Three taxis cancelled without explanation 17:56, 18:01 and 18:26 hours on 04 September 2018. Second one arrived almost 20 minutes but refused to take me.
These drivers are not professionally suitable to provide such a service.

I called up grab driver in ho chi minh city, this driver act like a little punk thug, demand more money than a fare prices this dude not happy with his job act like little punk low life thug, his car plate is 51 f 823.87 name driver is pham hoang thao, grab really need to straight this guy.
We were waiting for the grab it says 7mins then suddenyly it gone up to 9mins. And the location of driver is not moving. I tried to call but he said he was near tramo. This was negligence Tramo was in Pasay and i saw him he was not moving At San Antonio, Makati
I submitted a report regarding the rudeness of this driver but grabPH did not provide any updates. I hope you could help. Thanks

we used the grab car app in bali. we found a driver for a fixed price via the app. then the driver starts texting me, that he wants a higher amount of money, even more than twice fixed price of the app, or he wouldn't do it.
do not book with "I made jumawan".
This grab car driver SJJ 2081G was driving reckless along Jurong Lake road and boon lay way while the driver changing lame without signal hogging on the road and pointing middle finger
My account was suspended last year of september 2016 i cancelled my bookings sometimes my friend request to book a grab and change their mind, my last cancelle transaction was we need a 6 seater for the reason we will get my best frien to naia airport
The grab driver charge me double and i strictle want my money back !

My office to home will not go through any form of extra charge on the road. However the other grabshare drove into town and somehow I was billed all the ERP charges as I go down last. I see this as a form of unfairness. Is there anything you can about this?

I was using a promo and we were 7 people. He asked for additional fee because we were 7. I didn't knew that GrabCar are required to ask for additional fee. Plus his car is Mitsubushi adventure.

Your Driver Tracking System was not working well. It didn't show the location of a driver correctly, so I didn't know your driver already arrived (he was still far away on the map). I think he waited for me long time and finally he left without notice.

Today I took grabshare and I was about 10mins in the car suddenly there was another rider. The ride was near my place while I was already in PIE but the main issue was. Like why was the ride going to the other rider place first instead of mine. And I had to alight to book GrabCar during high demand.
This Driver of Mitsubishi Mirage NK 0157 did not pick me up, I txted her and trying to call her to cancel the if she don't want but she never answer. Please do not tolerate this kind of driver.
Can't get any Grabcar or Grab taxi for few days already, before maybe can't get it only for peak period, now even non peak period also can't get any Grabcar or Grab taxi, service really sucks nowadays, totally different from before.
