I understand that for Covid 19 they have shut down but they do not email you back, or answer the phone for the customer service line. They have been posting stuff on social media so I sent some messages there an no reply. I bought shoes last week before the shut down of stores and need to do a return but am not sure if the stores will accept it if the stores are still closed after 30 days? Once again... no one from customer service is getting back to me or on social media accounts.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 What The size 8.5 on 3/20 that were obviously tried on and returned. Two right shoe horns, lace tag ripped, and the right shoe toe box is way off center (probably why they were returned the first time by someone). Only talked to one person on the phone after trying about 70 times. Person was no help and told me I had to wait for them to get the email I sent on 3/24 after I received them in the mail. I posted pics for them. Still no response. I don't want to ship back and pay for shipping and not know if I'll get the shoe exchanged for a real DS pair or get my money back. Still waiting... have ordered in the past and not had an issue, so hopefully this all gets worked out so my experience doesn't stuck with me. Please contact me.

Later on today, I received an email stating "we had to issue a refund back to the original form of payment this item was a limit one per order per customer". I called them immediately as I ONLY ordered 1 item as the website stated was allowed. I was then told that they would review the situation and respond back. About two hours later, I received another email stating
"Thank You for your order with us at Shoepalace.Com. Unfortunately Item (SK: CDXXXX-XXX: size: 11) Was On A Back Order. We apologize for the inconvenience of us being unable to fulfill the order. We appreciate your time and patience. A refund has been submitted on 10/15. Once you have received an email of the refund notification, it can take, depending on your bank, up to 3-5 business days, or sooner, again depending on your bank, for them to acknowledge, process and refund the amount back to you. Thank you and we apologize again for the miscommunication and the inconvenience of being unable to fulfill the order. We hope you have a nice day and stay safe! Thank you for shopping with us!"
First off, they were giving me various different reasons as to why my order was canceled and refunded after the previous reason was addressed by myself as invalid and incorrect. Second, I do NOT believe it is at all fair to do this to customers that try very hard to purchase limited release shoes that they truly want just to have it canceled. Shoe Palace also advised me that I am not able to reinstate my order and basically that there is nothing else I can do to resolve this. I am very unhappy with their handling of this and they should NOT be allowed to just cancel an order due to back order or inventory issues. It is their responsibility to make sure sufficient stock is provided upon an online release. And even if that is the case, they should notify their respective customers and simply fulfill the order once the appropriate stock/inventory becomes available.

Missing shoes
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes early August, the first delivery slip says the box contains 3 pairs of shoes but the box only had 2 pairs. I took pictures of the shoes inside the box and sent them to customer service as asked. The box was to small for 3 pairs of shoes to fit in it so I know no one took them out, they were never put in. The second delivery came and the shoes weren’t there either. So they connected me to FexEx who was rude, telling me they have a tracker on their trucks and they know they delivered to the address. I never said they didn’t deliver, I only stated I was missing a pair of Nike shoes that I paid full profit and still haven’t received them. No one is returning my emails, I call the customer service number it says I’ve reached them after hours, when clearly it’s not after hours. I’m very disappointed spending money on shoes I haven’t received. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I advise anyone to order elsewhere because they’re not resolving the issue at all.

When I checked tracking today, it said out for delivery and then I noticed that the delivery town was ***. This is not my town. I did a google search and noticed that the same stress does indeed exist in ***, and I went back to confirm I gave the store my correct town/zip, which I did - ***. I reached out to the store because only shipper can initiate address change with ***. I have not heard back and the package did get delivered to ***. I reached out to the store again telling them I do not have the package and will not have it since it had been delivered elsewhere and it I not my responsibility to try to recover it.

The told they would not be taking any returns or exchanges from March prior to lockdown My husband purchased me a pair of shoes right before the lockdown & closing of retail stores in March. Shoe Palace online purchase for $270. Package was lost during shipping, and Shoe Palace will not provide a refund. On Sept 14, 2020 I purchased two pairs of shoes online from Shoe Palace for $270. Shoe Palace shipped the items through ***, and *** lost the items during shipping. Shoe Palace filed a complaint with *** on October 1st and advised it would take 30 days for the investigation to be completed. *** confirmed the shipment was lost on November 13th, and advised it would take another 7-10 business days for them to complete the investigation. On Nov, 30th, 2020 Shoe Palace advised that *** refunded the order, and they would issue me a refund. On December, 7, 2020 I called Shoe Palace for a status update regarding my refund, and was advised that they are short staffed and to please allow until Dec 11th for the refund to be processed. Feeling very frustrated about this process as it has been almost 3 months, I called Shoe Palace on Dec 9th for an update, and was advised that *** only refunded $60 of the order, and they can only provide me a $100 refund. I am completely livid! I purchased two pairs of shoes for $270, and Shoe Palace is only willing to refund me $100, for a package their carrier lost. They should not be allowed to steal money from me! I will never do business with this organization again.

The shipper stated the shoe had to be returned to vendor due to having the wrong address/insufficient information for an address. The vendor emailed the Customer stating the shoes have been completely returned to Shoe Palace on, May 11th. Customer repeatedly called the vendor through multiple people throughout multiple days and multiple times to no answer. In total, the customer had to call over 20 times until we were answered by customer service. Customer also sent an email to the vendor (Shoe Palace) on May 12 with no answer. Customer service representative stated they did not have the shoes but the shipper stated otherwise. Customer service representative also stated the customer would receive an email with more information on the product. Customer waited 3 business days and still have not heard back. Customer called again on May 18th. Customer service representative again claimed to not have the package. Currently, the customer is still waiting on a response from both the emails and a follow up email stated from the customer service representative.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On July 21, I ordered and paid for merchandise that was lost by thier shipping agent. They refuse to provide a full refund. On July 21, I ordered and paid for merchandise from Shoe Palace online store. The merchandise was lost by thier 3rd party shipping agent, On Trac. On Trac has excepted liability for the lost package, however, Shoe Palace refuses to issue me a full refund of monies paid for items lost by a company for which they have a contract. In speaking with On Trac, they state that they are fully reimbursing Shoe Palace for the value of the merchandise. Shoe Palace, who states to have filed a claim on my behalf, also states that they are only able to refund me *** on the credit card on which payment was remitted. They also offered me an addition *** online store credit, in which I declined because I have no trust in them, thier customer service or the method in which they ship merchandise. From reading hours of online customer service reviews, it appears that this Company practices unethical, immoral, unfair and illegal business practice of not providing full refunds to patrons who are entitled to such. If Shoe Palace's shipping agent, On Trac, has paid them the value of the contents that I initial paid for, Shoe Palace has padded its pockets twice. How is this fair to a consumer, who through no fault of her own, to take a loss?

Stay away from this website. I still haven't received my order and I've sent them multiple emails. They also never pick up the phone. Horrible experience!

The Manager at Grapevine In Grapevine, TX mall cussed my husband who served the military out because his mask was not covering his nose. Mind you; he had his mask on. When explaining that people struggle with ptsd and have issues wearing a mask without brief breaths the manager took her mask off Called me a *** and was ready to fight. She continued to tell us to get the f@$$$ out of her store. Her actions were
UnAcceptable. Im sure she feels she is doing the right thing but to treat anyone in the manner like how she treated mu family and I is never OK.
They treat they employees like *** especially women employees. The managers pray on the young girls and only hires girls for looks.
