access my account to make sure that I had submitted all shipping rebates. My account had been blocked and to call Customer Service.
It was at this time, I was told my account had been closed. I think that my payouts were so high for the 12.97 monthly fee, that they just blatantly closed my account.
Scam, payouts from Rebates not correct and would not send me any documentation, blocked me from my account and closed my account for no reason., even though my bank account was charged monthly fee.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Suit should be IRS AUDIT
You owe me $70+ from my membership through September 12th. I really don't care whether you terminate e my membership but I do expect you to follow your own terms and agreements and reimburse me for my rebates that are to be paid out on October 15th which was $70+.
I f you do not abide by your own terms and agreements, the BBC will be contacted. If this cannot be resolved I am sure that the IRS won't mind doing an a suit on your company.
Regards,
Debbie Burton
