I brought a shoes from labim mall kathmandu on 1st sep and i wear it on 6th sep . After returning home, when i put off my shoes its damaged. Immediately tomorrow morning i went to store and complain abt and asked to refund or return but they denied . They told me they need to consult with their international team and will revert back soon. They called me on 8th sep and told our international partner revert and said it can only be repaired . And today is 14th sep I haven't heard till date .

On the 18th of june I did order shoes for my son which unfortunately had to be returned! The return of the good was processed by ups within the return policy of your company!
Several email correspondence took place since end of june as the refund of my money wasn't processed! Today is the 30th of august and I still haven't received my money back!
The way I am treated by your customer service is unbelievably bad; the fact that your company still hasn't been able to refund my money is unacceptable!
I will share my experience on trustpilot, aswell as making other people aware over the bad service I received from your customer service so far, if I won't receive my money back within the next 24hours!

I purchased school shoes for my son online by the end of May which I returned via UPS within Geox return policies 1 day after receiving the order! Till today I haven't received the refund of my money! We are writing the 1st of September and I am still being treated like a stupid child with excuses over excuses to how and why I haven't received my money back yet!
This is unacceptable and I expect the immediate refund of my money within the next 24 hours!

I bought shoes from your store in Jordan. I wanted to replace the shoes with a larger ones. They told me that they do not have the required size, so I was obliged to take a different type. I wore it yesterday, it hurt my foot. The point is why I am obliged to buy a different type? There should be in your policy that a customer has the right to take his money back if the required item is not available in case of replacement.

Geox Womens Shoes
I ordered a pair of grey women's nebula shoes last week and received them today. The excitement felt short seeing the state of the shoes arrived in. Dirty, scuffed, with debris, box full of dust...just simply unacceptable. Will not be ordering from Geox again and will be returning these shoes. This was a complete disappointment and one that I've never experienced with any other retailer!
Refund not paid
I have attached photos of ups text proving my return of 2 pairs of trainers on the 13th and 20th February. I have emailed GEOX but still not received my refund. I returned them whin a day of receiving them as they were both the wrong size, unworn. You can see evidence of both products with their codes as screen shots and a screen shot of both ups texts which prove that I returned the shoes promptly. I am not rich and waiting for the refund to buy trainers for work and need this money. I have never experienced such poor service and feel very disappointed in GEOX as they are supposed a better class company selling quality shoes, this is not classy it is cheap to keep the money of customers and they have evidently done this many times.
Desired outcome: My money refunded to my PayPal account £115.00 in total -both trainers were £57.50.
geox shoes broken for second wear
I saved my money for long to get a super pricy geox. End up the geox shoe was tear just right after 2 times wearing. The another pair is brand new with price tag, but found its has very soft shoe base like toffee candy.
Didn't expect a usd 250 shoes will have a worse quality than a usd 2.5 shoes. I have many pairs of low cost shoes can last much longer than geox yet still in good condition

I purchased a pair of Strada sandals from your Burlington (MapleView), Ontario, Canada store. Although I didn't wear it more than 15 times, the plastic ring on the side broken and it is worn from both sides inside so I took them back to store to ask for repair on July, 28, Sunday around 1:00 pm.
I also informed them I am going to leave soon for my summer trip so would be great to get it soon. The lady on the front desk said I am going to get a phone call sometime in the coming week and I am going to back my sandals after. Nobody called for 8 days and then I called them back today around noon. Another lady got my name and number and said she is going to call me back pretty soon, she didn't. I called them back at 4:00 but the third lady said "it is going to take AWHILE up to two months!" and she said she is the manager of the store but refused to give her name. Also said, there is no repair facility around so THEY SEND TO SHOES SOMEWHERE THIRD PART NOT GEOX! Then said, I can get my sandals back in unrepaired condition, such a nice customer service!
Then I gave a call to their customer service number but I was given a specific (costumer.care@geox.com) email address to make a claim. I sent them an email and received a reply saying they will call me with a ticket number. Since I didn't receive any phone call, I sent them a few more emails, but there's no reply. When I called their 1800 number they said they cannot help anyhow for store purchases and they didn't provide me with any alternative contact information to get help store-related problems.
Basically, it is way better to AWARE GEOX, their Trustpilot point is also 1/5 so everyone agrees that they have horrible customer service and they don't behind their product.

