8/28/23 I was sold a 2021 jeep compass that the transmission was out. I wasn't gone 30 minutes from me purchasing this vehicle and took it straight to service. They told be it was the wheel bearing. Long story short 2 weeks later after giving me the run around, The secretary in the service department finally told me that it had transmission issues. The service manager told me they had to buy the transmission to fix the wheel bearing because you could not buy the separately. So I asked to get another vehicle due to that one having issues before I bought it. So now a month later i find out they didn't pay off the jeep, I still have balance, and my new vehicle is $10,000 upside down. They should have never traded the jeep in they should have canceled it and started over because the car was broke when I bought it. All this has cause negative remarks on my credit report due to the finance company showing I have 2 car loans and not paying on one. And my car payment is now $627 due to the negative equity in my car. I have a 2021 kia F5 that I owe almost 30,000 on. I didn't even trade in a car initially and had $500 down. So I can not even refinance my car to make my payments cheaper because of the negative equity. I have called and talk to the used service manager and when I told him I wanted to speak to the General Manager he hung up on me. I belive this was wrong for them to take advantage of someone that did not understand what they were doing and they were just trying to make a profit not once but twice. For 30,000 I could be driving a new car. I bought used because I needed a cheaper car payment and now my payment is $100 higher than the jeep. Sales Manger told me the reason was because the bank messed up on my first application only like 2 weeks difference between application that's why my car payment is higher. I am very disappointed and unhappy about this whole situation. I would greatly appreciate a resolution to these issues.
Desired outcome: To finish paying the jeep off, and, and fix it where I'm not trading In a car that they sold be broke.
