I found Full Source and saw a really good selection and good prices, so I bought 11 shirts. They arrived within a few days, and the shirts are good quality. Dyneema Cut Resistant Gloves are the best for jobs where you are going to be exposed to sharps. It will not stop a nail but it will be good enough to stop cuts from stray razor blades. I needed these shirts for work, like now. So I went online & found Full Source, placed my order and it was shipped out within 24 hours, with tracking, to be delivered in 2-3 days... Very next day, I get notice from Amazon that shirts are delivered. So I immediately called Full Source customer service a 2nd time to see if I could cancel my order before it was dispatched. It had already been processed. But again, for the 2nd time, customer service was professional, pleasant, easy...I was emailed a Return Authorization. I received the Full Source order within 3 days of placing it, returned it immediately & had my refund within the next 3 days. If I ever need hard-to-find 100% cotton 'Ansi Green' shirts again, I will go directly to Full Source. The entire experience was excellent-personal-forthright. Thank You.

Full Source was excellent! Actually, it was a pleasure to be able to speak directly to a person instead of going through a menu. It was also great to speak to someone who speaks English clearly. I had originally ordered through another website, but the order delivery notifications were messed up and said that the shirts might not arrive until August. I needed the shirts for work right away, so I went online and found Full Source. I placed my order and the shirts were shipped out within 24 hours with tracking. They were supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. The very next day, I received a notice from Amazon saying that the shirts had been delivered. So I immediately called Full Source customer service a second time to see if I could cancel the order before it was sent out. Unfortunately, it had already been processed. But once again, the customer service was professional, pleasant, and easy to deal with. They emailed me a Return Authorization and I received my Full Source order within 3 days of placing it. I returned it right away and received my refund within the next 3 days. If I ever need to find 100% cotton "Ansi Green" shirts again, I will go directly to Full Source. The entire experience was excellent, personal, and forthright. Thank you!
Disappointing Experience with Full Source: Poor Customer Service and Unfriendly Return Policy
So, I decided to give Full Source a try and ordered 2 shirts in XL size. But, as luck would have it, I realized that I needed L size instead. I quickly sent an email to their customer service team, hoping to change the size before the shirts were shipped. But, alas, I was told that the items were already "on their way from the warehouse" and could not be changed. Disappointed, I waited for the shirts to arrive.
A few days later, I received an email stating that my order was ready to ship. I replied to the email, once again asking to change the sizes. But, to my dismay, I was told that the shirts had already been shipped and the sizes could not be changed. I felt like it was a waste of time to ship shirts that I was ultimately going to return.
The shirts cost me $20.48 each, which totaled to $40.96. I also had to pay $4.53 in tax and $9.99 for shipping, bringing the total to $55.48. When the shirts finally arrived, I noticed that they did not come with a packing letter or return slip. So, I called their customer service team to ask about the return process. They told me that I could return the shirts using any shipping method, but I would have to pay for the shipping cost myself. I was not too happy about that, but I decided to go ahead with the return.
Here's where my frustration really kicked in. Full Source refunded me only $20.48 for each shirt, which totaled to $40.96. But, they only refunded me $3.64 in tax and none of the $9.99 that I had paid for shipping. So, my total refund was only $44.60 for 2 shirts that I didn't even need. On top of that, I had to pay for the shipping cost again and I was still out 2 work shirts that I desperately needed.
Overall, my experience with Full Source was not great. While their customer service team was responsive, they were not able to help me change the sizes of my shirts before they were shipped. And, their return process was not very customer-friendly, as I had to pay for the shipping cost myself and did not receive a full refund. I would not recommend Full Source to anyone looking for work shirts or any other products.

Absolutely Terrible Company!
This is absolutely heartbreaking. To have to cut ties with a company we've used for the last few years. Our company has gone from 50+ employees to 300+ and we have been loyal customers to Full Source. I don't know what happened in the last year but I have NEVER had so many errors, mistakes, lengthy production times as I have in 2019. As we've grown and continue to grow, I have referred Full Source to over 25+ Managers and 30+ locations and we are still expanding! Their incompetency, lack of communication within their OWN departments and horrible customer service has finally ended our business with them. If the Owner/s had any idea what was going on among his staff he'd probably be VERY irate or better yet- reconsider his policy and procedures.
Honestly, when Full Source doesn't do their job it means I'M NOT DOING MY JOB! I gave them so many chances to rectify things...
So please before you go and try this company, remember they are just an online store... most of the product they purchase is from the manufacturer and while thats totally NORMAL part of the process, they DO NOT dropship! And their process for ordering the stuff is ridiculous. LET ME REPEAT, R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!

You make your order... some of it is custom work, the rest isn't. Well you can prepare yourself to have to wait ALL THAT TIME for the stuff that isn't custom! Instead of sending out the partial order they make you wait for the entire thing.
I have gone literally almost 3 months for production! They say
'art approvals' take 3-5 business days but thats a TOTAL LIE! When I get the artwork, it takes at least 2 weeks for the first art approval! And can we talk about the design of it? 9 times out of 10, you will have to DENY the art because the placement is wrong, the color is wrong, the artwork is wrong, the size is wrong! And then, you have to wait another week for another art approval! And God forbid its wrong again... because every single time you have to wait. Its another week that is going by without your product. And then you still have to wait for them to order the stuff! Soooooooo, all this time you are dealing with their incompetent art department and in the meantime they haven't even ordered the product from the manufacturer! So, again... you are now weeks out, you finally approved their artwork and now you have to wait for them to receive it, send it to the embroidery person who they NEVER communicate with and THEN they have it shipped to you. Oh but thats NOT ALL, once you get the product you hope and pray that there aren't mistakes on it. But guess what? There usually is!
Please, please save your job, your sanity and your wallet and go with other reputable companies who value their customers! Its an unfortunate... really it is.

I have not received my package from UPS with tracking number 1Z E5A [protected]. I ordered 2 pieces of Yellow-3X clothing, which were supposed to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. According to the information provided by customer service on June 21 and by a representative named Ron on June 24, I was supposed to receive an email regarding the shipment. However, I have not received any email.
I have been trying to contact the customer service representative at 904-[Number Redacted], but he has been unresponsive and has not followed through with resolving the issue. He stopped all communications on August 4th, and despite leaving two phone calls and emails, I have not received any response. I also emailed his three supervisors, but only one responded and did not provide any assistance.
I would like to either receive the product that I paid for or get a refund of $39.89. I have a PDF file that contains a timeline of the actions I have taken regarding this issue. I have also posted about this retailer and how they treat their customers.
The customer service representative mentioned that he would initiate a UPS package investigation, but he has not provided any details or reference numbers for me to follow up on. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem. Thank you.

So, we decided to give Full Source a try and ordered 4 pairs of red laptop pants. We were excited to receive them and try them on, but when we got them, we noticed that they were labeled as 35x36 instead of the advertised 36x36. We were disappointed, but we thought that it wouldn't be a big deal since the pants had elastic inserts. However, when we tried them on, they were too tight and uncomfortable.
We contacted Full Source to ask for a return and exchange for the correct size, but they refused to take them back. We were shocked and frustrated that they didn't value customer service. We have always bought elastic insert work pants as 36x36, and we expected Full Source to provide the same quality and service.
