I tried to change the date of a flight from Vienna to Sydney. After numerous phone calls, I was told they cannot help me and I had to call the turkish airline directly. I called them and they change the date and paid for it but the airline did not have my details or email address so I did not receive an itinerary. I could not check in on line either because the agent had not sent my detail to the airline.
Claimed loss: I had to pay the agent fee even though the agent did not help me at all.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the agent fee.