On 27 June 19, I visited one of your store in Oxford Circus in London, I bought one pair of shoes and the shop assistant asked me if I need the shoes box, I said no need. However I tried on again after I got home, it seemed not fit me . I brought the shoes back to the shop on 29 June 2019 to return. The cashier told me that she can't return for me because there is no box, I explained that I didn't ask the shoe box. So she said she would ask her manager, then she told me that they can only give me the exchange only because there is no box. I said the box was in your warehouse, and she asked one Chinese Shop assistant explained to me because she assume I am Chinese, that Chinese shop assistant was absolutely rude, and abruptly told me that they gave everyone shoe box, and they explained everyone no refund no shoes box, it was completely not the communication, he sounded he was the boss and had made the conclusion, and there is no service at all. I went to complain to shop manager, First he said there is no box, second he said all the sales items are subject to exchange only. Eventually he agreed to give me credit for the amount I bought . I got the confusion, is it no refund because no box, or no refund because of the sales items. If the first the box is still in the store warehouse, which they can track the system or check the CCTV on the day I bought the shoes, and which can save those ‘conclusions', assumptions. If the second that's the first time I have heard about this policy. Can anyone give the proper explanation.

My name is Einat Caspi from Israel and over the years I have bought a few pairs of shoes and boots of Geox.
I bought about 3 years ago 2 pairs of boots- 1 brown than 2 months later a black pair
each pair cost me about USD 400.
As Israel is mainly a summer country, I tend to wear my boots only during winter
last month I took out my black pair of boots and once I put it on my feet- the whole sole was broken into small pieces.
the brown pair I wear and it is perfectly OK.
I wnt to the shop chain named Originals which sales GEOX, and they were rude enough to completely ignore my complaint.
I approach you, asking to replace this pair into another pair as I don't think a pair of boots needs to be thrown after 3 seasons only!
I also attach the brown pair so you can see it is OK and not broken at all.
I shall appreciate your earliest reply.

I had the very same experience with a pair I bought 2 years ago at 365Hamashbir, Israel. The sole was broken apart. The local store did not agree to replace it and a complaint tn Geox international site got no respond!
geox shoe sucking in water
My pair of Geox shoes for $325 is sucking in water from the road. It should be a respira that absorb perspirYipn in the sole of your feet not ducking rain and slush from the walking. I Need a replacement . The receptionist that stalled me for 4 months kept on finding excuses . She saw the pics tha t the show was barely worn it is Geox and she say without a receipt she cannot know if it's really a Geox . I offer to send it fir inspection she wanted a number I provided also the box it came in but nothing g she was agreeable to and blocked me from speaking to customer relation . She is apparently the buffer as a "No" to any resolution Everything communication and pictures were sent . I'm stuck. Please help

I have bought a couple of Shoes in 14.September 2017 in the Geox Stop in Alghero, Sardinia, Italy ( Via Carlo Alberto 30, 07041 Alghero). I have changed my mind und decided to return them the next day 15.September 2017. I haben's worn them outside, all the labels were in place. As well as receipt. It was refused by the shop to take the shoes back. I have insisted as it breaks my customer rights. The member of the staff Ilenia called main office, but it was rejected as well with no explanation.

In Geox shop, Arena fashion outlet, Prague on 19th August 2017 from approximately 5 o'clock PM, me and my family went in geox shop when we were selecting shoes one of the staff came to us was very rude shouted to us concerning boxes on the floor, some for us were still trying and some not for us i tried to tell her we r still selecting and some dont belong to us, she was very rude and impolite shouting to me and my daughters, threw an empty box hard on the floor and left place, I followed her to tell her she should not shout to customer this way, she still shouted more, i asked about shop manager and she had very bad response and did nothing and shouted to me also.The rest of the staff kept on laughing loudly while i was fighting with their colleagues.
I went out followed by my daughter left my husband and other daughter in to pay and one of them hit my young daughter leg with a shoe on purpose .i wrote a complain MALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. after this few minutes, we discovered that my daughter left her back bag ( jan sport) inside shop with a GUESS wallet inside, with some documents and staff we bought inside.and a CAP
when my husband went back to ask about bag, two or three of them were not in, were in the back area i guess and the rest they laughed and one told my husband only CAP inside, means they found it and then she told him we had nothing for you.
we informed security saw camera that we got in with bag and out without it .
then security went to them, they said we saw nothing.then they were still very rude.
we called police made claim and left Prague following day.
I complain here that am a regular customer in GEOX in many countries, I have never been treated that rude way in any of Geox shops .I just paid for the shoes because my daughter needed them and they were already upset from what happend and because I understand that GEOX is a big brand that will never accept this happen to customer from staff and I assure again that I always be treated very good in GEOX SHOPS all countries I visited and in EGYPT where I live, and i wait for a convenient suitable action and answer from Geox international for what happened to us in one of your shops.

