I do not subscribe to konsulta md but everytime I loaded my account they automatically deducted me P15 a week. please take a look on my globe number because for now im in canada and I cannot go to globe store or office to complain it. I want to retain my globe number [protected] and I'm on roaming mode right now so I can received messages from my family back home.

poor service, payment unposted for almost 5 months and still counting
I paid our globe landline internet at Globe (SM Megamall branch) last June 22, 2019 for Php 1, 900.00 with account # [protected] but until now it has not been posted yet in their system. That is why every 7 days, our internet and landline was being cut automatically by their system since it appears that i still have a balance to pay, where in fact I am fully paid. Since then, I was calling their costumer service through my cellphone 5 times a month, and went to Globe Megamall twice a month for almost 5 months now. The last agent I was able to speak with at Globe Megamall was Jco, that's the name he gave me. That was around Last week of September or first week of October, he said to me that he was going to monitor my account and promised me that he would resolve it since it was very inconvenient for me already that my problem was still unresolved for 4 months. Now its November 7 and our net has been cut again, same routine by globe, every 7th day our net was being cut and i need to call them to reconnect it. I was always texting JCO, told him my predicament but it usually took him 2-3 days to reply, sometimes he would'nt even bother. Now he texted me that the manager is already making a follow up on my case, hahahaha, what an incompetent, lazy and employee/manager Globe has. they should have made a follow up on my case the first week or month that i went and spoke with them. If only there was a better choice of service internet providers, i will not waste my money and time with globe. Frankly speaking, you don't even exert effort in resolving your clients case. SHAME on you guys. You just go to work pretending to be working.

Honestly I'm just incredibly irritated. I am in no way a business person or even the one paying for our connection, but we have literally upgraded to 20mbps and in less than a month the speeds have gone completely south, inconsistent and inconvenient. The family is pissed, globe. The ping testers are unimpressed, recieving less than 5mbps.
Please give everyone what they payed.
People are making jokes of 5.5mbps being 0.55mbps.

I am filing this complaint due to non-reply and action of Globe Telecom to my formal complaint made and printed signed then acknowledged by Account Specialist for my Globeline Platinum,
Mr. Jose Luis Montinola of Bacolod City Branch.
I sent my letter to him since Oct.08, 2019 and he did not provide me yet the hard copy reply and ignored my sms inquiry on my complaint since Oct.31, 2019.
He even sent me an sms reply on the possible cause of my poor data connection but I think is not acceptable and very far from what I expected since I have consulted my friends who are Electronics and Communications Engineer.
I am also demanding not to pay on the bill due to I was not provided with the good service as a Globeline Platinum Account subscriber.
Hope you can assist me on my complaint since I did not deserve and got the service I am expecting from Globel Telecom.

I want to file a complaint to this branch. I was 4 yrs already globe user, but this was worst scenario as a customer. Gusto ko na tanggalin lahat ng connections ko sa globe. Bago ako umalis ng ph, i asked globe staffs in sm san lazaro how is the process if wala ako sa pinas and for recontracting, they say na this forms and etc. And now, they not accepting this sa rob ermita, dahil iba ang form whatsoever. I mean hello? parehas naman kayo globe bat ganon iba iba kayo. Di naman kami pupunta dyan kung walang available phone na gusto ko. Sana be considerate sa mga loyal customers nyo.

Hello,
I have applied to an unli broadband service about a month and a half ago but still no installation has been made. When there is a schedule, nobody arrives. When there is no schedule and is the said day where no one would be available, there is always a person who arrives.
We've been calling online and going to the shop where we had a transaction, but still, the installation services is always a bust.
Last time a person of this company has been here, he just took a picture of my brother and left with a note saying "Network Outage" without looking throughly.
With all the promises and schedules that we followed given by the company itself, it always fails to provide. I myself have waited a 7 hours for them to arrive Today, and the only response we had from them was a message saying that they will not be available to install today. They sent it 2 hours after the given schedule.
This breaks my heart knowing that we have given our time for them to arrive and install the router everytime but they seem to leave us with nothing.

I downloaded a gcash app to "fully verifified"it, and ordered a gcash mastercard and waited for 2 weeks to deliver it, even though the instruction says 5 working days it'll deliver... And we tried gcash care, or or customer services.., but no one is answering/no notify.. It was useless and very very regretful... That im so pissed and angry at the same time as to whom created this gcash app, I wanna smack the person/someone who created it, your doing ads to get more ratings why not fix your customer service first or at the same time.
I ordered Gcash Mastercard and waited for it. There is a text that notified me that it is ready for delivery. Yet, no one from LBC texted me. I inquired from their facebook page but no one answered my inquiry. And now as I checked my tracking number, it is now shippped to SCS Returns Central Hub.

I had a problem with my bill since December 2018. I was charged for Netflix even though I did not subscribe. I though it was already resolved however it became a monthly dispute. Every month I get charged for Netflix and every month I dispute. It's hard to dispute the bill because I am here in UK so I asked my mom to be an authorized user for my line so she can call on my behalf. Last February 2019 we spoke with a consultant named Jennifer in Retentions Dept and said I should not be charged anymore for Netflix and she also issued me a refund. She gave me a reference number which is [protected]. That was February when I spoke to her and she said I should not be charged anymore. That time I already wanted to cancel because of this non stop issue. The following months we were charged again and for some reasons the consultants that my mom talked to always say an adjustment has been made but the balance doesnt change. We decided to just cancel the line June 2019. Ive made payment for the plan not the dispute because consultant said it was requested.
Now I get an email (not even to my email address - it was sent to my brother) from a Dynamic Outsource Solution demanding I make a payment and that I have have shown malice and callousness to their client. Are you kidding me? Rating for Globe CS is way way down the drain and Im not surprised.
So given what I mentioned above who can help me resolve this matter? Please take note this is an ongoing issue since December 2018 and I live in UK.

