So I had a direct deposit and a cash reload within a span of two days. Even though I did spend some money, suddenly my balance was only 11 dollars. This was after my direct deposit and cash reload of 500.00 (the max cash load allowed per day) After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, then getting transferred 6 times, I finally got an agent to confirm that there should be 450 plus dollars remaining on my account based on all cleared and pending transactions. Then I spoke to another agent who confirmed the cause was "system issues" I was literally left stranded as I was trying to rent a car and I couldnt even get a lyft or uber back home because all my money was missing. They cant even give a temporary credit while they "investigate" their self admitted system issues. Once I get my money back, I am withdrawing my funds and closing my account. Will also be contacting a lawyer or looking into small claims court if my money is not back within the 2 business days promised to me. Terrible experience and terrible fake bank.

Desired outcome: All my money back plus extra for my inconvenience, IMMEDIATELY.
