The new spray can is awful. I spray it just like it says on the can (do not shake; spray high up), and I feel like I'm in a shower. And everything is wet - the floor, the toilet, the sink. The can even says that you may have to wipe the floor after spraying it. I think that's a little crazy. I hope this is fixed because I've used Glade for years, but I may have to switch to something else.

I recently purchased 4 cans of room spray at Walmart. The price of the old cans was.97cents. The new cans cos $1.98 each. The cans are terrible. I read the directions and did not shake it. I tried to spray from side to side. It barely comes out and what does come out gets all over wet film. I'm very dissatisfied and will be looking for a new room spray. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Glade air freshener product that has caused damage to the plastic part in my car where the air freshener is placed. The liquid from the air freshener has leaked onto the knobs of my car's air conditioning system, resulting in significant damage to the plastic and functionality of the air conditioning unit.

I purchased the Glade air freshener with the expectation that it would provide a pleasant fragrance to my vehicle, but unfortunately, it has caused more harm than good. As a loyal customer of Glade products, I am disappointed with this outcome and expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

I am writing to request a claim to replace the damaged plastic part and repair the knobs of my car's air conditioning system. I have attached photographs of the damage to this letter for your reference. I hope that you will be able to address this matter promptly and provide me with a satisfactory solution.

I have used this product for a very low no time, not thrilled with the change in the spray unit. The old one use to have an easy open button to push. This new one does not open easily to place the refill can. It has to be forced open which then causes it not to close tightly. Without it being closed tightly, the sprayer does not work. Very disappointed in the spray unit & the recent price of refill cans. I have resorted to the wax melters, which are safer than candles & don’t put black soot on your walls.

I have used the previous "Cashmere Wood Spray Freshener" for many years and always been very happy with it, both my wife and I loved the scent, we would not buy anything else. However, the new one you have come out with, the one that states "2 X MORE FRAGRANCE" doesn't smell anything like it, in fact it emanates an absolute horrendous odor! Please get back to your previous one if you don't want to loose millions of customers!

Why has a single 8 oz. can of Glade aerosol room spray become so outrageously expensive? Just a few months ago, I was paying around $0.99 to $1.02 per can at Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. Today they are charging anywhere from $13.00 to $16.00 per can. Why? What has caused the market value of a single can to go up so drastically? Is there a problem with marketing, production, supply, or a simple case of greed? I've gone from purchasing 30 to 60 cans per month to buying maybe 10 cans from whoever has the cheapest price or is having a sale. This is very upsetting. I really would like an explanation as I live on a fixed income, and this directly affects my quality of life.

I am absolutely livid. The glade oil refill fell out of the package and by the time I got home it literally ate through the cloth by my NEW car! The stereo on my dash is ruined! My brand new interior! It got in my electrical part and the port and all is no longer working
The aux the SD card slot, the USB and the car charger connections are gone. Not due to fuse but the careless packaging and there's literally a hole in the bottle of oil! This should have been more carefully packaged and not been able to just slip out

Hi I've two glade freshmatic units (one been only bought a few months ago) and I'm finding now with your units they won't spray out the spray I've bought numerous sprays and numerous battery brands

Theres a fault within your products. I've 2 air wick ones here the last 2+years and I've never had a days hassle with them only new batteries every few months.

I have purchased a double pack of this fragrance. The first one I put in did not work. So I tried a different fragrance and that worked, so it wasn't the sprayer. Yesterday put the second one in and that did not work either. I put in a different fragrance and that worked. So it is the two cans. The number on the bottom of the can is man 08/05/[protected]:04.
I threw away the first can but I have the second can. These sprays are too expensive to throw away. There has to be something wrong on the line

We got the hollween pumpkin plug in for hollween. It was plugged in to the wall in a safe place on low setting so it wasn't so over powering. It leaked half of the oil out down the wall what my wife cleaned up and thought she had got it all but it also dripped down onto my bose home cinema system and has melted the top plastic. The bose system is not a cheaply made system its one of the best home systems. I'd like to know what was in the Halloween plug in as I've used airwick for many years and never had this problem. Is it safe as I've never seen this before? I also have children and pets walking about the home.

Bought you air freshener, followed directions, next day I noticed it all leaked out and took off the black coating on my radio knob, stained the display screen on the radio, residue on dashboard. I bought the item from a Dollar store in Delmont Pa, I did not keep a receipt. With all the damage complaints and a class action lawsuit, why does Glade keep selling this air freshener to unsuspecting customers?

I'm not looking for a refund or anything. I've been using wax melts for a couple of years and have tried your brands a few times. The last one I purchased was "Aqua Waves" and it only smelt good BEFORE I put them in my warmer. I can't find one that puts off a strong aroma or that I can actually smell. What do you recommend I use and can smell real good? I don't care what it smells like, as long as I can smell it. We use 3 warmers in our small 1 bedroom apartment. I purchased my last one at our local Dollar General store. I usually buy them from Walmart. Thank you for your help.

I bought a can of Glade Spray and it stopped spraying with about half a can left. It stopped spraying and there doesn’t seem to have any pressure. I tried cleaning the nozzle but it didn’t work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Dot 2P M6643 12.01.22

I think it was purchased at Walmart.

Purchased 3 sense and spray air fresheners, and set them up in our bathrooms, After a day I had an acute reaction to the spray, leaving me in a lot of pain and a burnt face which is very painful. I haven’t altered my normal routine in any way so nothing else could be responsible

Never again will I purchase this item or anything from Glade, they should be removed immediately, as they are a hazard and danger to those that use them

I am writing to complain about the Glade Air Freshener units I have purchased for my home, they work only few about a month then when I add a refill spray into the unit it works for a while then stops spraying. When I open the unit and check the refill there is always at least half a can still left! This is really inconvenient and I have had to buy several units over the course of months as I really love the product and the smells of the air fresheners I would like you to look into this because I believe that I am not the only person affected by this.

I purchased The five pack of glade plug-in cashmere woods that last of the 250 days which is not true atlas maybe 10 days at the most that’s on low and these glade plug-in is like 12 $13 that’s a lot of money to not last as long as you guys promise

Last night I was sitting in my room and all of a sudden I heard some loud noise and I look over and on my dresser my candle had exploded and there were flames I had to blow it out and yeah the

There would have been a fire for sure like a huge fire if I wouldn't have been right there when it happened

The new Glade refills cans for the Automatic Dispensers are slightly taller even though the ounces are the same so now they no longer work with the 5 Automatic Dispensers I own. I thought it was just one particular scent but I have different scents and all no longer work with the Automatic Dispensers. I check the reviews on Amazon where I purchased them and just noticed other people are complaining about the same thing. We all spent money on buying multiple dispensers all for nothing since the company decided to change the size of the cans. I would like to be refunded for the multiple dispensers I bought or I would like the company to send me new dispensers that work with the new cans.

I placed an non used Glade plug in upright on my kitchen countertop and somehow it leaked and ruined my countertop. It is melted and peeling away. This plug in was not warm or plugged prior. This took place on Saturday 5/28/2022

I have bought several of the automatic sprayers and many refills. I currently have 6 of the ones in the photo and NONE of them work! After your initial can is empty, you can never replace it and the sprayer work again! Horrible product and its sad to because it's a great idea in theory, Glade just can't seem to make it work (and apparently, I am not the only former customer complaining) Hundreds of dollars wasted!