Pero nakalampas yung numero ko. Number 44 na agad. Lumapit ako sa cashier no 2. After maserve na yung number 44. Sabi ko nakaligtaan ako. Number 43 ako. Ang sabi b naman sakin after ka na lng ng number 45. Hanep? Tagal kong naghintay. Ang bagal ng service. Tpos ganun? A P.90 load for my globe sim to register for a promo, then as of now October 24, 2019 at this current time I have not received any load yet, I complained already to the help center service in the company but still there are no actions provided, just some report and I need the load ASAP.

Hi. I applied for a globe device plan at SM Delgado Iloilo City last 10/17/19 and its already the 20th and I still haven't received any update about the status. They sent an email to our HR but didn't asked for any email. Address from me. I followed up at work to our HR and the email was sent to my offices' Manila branch. I went back to globe and provided them the email address for employment verification. Could've they asked an email address from me, I wouldn't waste my valuable time going back and forth. The next day I followed up with HR and they replied to the employments verification from globe. In the morning I went back to globe and check the status and they lied that our HR didn't respond to the employment verification they sent. They could just be honest and say if its approveol or not than GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS FALSE HOPE. Worst customer service experience I had. Wish they change the management. I've heard a lot of negative feedbacks and they have very low sales.
Now I'm still waiting for their response about the status. How many days, weeks or months should I wait more?

Nothing works.

I called today Tuesday and the stupid customer service girl hang up on me. Please send this to NTC with my reference PQC00003682. I talked to Ram Rico last Friday. no landline services after migration
Following Globe's migration last September 19, 2019, my landline had not been working since. I did not want to have my modem to be replaces as it was working fine however your technicians said it was mandatory, technicians started working on the modem 2:30pm but could not sync the telephone and it took them until 6pm, they promised to come back the next day to finish it and that I have to cancel tomorrow schedule just so they can finish the fix. however the whole friday September 20, 2019, there was a no show at all. I have called customer support several times just to be promised repeatedly that they will fix it but up until now October 15, 2019 there had been no action. It was almost impossible getting through to your customer services! And if I did get through, your customer representatives just guarantees they will do something about it and then the promise ends the same time as the call ends! The migration or the replacing of modems was not my request but Globe's own initiative as to better services but again better services that obviously did not deliver! I need my landline to constantly check my mother! I have made it clear to every personnel I talked to, my mother is not techie so reaching her thru internet is difficult! It is almost a month and there have been no word from Globe even after endless follow up. it is as though they have no respect for their Customers! My modem and landline worked just fine before the stupid migration, I wanted to decline the replacement but your technician said it was mandatory had I known it would give problems I should have declined it!

I contacted Globe about my bills. They are only reachable on twitter or messenger. I was on a chat for 12 hours! They never came to the issue at hand, they just went in rounds to ask "security" questions again and again, effectively blocking everything off.
They did not even log my issue. I am abroad and cant go to a Globe center. I have been with them for 20 years. Their "customer service" ia an absolute disgrace

I tried to withdraw money yesterday using my gcash mastercard at bdo sm fairview. The money didn't dispense but i was deducted 8600 pesos! I sent an email with no response. And yesterday night i received a text message assuring me that the money will be credited back today at 3pm. Its now 3:45 and my money isn't here. Im calling u with no hope 1 hour on the queue. I swear if you cant put my money back i will file a formal complaint and escalate it further!

I would like to seek for your assistance in resolving my current issue with GCASH/GCREDIT transaction back in August 18, 2019. I have 2 reference numbers regarding this concern, once was created last 8/19/19 ref # 6298103 and ref # 6510270 follow up request on Sept. 6, 2019. It's been over a month already and have not gotten any resolution from them. They keep saying that they are still awaiting response from their Support Team.
Incidents:
8/18/19 - Received payment reminder from GCREDIT amounting to P720.36 due 8/21/2019
8/19/19 - I paid P2, 439.76 to settle my due amount P720.36 and the excess (P1, 719.40) to cover and replenish my GCREDIT limit back to P3, 000. I expected for my credit limit to refresh to P3, 000 however, I received text notification saying that my remaining GCREDIT limit was P560.24. This was the same amount showing in my GCASH App. My excess payment was incorrectly posted as an amount I owed them. I right away sent an email to GCREDIT (wecare@fuselending.com) regarding the issue along with all the screenshots I have at that time. They replied to my email on 8/19/19, 8/20/19, 8/21/19, 8/26/19, 9/18/19. However, they have not provided any resolution apart from saying that they were still waiting from their support team.
9/6/19 - I called their Hotline to follow up but was only given another ticket 6510270. Still no resolution. Same day they sent payment reminder via text and email saying that P2, 616.86 is due 9/21/19
9/17/19 - made partial payments for those amount I actually owe P500
9/18/19 - They sent me payment reminder saying that P2, 116.86 is due 9/21/19. This is still inclusive of my dispute of P1, 719.40.
9/19/19- Made another partial payment for those transaction I incurred amounting to P1, 382.20
9/21/19 - At 6:09AM they sent another reminder for the amount due of P734.66. I intentionally did not plan to pay this since I have an ongoing dispute amounting to P1, 719.40.
9/21/19 - At 10:26PM, they sent me a text message automatically deducting P734.66 without my authorization from my GCASH balance.
I have made multiple follow up with them, 1 month has passed and am not getting any progress or resolution even.
I would highly appreciate if you could look into this and help speed up/ resolve my case.
