Long story sure they basically locked my account with my phone still in it, I've been trying for almost over a year to get my funds in the transferred out or send a refund check every time I do they tell me that there's an issue now I can't even call customer service because for some reason when I put in my card information it says my security code is invalid so now I have no way to reach them or to get a resolution can someone please help me with this as soon as possible I'm homeless single mother with a newborn and I've been in the street for almost over a year because of this issue I call time and time again for months almost to a year now this is ridiculous I need help as soon as possible I need my money thank you

Desired outcome: I just want my money off the card completely the transferred into another account another card or sent in a check it doesn't matter I just need my money now
