Watch out, folks
Watch out, folks. If you get something from Xero Shoes and it don't fit, you ain't gettin' all your money back. I got me a pair of shoes that didn't fit and sent 'em back all nice and neat, but they only gave me some of my money back and told me to read the small print. Even if it's legal, that's just plain bad customer service. I ain't gonna be buyin' from these guys no more.

I luv Xero shoes! I got a pair of their sandles, a pair of canvas shoes (that I like so much I got 3 of the exact same style/size) and a pair of hiking boots. These hiking boots are the newest pair and have only been out for one hike, but I really like them so far. Always had great customer service and I have returned shoes to them in the past and it went very smoothly.

They charge extra for shipping if the shoes don't fit! Other vendors who sell minimalist shoes don't do that and their shoes are just as good or better. I wanted to try Xero Shoes, but when I got my usual size, they were too big and I don't want to pay more money to get a pair that fits. I've shipped similar sized packages for a lot less than $20, and when it comes to shoes, fit is really important. A $20 fee to try them on just doesn't make sense. I hope they don't keep my money.

So, I just got my new Xero Shoes and went for a light hike. But, the insole of the left shoe is all messed up and falling apart. I reached out to customer support for a replacement, but it's been 3 days and no response yet. I need a fix for this pronto because I'm heading to *** in a week. I didn't think these shoes would break down so easily and I don't have time to wait for a replacement. If I don't hear back soon, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. I spent $160 on these shoes and I'm bummed that I might have to spend more money on a different pair.

My sandals were okay, but the inner soles were slippery when wet. I had some problems with my order though. The website had a glitch and I ended up getting two pairs of the same sandals at the same time. When I tried to return the extra pair, I had a hard time figuring out the return policies. I had to pay for shipping and handling on both orders and the return. It was really confusing. The company didn't handle the situation very well either. They said I should have called when I submitted the return, but I didn't know that. They also said they never received the return order, but I can't confirm that. I don't think I'll be buying from them again because their ordering platform is too complicated and their return policies are confusing. They don't seem to care about people as much as they care about making money.
Xero Shoes is the best!
Xero Shoes is the best! Their customer service is super friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the Pheonix Leather shoe being too narrow, but when I called, they helped me find the right size and even suggested an alternative shoe, the Phoenix Knit. When my Xcursion hiking boots let in water, they were quick to send me a new pair after I sent them some photos and a description of the problem. Now I have a bunch of Xero Shoes for all occasions and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Xero Shoes!

I bought these shoes from Xero Shoes and they said that their shoes have a warranty of 5000 miles
I bought these shoes from Xero Shoes and they said that their shoes have a warranty of 5000 miles. I walk around 2-3 miles every day, but the soles of the shoes wore down in just 3 or 4 months. It's nowhere near 5000 miles, not even 1000 miles. I contacted the company, but they said that it's just normal wear and tear and they won't honor their warranty.

I got 2 shoes from Xero Shoes, a pair of sandals and a closed toe one, less than a year ago. They fell apart and I tried to warranty them. They told me to destroy them and they would mail them. I destroyed them as told but they stopped responding to me. Now I have no shoes at all. I am disabled and don't have endless money to buy more shoes after spending over 200 this year on shoes. I just want my shoes as promised. This company lied to me and scammed me out of my shoes and money.

I sent back my order but haven't got my money back yet. I emailed them a bunch of times but they didn't answer, messaged them on social media but no reply, left voicemails but no response. Now they're not even taking voicemails. I can't get in touch with them at all. I spent a lot of money on this return and they won't talk to me or tell me what's going on. I've been trying to reach them for weeks but they won't answer. It's not fair that I have to waste so much time just to get my money back for shoes I didn't even wear. Can someone help me out here?

I got a pair of Xero Shoes for $174.27 with shipping. I wore them for a bit and they hurt the top of my feet and didn't have good grip for winter hiking. I asked for a "prepaid" label to send them back. The policy said they'd take $9.99 from my refund for the label. But when I got my refund, it was $24.27 less than what I paid. They didn't give me back the whole price minus the $9.99 for the label. So I only got $150 back from the $174.27 I paid. They said I also don't get back the shipping charges. So they're taking $39.99 from me on top of what I already paid for a refund. It's not fair!

I got shoes from Xero Shoes website, but they sent me the wrong size. I told Xero about it, and they said I had to buy a new pair and they would refund me later. But they didn't refund me even after weeks. They said the vendor opened a payment dispute against them, but I didn't do anything. I told them I would open a dispute if they didn't refund me, but they said they already refunded the dispute to the wrong person. Now I paid twice for one pair of shoes because I paid both Xero and their shady vendor. Order number is *** and card number is ***.

I bought sum shoes ($63.12) from Xero Shoes but they were the wrong size. I sent them back for a store credit but they didn't get back to me and didn't answer my emails or calls. After two weeks, I emailed them again and said I wanted a refund instead of a credit. Then, they magically sent me an email saying my credit was ready. I told them again that I didn't want a credit because I didn't trust them. We went back and forth a few times and they ignored my requests. Finally, they said they would give me a refund for $43.50. I knew they wouldn't give me back the $9 for shipping, but they also kept $10.62 (including tax) of my money. I'm mad that they might be doing this to other people too. I have emails and a tracking number from FedEx to prove that they got the shoes back in three days, even though it took them fourteen days to reply to me. I contacted my bank and they're looking into it.

I got me a pair of Prio shoes from Xero Shoes on July 12. It was my first time buying from them. When I got the shoes, I tried them on to see if they were comfy, fit well, and good quality. After walking around my pad, I wasn't sure about the size, so I emailed the company with my question. They sent me an auto-reply saying it would take 2 weeks to get back to me. I tried them on again to check the fit. When I put on the right shoe and started tying the laces, the strap that holds the laces on the tongue broke off. This was only the second time I tried them on, and I never actually wore them. It's a bummer that they broke so easily. I sent another email marked Urgent and told Xero Shoes I wanted a refund for the shoes. On 7/28, they replied, saying my only options were to get a new pair of shoes or a partial refund (60%). Their refund policy says they'll give a refund for defective stuff (which this was). I emailed back asking for clarification that they won't honor their refund policy, but they haven't replied.
