Yesterday I spoke with a gentleman about inferior undershirts purchased at a local Wal Mart. He seemed very concerned and having a desire to report this to quality control. He also said he was creating a case number and would email it to me in about 8 minutes. It has been 24 hours. He read my email address back several times and had it corrected before we hung up. He insisted I use a link in the email he would send to communicate further. Obviously, I cannot use the link without getting the email.
My reason for contacting Hanes was because the new shirts were made in Haiti and the better made ones we had been buying were from Dominican Republic. The necks were bigger. They were not sown straight, etc. I wanted you to be aware in case you were getting inferior products from the supplier in Haiti. That could damage your wonderful reputation.
Thank you for reading this!

Claimed loss: 24.48 for a ten pack. I would like to know where to purchase ones made in Dominican Republic or receive a refund. My husband cannot wear these.
Desired outcome: For you to inspect carefully what is coming out of Haiti. Also to refund my money so that I can search other stores for your shirts made in Dominican Republic.