I bought two pairs of Geox shoes of the same kind (nr 28 and nr 31) for two different kids. After one month use both shoes are completely damage. I have 3 children and I am a Geox customer for 9 years. Every year I buy between 4 and 6 pairs of Geox shoes, which last for a complete year. This time, these shoes did not resist for more than one month. I am sure that is a defect on this particularly model, because it is the first time that I observe this behavior and two different kids have damaged those shoes in the same way. However, the Geox does not accept their fault and claims bad use of my kids. australian with faulty geox shoes, don't know who to contact
I am an Australian and bought a pair of "waterproof" Geox shoes while traveling in Florence, Italy December 2012. By February 2013 one shoe began leaking water in.
While traveling around USA and UK I visited the stores and sent out emails asking what could be done and the information I received was that they were happy to exchange for anything in their store but they couldn't do much else because they didn't carry the styles sold in Italy. There was nothing that suited my needs at their stores so I decided to wait until I returned back to Australia.
Back in Australia I was able to get in touch with the Australian representative of Geox in March 2013. After 3 months of back and forth (mainly all my emails were asking for updates as the guy never got back to me and when he did, there wasn't much progress) I finally call the representative only to find out he no longer works for Geox and there is no longer an Australian representative.
So here I am now, in Australian winter, still with faulty expensive shoes, very irritated with the bad customer service and not knowing who to contact.
I have sent an email to [protected]@geox.com but I am sure I will not get a response. I also posted a comment on the Geox facebook page asking to be contacted only to have it deleted and noone has yet contacted me.
I believe my shoes have a 2 year warranty... but at this rate I am not hopeful.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful to hear back!

quality has dropped with geox in recent years, I don't think you'd get two years out of a pair anymore; took a pair into geox store on bourke street as after only six months sole was leaking and falling apart; they told me to throw them away and buy a new pair. C*** quality at premium prices.

I bought a pair of geox shoes from istanbul shop.
When I used them in the first day, after a while, the shoes started give me paining and kind of burning of my foot. Those problems caused of not walking properly.
Thats why, I wanted to go home soon.
Next day, the problems of shoes gave more trouble on my foot and fingers such as:more paining, some wound and making red. After that I went to a doctor and showed my foot problems.
I got a report and medicines from the doctor for the problems.
Later on, I took back the shoes and doctor report to the shops and told the problems.
Said to me they would sent them to the head office for quality and other checking.
Finally after 20 days, the shop told me they couldnt find any problems on the shoes.
Therefore, we cant change or get return them.
Dont buy any geox shoes.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. On January 2 I made an online purchase for a pair of men’s shoes. Shipping took longer than promised. Already not impressed. I received the shoes several days later and they did not fit properly. Right away there is a problem with the fact that for returns the customer has no option but to return online. Why can’t I go to a store like any other major shoe company and exchange/return in store. Instead you are required to pay $7.50 for return shipping taken off your purchase price and drop off at local UPS for return. So fine I did this. The same evening that I dropped off the package I got a call from UPS saying my shipping label which was provided by geox was a duplicate label and they could not ship this item with this label. So back and forth with the CSR at geox customer care # [protected] speaking with someone who said this “never” happens and not sure what went wrong. Then comes the supervisor of the call centre Blanca; who made me feel as though it was MY FAULT that the label was a duplicate. Several days and I never received a label so I had to call back again and apparently they had the incorrect email address and that’s why I never got this new label. So fine, I give them my correct email address which would have been on file ohms online purchase anyway but none the less I finally got the new shipping label. Thanks Rabah... now we are middle of January the 16 and the shoes get delivered. Geox website states 5 days from receiving the item for refund. I called 7 days later for an update only to be told because of holidays that the refund time was now 10 days. So I continues to wait. Now almost 3 weeks later and still no refund I began to get a bit annoyed with this situation. Spoke to Dalia who explained to me the refund was processed Jan 29th and I should get my refund soon. Now into February and me sick and tired of the lies from geox customer care department I call geox Canada head office and after speaking to someone there who was probably the most helpful person in this whole situation that I dealt with (thanks Maryam) It was found that the shoes were actually sitting at their office. What does this mean? It means I was not sent the correct shipping label by geox customer care because it was sent to the wrong Geox location. SERIOUSLY? Like who’s running this place? So now Maryam gets in touch with her people and explains how upset the customer is and that I want to be compensated for my time and yeah guess what? I still want my damm REFUND! And someone should contact me like immediately. I never heard from anyone in the company and when I called [protected] demanding to speak to someone I am told no one is available and I ask for someone To call me back and I don’t get a response. I was told today that my refund was processed 19 hrs ago to my paypal account. Well we will see if that even happens. The amount of anxiety frustration and anger that I have experienced in this situation cannot even be expressed in words… The company should be embarrassed and ashamed of how this transaction has gone and the lack of accountability and responsibility that has been taken on their behalf. I would highly discourage anyone from ever shopping on GEOX.com website in the future.

I bought a pair of GEOX shoes in Hong Kong and it has manufacture defect at bottom inner part of shoes. It has unusually high bump that gives me pain while I am walking. And I visited the store and they suggested to call customer service. (I don't understand why). The store manager said that is the only way that I can fix the shoes. Anyhow, I contacted numerous times and left messages three times, but there is no single return call.
It is really bad experience in Hong Kong Geox. It is more pricy than US and service is really poor and shoes is not even breathing well. I don't feel much different from other shoes. Be careful when you buy Geox.
