H20 Wireless 0 service

I moved my service to H2O to make International calls. From day 1, I am not able to make any, called customer support and spend a many hrs with several agents. The agent said they raised escalated ticket but no tickets number were provided. Every agent asking the same details and asking me to use access code (H2O not using access code anymore). No solution privided. I am done with H2O. very very poor service.

H20 Wireless prepaid plan, 40$

Paid for prepaid ATT Wireless service at my local store, after checking the phone compatibility, only to find that voice would not work. The agent had to shout at the phone representative for s refund . To no avail. Plus they're holding my phone number hostage for five business days, ie a whole week.

Under No circumstaneces give your money to ATT Wireless, H2O wireless. Worst customer service at predatory marketing.

H20 Wireless H2O wireless prepaid service

I have ordered 13th Sept 2022 online by paying $100 for my plan plus taxes (total $103.11). Order number [protected]. I received my SIM in my mailbox on 16th Sept and I activated the SIM as per given instruction and received my phone number - [protected] and mail saying that my service is activated. However I was not able to use service on my Samsung phone. So I inserted SIM into my Motorola phone which is not in good condition, but just to check if SIM works, I put it there. On Motorola phone the DATA & SMS service was working but voice service was not working. So I called the customer care to check. After spending more than an hour with them on call for help the service was not activated. They informed me that I will get callback on my other number within an hour with the solution but I did not get callback. I tried to call on next day but no one from customer help was available to answer. So I called again on Monday 19th Sept 2022 and they tried again with APN setting and all but even after spending hours service was not activated.

As service was not working I asked for refund and they said I will get refund in 3-5 business days. I did not get my refund till 28th Sept 2022 so called again to customer service. Now they are denying to refund me saying that I have used their service, however the service is the one I used in my motorola phone just to check if SIM works fine or not.

Desired outcome: I want my refund of S103.11.

H20 Wireless Billing

My name is Lori Antilla I've had H2O for about 5years not one single problem until June 7th 2022 when I had no internet I've tried calling them for 10 days couldn't get in touch with them so I switched to Verizon June 14th 2022 I finally got in touch with H2O June 28th of June to cancel on that same day they withdrawn $56.39 from my checking account I loss my debit card and my bank issued me a new one when I asked for a refund they told me they could only put it back on the old debit card which the last 4 digits are 0975 I no longer have the same numbers and since I don't have H2O as a courier anymore and have a new number the basically hung up on me, please refund me $56.39 thats all please Lorinyc62

H20 Wireless h2o wireless company

I unable to call / receive from my h2o wireless phone since 4 days. I am getting error message " not registered on network". I try to reach customer service since 4days. I unable to reach. Today I tried to reach customer service continuously for 6 hr. Still no luck. My phone is good I tried with other sim (not H2O). I hate H2O. my email : [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]

H20 Wireless Payment not received for failed order connection

Hi , I have placed a new sim /connection request on Oct 21st 2021 and made the online payment for the same

As per order status , delivery of sim was supposed to be on Oct 28th 2021 . However Sim was not delivered and had to contact customer service to know the status of the order

After several follow ups , finally they have told me the sim was returned back stating incomplete address. I have asked them to issue a refund as the sim was not delivered .

They have taken up the request and said it will be done in 3 to 5 business days . I have been calling them every week till date and still not received the refund. Though its a small amount , I feel its H20 responsibility to refund the amount. There is no transparency in the process and every time I need to explain the whole history to each representative who picks up the call . I called them even today ( more than 3 times and the have just placed the phone on hold without any response after getting the details)

Desired outcome: Expecting a refund of amount what I had paid for my order

H20 Wireless Pour communication and this company does not value their customers!

I've been with this company for over 7 years now. I just found out today that my phone is no longer compatible with AT & T network. I did not receive any notice or anything about this matter until I notice 3 months ago my text nor calls was being received by my peers. I have been paying my phone bill faithfully even had my card on auto pay! No one thought the need to inform me of my service was being suspended for Unlimited data abuse whatever that mean. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a supervisor to call me back on another number and as of today still no contact. I am so confused on what is going on with this company, but I know for sure it's full of bs. I was told that I am not eligible for a refund because the service was being used...so how was my data being used if my account been suspended? My phone is a 4G device so why was it affected? No one with H20 can explain this to me. I was told that I have to get a new # after 10 years with this contact number. Now I have to make all these unnecessary changes because of lack of communication from this company! I am changing my entire family carriers because of this...

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my 3 months of service because they were still taking my money for my bill knowing my phone was not working properly due to the suspension and not being compatible!

H20 Wireless Refund for a phone purchased from H2O

This is the worst return I have ever experienced. First I didn't get the right phone, when I tried to return, I didn't receive a return label for more than two weeks. I had to call the customer service several time just to request the label. Now when I have returned it for more than two months, I have not received my refund yet. I have again called the customer service several time. The customer service is the worst both on chat and on phone. Some time the call is just disconnected after giving all the information and same is with the chat. The customer service says the issue will be resolved in such and such day but it never does. When I call back, it is the same process over and over. I have a refund on $900 due on my account. Had to pay the interest for purchase on my card, wasted time and energy on the customer service call. The issue is still not resolved. Where and whom should I talk to next.

I have been using H2O phone plan from 4 years, now due to this poor service, I am considering changing my phone plan too.

Desired outcome: Provide refund as soon as possible.

H20 Wireless H2O wireless

I’ve been asked to refund my money 15 days back and I didn’t receive anything yet. When I call and ask them they say that my phone was not in service to return my money back. Well..! If you discount my network how can I use my phone. My phone network was blank since 2 weeks and when I asked for refund this is what they say. That your phone needs to be in service. I don’t get it. When there no network to talk or text how can I wait for so long to put that dum sim in my phone.

