Yesterday the parcel reach at Melaka Branch, I know yesterday 16 April 2018 is holiday gdex wont be open so the parcel cannot send out, but it should be send out today and I should be receive it today. But I track the number it still stated the same thing "imbound in melaka". It is very important and emergency for me. And also why the parcel come out from BP have to send to the PJ then only come to MLK, why cannot straight send from BP to MLK? I hope you all can improve this. Im really dont know why have to waste the time send to there send to here. Sorry for the inconvinience, Im really hope you all can improve the all things please, Thank You

I want to complaint about your service which is too suck... I havent received my parcel since 2 April! I check by gdex tracking my parcel arrived at Kota Kinabalu is on 7April then only on 9April it "out for delivery" but then it show undelivered due to late linehaul arrival. Then on 10April its show again "out for delivery" and AGAIN on evening its say undelivered due to late linehaul arrival! What happen to ur service! my office is not too far! We pay for ur charge!
bad attitude of sender
The sender called me but I couldn't pick up the call as I was busy with my work. After awhile, he called again. I had my sister help me collect the parcel and she got scolded by the sender asking her why didn't she pick up the call. When she explained that it wasn't her whom he called and that I was unable to pick up the call because I was busy. He then said "dia ada kerja, saya pun ada kerja"(She has work to do, so do I) Worst courier service ever.

31/03/2018 : Inbound to MKZ Station (as per mentioned in your e-tracking portal) and from this date until today (05/04/2018) there is no delivery has been made. How long you want to keep the parcel? I've never experience this bad service from GDEX Kuala Lumpur Branch. But GDEX Melaka was very disappointed!
I do understand there are much GOSHOP parcels as per mentioned by your staff. But when we are the customer called you to know the status, should you treat us politely. I call GDEX service center on 03/04/2018 to know the status, your staff promise me to call me back within 24 hours to update the status. But no call received. 04/04/2018, I call back to confirm the status, again they promise to check and call me back to update the status. But again..no call received. From these calls, (i forgot to jog down their names) I can simply judge your staffs are not efficiency enough! Today 05/04/2018 at 4:20pm i call your service center again to know the status, the same answer i received "We will call you back for updates". Hello? Is this how your staff handle the customer? I'm soooooooo disappointed! Im looking forward to hear update as per promise by your staff tomorrow. I, myself will call you back tomorrow and I HOPE i will here a good NEWS! I dont want to wait call from your staff again! and...Please provide training to your staffs how important being polite to others with better and good service in order to improve your service! On the 2nd of March, I received a "sorry" note, asking me to collect the parcel at their branch. Also written on the "sorry" note, was also the date of "an attempt of 2nd delivery", which was written "2nd of March" as well. I dont always receive parcels with Gdex so I thought the 2nd delivery was made on the same day. On the 3rd of March, I drove from home, all the way to the Gdex Kuching branch, only to be disappointed, and even more disappointed with the custome service I was given. The male clerk did not at all offer an alternative or slight of help to the situation, and only said to come back the following day to pickup the parcel, at the Kuching branch, which is ridiculously far from where I'm residing. Tho the male clerk called the dispatched delivery unit to confirm his whereabouts, but resorted to giving me the sorry note because no one was at home. I don't think it is my fault that I'm not at home for the 2nd delivery. Clearly, the dispatched delivery unit should take heed the information they jote down on the SORRY note
lost my parcel
I received tracking number on 23/2/2018. When i went to collect it few days after that, I was told that the parcel was collected by another guy a day before I went. They should not let others to claim the parcel without asking me. When I asked them how can I get my parcel back, they just said they will check back and call me but I still did not receive any call after one month. The parcel contains so many things ordered from TaoBao and I loss more than RM100.

