I have a checking account with Georgia United Credit Union. The organization has frozen us out of our account and denied us access to monies that rightfully belong to us. According to the GUCU, they have falsely speculated that certain wire transfers that I made to OK Coin USA based in California were fraudulent.

Predatory lending at its best. I opened a secure credit card only to be told I would have to put down 125% of the amount I would like to secure. They hold your 125% and will return it to you when you close your account. Well if I close my account wouldn't that defeat the purpose of opening up an account? And it's a practice that wasn't explained nor do other financial institute charge 125%
I have been a member of this bank for years .Never hD problems until covid and they shut the door now everything is open and they still are not can't get appointment due to hours of there's and work but in the last 12 months I've had money taken from my account more than 2 times but these 2 they won't correct 10$and the lady was belligerent with us on the phone now it's 94.97 and they are saying 10 days now 10 business days I did my part do your job give me my money and open your lobby so people can come in and discuss thing or you don't want to because you want your costumers to be ripped off and unhappy.I wrong to treat you customers like this if it wasn't for us you would be out of a job .pay me back please and open you lobby or I can bank somewhere else .

A fraudulent charge was made on my debit card on Saturday June 19th for the amount of $491.33, a day that I was at work at the peachtree corners target, 70 miles and one and a half hours from where the charge was made (Pilot gas station in carnsville ga), and I filed a charge dispute with my bank the following Monday after 2 failed attempt phone calls with them and was finally told my dispute would be submitted. The teller informed me that it would be 3 days before the money made it back into my account but I have yet to see it (now Saturday June 26th). It is coming up on the end of the month and I need the money back or I will not be able to pay my bills. I have attached and electronic copy of my time card for the day in question.

I have been employed within the city of Atlanta for almost 20 and a member of this cu. Service has been disrespectful lately to that fact. I have been employed with the same employer for almost 20 years. I've been a member of this cu for the same amount of time If not longer. I've had lots of money in this bank and no money at times in this bank. And the level of respect and loyalty does not reflect that. Earlier this year I had a representative be so condescending in explaining why certain features were not available to me. Then here during a pandemic while I still have regularly scheduled direct deposits you'd rather charge me $32 to not pay a bill than to charge me $32 and pay the bill until the deposit hits. Disrespectful to a 20 year relationship that means absolutely nothing. I'd like to speak to someone about what message is really being sent here.

Approximately March 26, I submitted an application for an auto loan and was approved right away. I was quoted an interest rate of 2.45% and I have it in writing. When it was time to cut the check to the auto dealer, March 29th, I was informed that my interest rat would then be 3.45%. A full percentage point higher! I was speaking with my loan officer, Gisel *** and she offered me an extended warranty for my vehicle. I agreed to purchase the extended warranty for approximately $1800. It is now June and I have yet to receive any information regarding the extended warranty dispute several phone calls and emails. Dates of emails: 4/7, 5/11, 5/12 and 5/27 with phone calls on 5/12, 5/18 and 5/27. I need to have information regarding the loan and the extended warranty. I have yet to receive any paperwork regarding either item.

Never provide Visa fact case, just forward emails Wasn't kept abreast of my case as I was told I would be with not being information, I missed the appeal time period of 10 days and it wasn't mentioned in the decision letter. Deny base on manufacture stated I never responded to their email, GUCU had my email showing I replied. -Had to email (April '21) to get the Decision letter (never received in mail), confusing as it stated No Error found and a provisional credit would be taken back. No Error Found? and there was never a provisional credit -Georgia United Credit Union tried to appeal to visa be it was past the 10 day period (which I wasn't informed), was informed that I would have to pay $500 to have Visa review the appeal. Visa didn't review appeal because of the missed 10 appeal period.

My wallet was stolen from my job which included my bank card. Reported the situation, the thief was able to get into my account again even though i received a new account number. I have expressed that i need my funds back but I'm getting the run around on how thief was able to access the account again after a new account was given to me. They don't answer any questions and have no remorse for my finances