H20 Wireless Service

Called H20 on Monday 14th of mar 22 about 830 made contact a little after 9.

While talking to the associate his attitude got to me. I held my composure because I wasn't disrespectful to this guy. If I asked a question it was answered with attitude It came to a point when I couldn't take it anymore and I asked him if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, he asked me what I meant. I said your attitude is bad, next thing I know he hung up.

On Saturday the 19th between 5 and 6 pm I called to get my phone issues resolved. After I got it fixed I asked to speak to a supervisor about the Mon issue, the associate told me why file a complaint since I got my phone issue resolved. I said it isn't about the phone being fixed it's about the poor and disrespectful service that associate gave me on Monday. She seemed hesitant to call a supervisor but after my insisting she called someone. I didn't know whether they were truly a supervisor or not. l asked for their name and id # he told me he had none next thing I know there was no one on the line. I have been a customer of H20 for over 10 years and I have never been so disrespected. I have 3 phones on this account and I am about to cancel it due to the associate and so called supervisor for their disrespect. If it helps any they were Spanish speaking employees

H20 Wireless Bad connection and terrible customer service

My service was shutdown without any notice and I cannot find anyone to fix it. The customer phone number didn't go through even after waiting 30 mins and the oneline chat never got a response! Plus, I was still charged even my service is expired! Don't use H2O wireless!

H20 Wireless Recharge Problem

On 21 February I contacted H2O by their mail form after attempting to resolve an issue on the phone.

All I have received sine then is an auto acknowledgment and nobody has address my issue which I now wish to escalate to a formal complaint.

Set out below is a copy of my message:

Message : I have been an H2O customer with a PAYG service on [protected] since 12/7/17 and have been building up a balance with a regular 90 day auto recharge ever since. Last year the balance was $148.25 and additional auto recharge payments have been made since then. Over the past 6 months I have had to change my credit card information a number of times. Prior to September 2021 the last 4 digits were 7120. From November 2021 the last 4 digits were 6840 and I have today updated the credit card with the last 4 digits being 0165. Talking to your representative today it seems like a payment due to be made on 02/14/22 did not go through due to suspected fraud. My credit card was lost which could explain this and today I was updating my credit card information to the card ending in 0165 when I found my substantial credit balance had disappeared! As a result of failures in your system I have lost my balance of over $150. Needless to say I am not happy about this. FYI, auto charge payments were made on 11/21/20, 2/19/2021, 5/26/21, 8/18/21 and 11/16/21 and the number has not had any calls since at least March 2020. I look forward to you reinstating my substantial credit balance and await to hear from you by return. Many thanks

H20 Wireless H2O Service has been down for several days

My H2O service has been unavailable since March 5, 2022. I have been trying to reach customer service since March 6, 2022. After being on hold for approximately 2 hours (each call), my calls are being dropped.

My account renews tomorrow, and I have no idea whether or not to just give up on H2O and switch to another carrier.

Desired outcome: Restoration of Service and a credit for the time I was unable to use this service.

H20 Wireless Refund

I bought an iPhone SE through the website (H2O Wireless) after calling customer service and being told that it was compatible with the 5g network, to find out after receive it that it was not, I struggled more than 2 weeks to receive a return label and when I finally get to returned, as per today 03/07/2022 I'm still waiting for my refund, I have called several times and they have given me excuses and excuses, no supervisor will take my call, After all this time waiting, is this considered theft ?

H20 Wireless Port out my number

I am trying to part out my number from h20 wireless to frontier. About 3 months, and they dont want to release it. They told me that there is a other company who also asked for my number so they cant release it. Its not true. I didnt asked from any company before to transfer it. I asked them who the company is so I will call them. They answered me they dont know.

H20 Wireless Wifi hotspot data plan

I purchased a $60 dollar monthly plan with H20 that included 30GB to use as a wifi hot spot.

Within a little over 1 week the data completely slowed down. I noticed it over the weekend and the speeds picked up slightly on Monday, July, 27, 2020.

When I checked my cellular data it stated that I had only used 8GB for the hotspot.

When I call H20 to question them about it, July 28, 2020 at 10:50 p.m., I was told that I used used all 30GB, which I think is impossible.

They're business practices are dishonest and are structured for consumers to continuously spend money. He then tried to offer me to spend $10 for 1GB or $20 for 2GB ?! That price structure does not match up to what I spent for 30GB.

They are manipulating services, for a company to be so greedy and dishonest is disgusting. Think how many thousands or millions of people they are draining with this scam of a service.

H20 Wireless refund of charges

I recharge my number [protected] online and still the number didn't get activated. I have requested h20 several times about this issue. They asked about the technical details and all related stuff but still sim is not working. So in the end I requested them to refund the money as I'm not getting the service I pay for it. And they are not refunding me the money either. Please help me to get my money back or get the service for which I pay.

H20 Wireless included "free" international calls

the reason why i switched to H2o Wireless back in 2013 was the $20 included "FREE" International calls per month.
I have not really counted on those international calls a lot as i was using social media to get in touch with the loved ones back in Morocco. But, the plan worked as it should for years, untill the past two months when i have trouble getting connected to any number in Morocco.
so, today i have chatted with their customer support, and the guy was trying to tell me that they are having technical issues with Moroccan carriers, then when he knew that i have caught up to his lies he told me that Morocco is not included in the authorized countries (which is another lie, as I have stated before, Morocco was in the list and succefully was able to make numerous phone calls over the years)

They lie, lie and lie, and will change your service package and take your money without even bothering to let the customer know