Almost 2 weeks, I dont receive my goods. And today they just call me and told that the rider cant reach / detect my location., hello? Two weeks need to confirm back with customer? So worse ever your service. Please wake up, make some improvement since a lots of complaint about your services. Yet, your motto doesnt link with your service,. Saya telah menghubungi hq gd express untuk memaklumkan perkara tersebut kerana tidak berpuas hati atas tindakan pihak gd express alor setar kerana mengatakan telah sampai ke lokasi alamat rumah dan memaklumkan seperti dalam sms kerana tiada sebarang bukti menjelaskan perkara tersebut. Pihak yang menghantar tidak menghubungi saya ataupun meletakkan apa-apa kad dalam peti pos seperti dalam syarat perkhidmatan kurier gdex. Saya telah memaklumkan tentang perkara tersebut kepada operator yg menjawab panggilan dan mereka menyatakan ingin meghubungi saya kembali tentang perkara ini. Pada hari yang sama juga saya telah dimaklumkan kembali melalui panggilan telefon oleh branch gdex alor setar dan mereka berunding dengan saya tentang perkara tersebut dan berjanji akan menghantar kembali barangan saya pada hari isnin selepas cuti dan pelbagai alasan lain antaranya hari lain tidak masuk kawasan pendang kedah. Saya menunggu pada hari isnin 19 mac 2018 dan apda tengahari jam 12.40 lebih kurang, saya telah sekali lagi menghubungi cs gdex tentang perkara ini dan sekali lagi operator lain nama prima cuba menjelaskan mereka akan menyelesaikan perkara ini pada hari yang sama dan menghubungi saya kembali. Saya telah menunggu panggilan sehingga jam 4.40pm dan masih tiada apa-apa maklumbalas seperti di janjikan dan sekali lagi menghubungi cs gdex dan telah dijawab oleh operator nama lisa (tidak pasti) dan mengulangi perkara alasan yg sama untuk menyiasat dan memaklumkan kepada saya dalam masa 5 minit branch alor setar akan menghubungi saya kembali tentang perkara ini. Setelah hampir 20 minit menunggu masih tiada jawapan dan saya telah menghubungi sekali lagi cs gdex dan memaklumkan lagi perkara ini seterusnya bercakap dengan cik mira dan masih dengan alasan yang sama tidak pasti. Saya berasa tidak puas hati tentang perkara ini kerana sikap sambil lewa dan tidak bertanggungjawab dalam aduan yg dibuat pelanggan dan servis penghantaran yang teruk dan memanipulasi cerita mengatakan telah sampai ke lokasi pelanggan padahal tiada sebarang kelibat dilihat. Sikap tidak amanah menyuruh pelanggan sendiri menuntut di branch gdex adalah tidak beretika. Menipu pelanggan adalah perkhidmatan paling tidak bertangungjawab dilakukan oleh penhantar gdex. Saya berasa sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan penghantaran yang menipu pelanggan dan tidak bertanggungjawab. Kelemahan customer service yang memutiar belit cerita dan tidak peka terhadap aduan pelanggan dan perlu berulang kali membuat aduan yang sama seperti tiada makluman menyukarkan permasalahan untuk diatasi. Sikap berdolak dalih antara branch n cs gdex membuatkan pelanggan berasa keliru atas permasalahan pihak gdex sendiri. Perkara ini telah berulang kali di lakukan oleh gdex ekspress branch alor setar. Kerugian masa dan panggilan telefon yang berulang kali terpaksa saya tanggung dan tiada penggantian balik terhadap kerugian tersebut amat mendukacitakan kerana kecuian pihak gdexx sendiri. Saya telah merekodkan semua percakapan yang dibuat. Sekian untuk perhatian.

I called customer service for 3 times to confirm if my parcel coming to my office today, they remark and I asked them to call me back for confirmation but none of them call back.
For information I checked the system, it was out for delivery since 9.41am this morning.
How could a parcel take so long from PJ area to Bangsar south?
I been waiting since morning until now about 7pm yet i finished work at 5pm and i have to waited for extra hours just to wait for my parcel!

I want to complain regarding the services from GDex Sungai Buloh. Until today I didnt receive my parcel but the status of my parcel already delivered. I dont know where they put my parcel. I already call Gdex sg buloh, the staff said they already send it to the agent GDex and but cant contact him. This is my tracking no: MY43006705577. I have encountered many problem with GDex Sungai Buloh and not just one time. Before this they send the parcel late to my house. now, wheb I change to my office address, still giving me a hard time. I called Gdex Kota Kemuning for courier. The lady staff who answered my call is being rude to me. She was raising her voice when I asked her about 3 times. It because the surrounding of the receiver is too noisy and I couldn't hear her voice clearly. She should asked politely without being rude. Please take some action to improve the services as this is not the first time. Remember that customers always number one! Do good and good will come to you! Thankyou :)))))

from Penang Bayan Baru to Bayan Lepas it took NINE days cannot delivery to customer's hand!

I didn't receive my products for a few weeks, and when I check my tracking number online, it wrote that "undelivered, no such address". I m frustrated so I dialed the GDex customer service. At first, we come to a compromise that they will send it to my house on the next day. Later on, a man called me back, asking me where is my house using a impolite tone and keep blaming that it is me who didn't receive call and I m the one causing the inconvenience.
