I took my grandmother in today, on june the 5th. I understand they are busy cause school is out and they have coupons for cheap haircuts. so I walked in today and the manager (sasha) rudley said to my grandmother that so and so needs to eat lunch to. all she had to say is do you mind having someone else helping you he needs to go to lunch. my grandmother has been going in there for over one year, but now I guess it's time to go to another great clips. I spoke to beverly and she knows what is going on, she said to come in her store and she will take care of her the right way. I think it should be the same price everytime but it's not and they give her a senior disc ount. she is 80, blind, and wheelchair bound. I hope something will be done about this. thank you joan spierer
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
a stylist has a right to eat lunch. Do you really want a low energy, hungry stylist cutting your hair? geese, when you're hungry, do you eat?
i don't eat geese
did the manager look like this...?
I worked in an hostile work place I was the only stylist being harassed by the owner because I am a woman of color, I only had a few complaints, but had many customer who loved my work and had many request. I was mistreated, talked about and belittled by the owner. i got my hours cut, pay and work days hoping i quit eventually got laid.
