My Honest Review of Gabi.com
As a customer of Gabi.com, I found the platform useful for comparing insurance quotes. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and obtain quotes quickly. However, the customer service could be more responsive. It took longer than expected to get assistance when I needed help. Overall, Gabi.com is a decent option for comparing insurance options, but improvements in customer service would enhance the experience.
Signing up for Gabi.com was easy and I got the coverage I needed
Signing up for Gabi.com was easy and I got the coverage I needed. However, there were some shady details about my policy that weren't explained properly. I've been lied to every month about something and it takes forever to get a representative on the phone. I always have to talk to multiple people before I get the help I need. I've had problems with my bank account because of their autopay system. They take money out whenever they want and sometimes they take too much. It's frustrating because they make it seem like I'm lying when I try to fix the issue. I won't be using Gabi.com again. I signed up for Farmers Insurance, which used to be Metlife Insurance, through Gabi.com and it was a mistake. They have a problem with their system and can't seem to fix it.
I fully agree with John R 04/27. In my case, they could not even digest the uploaded data in Acrobat, and when I ask them why it was taking them so long to provide results, they told me that this was because I have been logging in with wrong credentials. Therefore, I have logged in and cancelled my account with Gabi. I recommend everyone not to even try with them because you will likely just spend your time and aggravate yourself.
WOW! I read all the reviews I could. One saved over $900 and the other saved $2500. What the heck were they insuring? Another thing I don't understand is why you must enter your current insurance provider. I think I can compare quotes without using your current insurance provider sand I'm not even a licensed insurance agent. Something fishy about that. And it also seems like a conflict of interest for a licensed insurance agent or his company to give advice or price quotes especially when they may use the company you currently use. If I could have NO STARS or negative stars I would have. I have 2 vehicles and with 2 well known large insurance companies my rate, even with gap and uninsured motorist protection, a low deductible and higher than the minimum liability and personal injury protection and my insurance rates aren't as much per year as the $900. Their company's quite was TWICE as high as what I pay now. I don't combine my home insurance, maybe that's why such a difference. Or they have a dozen cars to insure. The other one that saved $2500/ year, there again, I don't know what and they don't say what they're insuring. Maybe they have a 6 million dollar home and a 12 car garage full off Mercedes. I gave them some of my info they ask for on their form but left out some. I didn't give them what my rates are now and left out a lot of other information. It was late in the evening and I received a message back stating that they would have to work on it and I'll get my quotes soon. The next day I got their quote and it was TWICE what I pay now and from the same company I use now. I wonder if this is legal and the Attorney General Consumer Affairs and Frauds division know about it?

I went to their website
I went to their website. The quotes they offered me were at least $300 more than I am currently paying. Also, they started me calling from different carriers right away. I did not like the service. Fake News!

Filled out all info. Got 1 quote nearly 60% over what I now pay. Then got 15 or more e-mails from insurance companies wanting same info. What a waste of my time. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM THUS COMPANY. *** from

Tried GABI yesterday and got two leads
Tried GABI yesterday and got two leads. Both gave me quotes. I accepted one and gave my bank card information. Then I get an email saying that I cannot get that offer. So I tried the 2nd offer from a different insurance company via GABI. Same thing happened, denied after I gave my payment information saying they cannot cover me and my family. If I understand right, GABI is too optimistic and asks for bank information when I choose one of the offers, then GABI tries to deal with the Insurance company afterwards. That is not good practice. It comes off first as a suspected bait and switch operation but then again I think GABI should not lead consumers on until the insurance company truly accepts before asking for payment.

****! to good to be true
! to good to be true. They got all my information , said they could save me around 1750 / year. Absolute lie. They state i currently pay $4000 / yr for insurance(inflated/ false) if i switch id only pay around 2350. Reality: i pay $2000/yr not $4000 as Gabi claims. I wrote to them and called them out, asking for an explanation. I got a b.s. email , with no explanation for their misleading claims. Instead a " if you dont want to save money with us... have a nice day. Wrote back another email demanding to know why they are misquoting me. They failed to return my email/ contact me back with an explanation. Id actually be paying $350 more through them.dont even know if its for the same coverage. They have tiny disclaimer that says your coverage might not be the same!

So, I was trying to get some home insurance and I found Gabi
So, I was trying to get some home insurance and I found Gabi. They said they could hook me up with a company that would give me a free smart home kit. I was like, "cool, I want the Simplisafe one." The guy I was talking to said it was all good, so I signed up. But then this other person said my state only works with Notion. I showed her the email where the first guy said it was fine, but she didn't care. I was like, "whatever, I'll just go with the home insurance company anyway." But then I had to go back and forth with Gabi a bunch of times to get my Simplisafe system to work with the insurance. And they still haven't sent me the free smart home kit they promised. I have all the emails to prove it, but it's not cool that they promised me something and then didn't follow through.
So, I had a policy with Gabi.com but I wanted to cancel it in June
So, I had a policy with Gabi.com but I wanted to cancel it in June . I tried to talk to my agent but they never answered the phone, so I left a message. I got a new policy from another agency in March and I didn't hear anything from Gabi or Travelers after that. But then in June , I got a letter from *** Services saying I owed them $1260 for the 2021 premium. I called them and they asked me to prove I had other insurance, so I sent them a copy of my Certificate. But then they said I sent the wrong form and they wanted a declaration. I sent that to them but they said they didn't get it. I got more demand letters and they changed the dates on them. They said they had given me Covid relief but I never asked for it and my cars were undrivable anyway. I finally got a new policy from another company and one of my cars is in the shop getting a new motor. Travelers also left me stranded when my car broke down and I had to wait for hours in the heat before giving up and getting a friend to tow me home. Can someone help me out here?
