On the day of delivery, Gdex send sms informing my delivery is OTW (at 9.17am), I waited until 11am no one appear, went for lunch near my housing area. I came back at 11.45am and noticed Gdex card on my gate.
I called Gdex office at Rawang, no one pick up.
Monday I called Gdex Rawang asking why the dispatch didn't call me when he was in front my house because I was 5 min drive away. She told me it is not Gdex policy to call customer. So I have no choice but go to Gdex pick centre at rawang to collect my item.
To be honest my experience with other courier service such as Skynet, Pos Laju and etc totally different. They will call me 5 min prior delivery, if no one at home they will find a way to deliver the product. They even will set a meeting place to delivery the product. This is what we called as "Excellence customer service !".
So my suggestion to Gdex, if "calling" your customer and informing them on arrival of their product is not in your policy, I will say you guys are in the wrong generations.

gdex service, no sorry card receive
My tracking number is MY40034071693. I am truly dissapointed with Gdex service and this happened not once, but almost twice. The tracking site said on 9/2/2018 at 4.32pm "Undelivered due to Sorry Card" but I never got the 'Sorry card' at the first place and I'm home all day long on that date. I understand that the delivery man might find it troublesome to find my house number as I'm living in a 5 storey apartment (mine is ground floor by the way), but I wouldn't mind to show up if he ever give me a call from the first place. I'm pretty sure there a phone allowance provided by gdex for the delivery man so why not making things easier for you and the customers. Logically, what should I do when I don't even get a sorry card to collect my parcel?
extreme poor service and attitude of the staff
For information, we sent in our notice thru email for 'Reverse Charge Collection' to your Melaka Branch on 2nd February 2018 with a following call to your branch. A return email from your branch received by us on the same day (2nd February 2018) from Cik Fazliana confirmed the received of our request. However, we got frustrated when we tried to follow up the status of the collection by call to your Melaka Branch few days after awaiting the document, the call keep ringing but unanswered for the whole day. We did follow up again in the next day but was told the person in-charge was not around. On 9th February 2018, we managed to spoke to one of your Melaka branch staff and was told that there have yet to process the collection as the collection not shown in the GD's system.
OMG, after 1 week than told me not in the system for arrangement? Worst, the staff served us kept defending said we didn't request the collection on 2nd Feb. Can you all please check back your email? I have my email records printed with me to prove.
We are very disappointed that a 'Award Winning' courier service provider has unable to provide the services as per the GD Express' company 'Philosophy and Mission' stated. A reverse charge collection that took 7 days for pick up only and yet unknown to reach my office on what date was far beyond our acceptable time frame, moreover it was a very important document that we classified as 'URGENT' in our request to your branch office.
We are seriously consider to terminate the service in the near future.

I have placed a pickup for yesterday date 08/02/2018, but the gdex dispatch never pick up the documents from until our office close. So when i called gdex they say the documents has been picked up and when i checked the status in online pickup system, they also mentioned in the status "successful". If they have picked up successfully, then why am i still having the documents in my hand today and i have to rearrange for another pick up today. Gdex please check whether your dispatch have really collected the documents before update your status. The documents need to be delivered urgently and now its delayed because of your careless.

the delivery service of gdex is really pathatic, the delivery person even did not bother to call before delivery when home was locked (Hpaooened twice),
The GDEX standard operating procedure does not exist, or the deleivery guy is not trained properly to abidy by the rules, it means that you even do not go for prayer or lunch if uu expect delivery from GDEX, i wanted to have my mobile but thanks to gdex poor services, when you call, no one picked up, after going to office, they said we are closed at 12-30 pm, really pthatic experience with gdex
Delievry came in office time, they expect you to stay at ho, e all day and take a leave from office since you expecting a parcel, Further, the person from Johor office called and they said me to contact within one hour by skudai office ( [protected]), but the skudai office did not call and when i called skudai office the number on the sorry card ( [protected])no one picked up, and online response, GDEX do not botheer to respond. i think gdex seriously need to train their employees if they want to carry on business, POS malaysia is far better than this stupid Gdex

hello... I really dispointed about gdex services because my item was not delivered at the adress... is ok if the adress in rural area at least gdex must to deliver at the nearest town but today I received a masssage from 63633 said rm0.00 gdex:sila tuntut barang anda disebelah sek keb pokok sena (no.57, lot 50) pada 08&10/02/18 (9.30pg-1ptg/2.30pm-5pm) tel: [protected]
then I call that number and I ask why not sent at least at the town at the adress and he said today we are not delivered. and I think this is bad services the adress given that I should pickup the items taking about 40 minutes from my home...

The delivery of this item was taking way too long than i have expected. There's always a reason the receiver putting up a remarks. There's no extra effort to go bck to the shipper to Inform if receiver is uncontactable. On 26th in the morning i made a call to Gdex to check and found out the contact number was wrongly labeled! The woman i spoke with told me the item couldn't be delivered on 26th itself and will arrange to be delivered on 27th around 10am in the morning! On the 27th I still didn't receive any call for my item to be delivered and i made a call again. I have total made more than 5 calls as no ones return ny call as told they would! Taking their own sweet time to check and telling me my shipment was missing and then after that found it and guess what? They told me they CANT DELIVER ON 27th! I was being told and i have extra emphasized i hv to receive it by this week but it was not being attended to it carefully! What is the customer service!? Taking up the call and talk without acting on it? Please investigate this ! I am freaking disappointed wih your service provided! The attitude from the customer service personnel was not good either!

Is on cash on delivery term. The product sent to my house this 12pm++ afternoon 22/1/2018. My sibling collect on behalf. They ask him to pay first Rm288. And do not let us to see the product first.
My brother paid, and open the parcel. Told me is a watch. I say ok. Only when i come back realised it is totally different watch from what i order. They give me a cheapskate fake watch. What a scam. Im very unsatified with the product they sent to me. Please advice how can i get back my refund? Or find that person's company? 😡😡😡
very poor delivery service
My parcel arrived at GDex Melaka at 4/1/2018 and stuck there until today. They do not inform me for late delivery. I'm still waiting for my parcel. I have contacted Customer Service but still not resolved. I also have asked one of GDex staff to rechecked on the status of the late delivery but seems no improvement on the status.

Please ensure that your delivery man treat people nicely. I received a COD parcel that need payment on the spot however, the parcel is not mine. So I dont have sufficient money to pay the product. The owners of the parcel are on his way back home in 5 minutes. I asked the delivery man nicely to wait for awhile. However, the delivery man acted so impatient and complain so much which are they are not supposed to do that to customer.in future please please be particular on how your staff treat customer. Thank you.
gdex bad service and lost my things
I order my things from Lazada at 1/1/2018. I wait for 3 week, I still can't get my things. When I ask them, the Alor Setar branch push the responsibility to KL. The KL push to Alor Setar. Call multiple times, every time call every time tell me the service is down!

I had ordered my item from lazada and it had arrived at sungai petani branch 09/01/18. Today is already 13/01/18 and the status here still no update on the status... You can see how bad is the people working inside the sungai petani branch... Irresponsible... Careless... Don't pickup the phone.
I had called many times but they didn't answer the call. Finally, I called kl office to follow up. Even they cannot get through the phone with their sungai petani branch and called me back to apologize. This is ridiculous!

Collected on 13/1/18 12p.M. At gdex jalan tandang, pj. Parcel is tag as fragile item on the parcel but item is broken once I open it. Gdex staff at counter said will report for refund. Hopefully will get the refund which promised by the staff. I don't think gdex has called me upon reaching my home. As I don't received any called. And there are no any letter written in my mail box regarding this sending.
