Gov deals acts as an auction site for many municipalities on the east coast and south west. Many of the items we have purchaced have been not as described, or for a better term garbage. If you as a bidder do not pay, govdeals will hold you for 40% of the winning bid and you get nothing! Many of the vehicles we have bought are junk yard material and items described as operable are not ! Even the pictures on the site, often items are changed and missing parts by the time you pay and pick them up. Govdeals staff tell you to go back to the seller and they wash their hands of the deal. Leaving you forced to pay for worn out garbage or be fined.

Looking to file a Class Action Lawsuit against GOVDEALS for charging a 40% fee on property they do not own in the first place. in my case a $5, 600.00 dump truck that was mistrprepresented .they wanted 40% then blocked me from bidding, keep in mind I am one of the top bidders on other sites we are one of the oldest Auto Delaershops Here in Arizona, also started with a small company then called ebay and I was the #1 seller on "ebay Motors" with over 5, 000 vehicles Sold, so I do know the laws... GOVDeals charges 40% if you fail for any reason to pay for your item a $5.00 item 40% a $5, 000.00 item 40% if you do not pay the 40% you are blocked from bidding..I have 2 bidders who did not pay the 40% and never where block or they where cleared..looking for all bidders, dealers or public/private bidders to join in to file a class action lawsuit against govdeals. this charge is illegal on a auction site (public) we need to addressed this now, at the very least we will let every city and state goverment agency they do business with what is being charged and who gets the 40% ..this is WRONG lets get this addressed in a court of law.. contact Team Verdone LLc 1111 n miller rd. I been buying equipment from others aution where they charge 10% but 40% on top of the bid price makes all extremely expenseve but i dont know why peoples still buying there thinking they have a good deal when really is not also why municipal go with them when there are betters aution who can make them more money. If try to buy something there cant bid to high becouse the 40% all is real bad the 40% is trying in the goverment to be rich and is trying all the municipal go with them when they have something for sale.

Someone needs to. They do this to civilians and cops alike, so don't feel like the Lone Ranger my friend !
The mob has more respect and decency than to operate like Rip-Deals...

I just purchased a Dump truck on Gov deals. they took three good pictures that showed no rust and only said every thing was unknown. They chose not to show any pitchers of the rust through of the truck and the dump bed, a man could craw through the holes that were rusted in the bed. This is not something that happened after the truck was posted on gov deals the rust was now the truck is only good for scrap. I had to pick up the truck in five days or the truck goes back To the state of GA, Lesson to learn look at all adds on gov deals as a lie go inspect the item your self or don't bid on it. they removed the tail gate, bed tarp cover and all the hard ware swapped one good front tire for a flat tire that after I finely got to hold air it was so out of round it just about shook the truck apart driving down the road. the first three pictures are from gov deals the rest i took

I also was screwed by Govdeals and banned today after refusing to sign a statement that I would not contact sellers and ask questions about assets. They and their shill bidding and their hateful representative supervisor are organized crime tactics at its best !
I am a law enforcement official and they allow shill bidding to take place as well. Look at past auction results and look for bidder n********1 . He was disqualified and a high second chance offer was given to me. This has happened before with this same name. Yet he is right back on there running up bids again a day later after being banished by Govdeals.

Do your proper research and you will see patterns in the bids. Chalk some up to random occurrence, but there is absolutely shill bidding taking place. And their user agreement basically waives ALL of your protections and rights if you sign up as a bidder. Simply amazing how crooked this company is . One supervisor is a total [censored]. She has a broom in the corner with a kick-starter and dual exhaust.

Definitely joining a class action suit against Govdeals. Thousands of ripped off pissed off people can't be wrong.

I hope the FTC nails these crooks to the wall for their cheating deeds.

I woke up this morning and checked my email and was told I had the winning bid on an old motorcycle I never bid on. I don't know if I have been hacked or if this is an outside scheme where some Nigeran actually thinks they will force me to pay for something I didn't bid on or try stealing money calling it the penalty. Will not pay will sue them!

I want to join a class action they lied in their description of a 2015 f-250 just needed a tune up. When I got it and checked it had new coils and sparkplugs also a new mass air flow sensor. The issue was a broken valve spring and a broken valve. I've got 10k in a truck that needs a minimum of 5k to run. These are the thieves that sold it through govdeals...JP Auto Wholesalers
