i also have favorites and don't see them in mos like ginger spice, pine, and vanilla hawaiian

i noticed in last year ur fragrances r getting weaker therefore they don't last long. i hope this can be corrected

I bought one of these a couple of months ago - after a few weeks it would not spray - I tried wedging something underneath the can but didn't really work. I purchased another unit a few weeks ago & the same thing had happened again. When they are working they are brilliant - have j just been j lucky with faulty units or is this a common problem?
Unfortunately j do not have the receipt for either or the units

I purchase glade spray all the time. You have my favorite scents and always the best spray for the bathroom. I am throwing away 5 cans at this moment that has at least a half of can of spray still in them. I had this problem about 12 years ago and now it's happening again. Please can't your company come up with a better spray can that allows all of the content to be sprayed or at least 1/2 of it. I am still throwing money away.

I had a issue with walmart they had your product online 12 for 98 cents I placed order for 24 and when got there they refused to give me the amount I paid for then the 2 I did receive were damaged and they didnt care I have autisitc kid as well that absolutely loves your products this is a big thing against your products and there store I think this should be fixed and the right thing should be done I ordered what was online didnt recieve what was posted then as well as what was given is broke

I bought a sandalwood & jasmine automatic spray, it's leaking all over when I inspected it it seems.to be coming from the top of the can

Hi, I recently purchased 2 glade automatic spray holders and 3 glade radiant berry refills & 2 clean linen refills, 4 clean linen air freshener gel & 2 radiant berry . I first used the clean linen around my house and it wasn't holding its smell, I later brought raiding berry because it smells stronger, I have had it spraying in my apartment 3 days now and it doesn't hold it smell, how doesn't the smell last ? What can I do to get help with this problem!? I feel as if I wasted more money on the products and got the same results !

bought 3 automatic dispensers last month and 2 seem to work well however one does not work. seems like the white button that pushes down on the spray refill does not retract all the way and the refill leaked and now i have an oily mess because the refill leaked. Thanks for listening

This is the 3rd unit I have purchased in the past few months. Every single one has been faulty. They have brand new batteries in and the spray that comes in the pack. Firstly this unit doesn't even close. And its doesn't spray properly which has resulted in it leaking in the unit and my side. Never had any issues with the older style units.

I recently purchased a box of your air freshener, for which I'm very disappointed as this product has leaked everywhere - see pictures attached, I have tried to take it up with my local supermarket for which they have said take it up with the company, I'm writing this as I have purchased many air freshener products and this 1 is highly disappointing.

This candle just exploded with a bang and pieces of glass shot out from the fracture. Luckily, no damage was caused. It was getting towards the end and I don't want a replacement or anything but I bought the candle thinking it was a reputable and safe make and now it's put me off buying Glade candles ever again, so I thought I'd let you know.

I am complaining about your automatic spray I have bought 2 that included can of air freshener that cost me £10 each and 1 that was just the unit at £5 which is 3 in the past 6 months and each one after a few months has broken down where the motor no longer works
It is not the batteries as I have tried to put in new ones on each occasion and even tried rechargeable ones to no effect the batteries have worked on other items following trying them in your machine
Are your machines manufactured to only last a short while if so you should state so on your packaging

To whom it may concern, I bought the ginger spice oh so nice air freshers as I love them smell it's Christmas on a bottle I went shopping last went and puck up a bottle I sprayed it when I got home and it literally smells of nothing I don't no if it is a dodgy batch but I can send it back in to u and u can see for u self it smell less please can someone get back to me may thanks

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: Last year, I bought a Glade sense and spray refill, I kept it in my washroom, on 16Oct 2020 I decided to use it.

It occurred on: 16/10/2020

This meant that Once I opened it, I was holding the canister ready to put it in the plug in, when it exploded, and the canister hit me hard in my chest, it was an awful scary bang and thump in my chest, I was so frightened, my daughter came running as she heard the almighty bang, my chest was hurting as it felt like some one had punched me, when my daughter looked at my chest she said my you bleeding! The canister hit me so hard it bruised, cut and burnt me, I did not know what to do, so I wet it with water, and that night I could not sleep, as the pain was so bad,!

I wanted to let Tesco know what has happened, so they can contact Glade, I want Tesco or Glade to compensate me, as I will not be able to go to work as the nature of my job, (which is working in a lab) will not allow me to expose my wound.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

I have used Glade pug in product happily for a few years. However, recently things have gone down hill. Product used to last close to the amount of time indicated on label, usually around 90 days. It even states on package it will last 100 days, however I have noticed lately that I am lucky to get 2 weeks out of a bottle. Seems you are intentionally misleading consumer so that you can get more money out of us. New formulation of any kind responsible? Thinking seriously of finding new product to use.

Hi. I have the glade plug in holders. I have one in every room of my house. I can no longer find the scent I like in the shops.
I bought a new build property and the builders put one of these in the house before I moved in. I loved the smell when I walked in when viewing the property which is why I then bought one for every room. I want to keep that smell through out my home and so many people notice it when they visit.
The scent is fresh/clean linen (Blue box)
Please can you advise where I can source more. I only need the refills as I have already purchased all the holders/plugs.
It's annoying when you finally find something you like and spent money on then everywhere stops doing them. I have attached two pictures for reference.

On December 27th 2019 I Unplugged the Glade wall plug in to charge something for our little one after Christmas, set it down on the table and a few hours later we picked the plug in up to put back in the wall. I noticed a sticky spot on the table and thought the plug in must have leaked because it smelled of the pine scent. Took a wet rag with some soap and wiped over it once only to discover that the lacquer on the table literally disintegrated and disolved. I have since further touched it and I am very disappointed in this product. We have used Glade for quite some time and I never thought it would melt my table. This table was a new housewarming gift my husband and I bought for ourselves and it's only a few months old. I would like to know what can be done about this as soon as possible please. This was a new candle I had lit and put in my bathroom. I was sitting in the living room and smelt smoke. I go in the bathroom and the whole thing is black and burned all the way down. It was so severely hot and cracked. About to the point of shattering. I had to get an oven mit to move it. My porcelain sink now has a brown ring from it. Not to mention I'm renting and now have to figure out how to have it fixed. These are definitely dangerous. Hadn't been burning long enough for it to be burned out already.
