I have ordered worth of 1.850 KD meal . The driver was so rude on asking about the address knowing that the address was written full detail . He said to me : you have make me dizzy with your 1 and half KD order . After 15 min he knocked at my door he said take is .. take it fast ... and he was looking rudely inside my apartment and my wife while she was sitting . I hope i never see him again because i was this little to punish him in the face he made me so angry and upset my phone number is [protected] order Number 6108307. Walked in at 2pm at hardees. 630 bypass 25 in greenwood sc. noone in line and the two working completely ignored us for 5 minutes. Not even a hello. They were talking and carrying on with each other and did not even look our way. This is pathetic and she should be terminated. Sorry excuse of a worker. I am writing this complaint because I feel if I didn't, it would be a disservice to the Hardees, Carl Junior name. I listened to the customer service message and the voice distinctly said the proud owners! I teach my children that when they go out into the world that they not only represent themselves, they represent everyone that is connected to the family name. The same goes for the Hardees name. Every store or franchise opened in your name represents the owners and their universal belief of great customer service.
I do not believe that you would be proud of the way I was treated when I pulled into the drive thru (56th and Emerson way, Indianapolis, Indiana 46226) with my 14 year old son on April 28, 2019 at approximately 10 a.m. for my favorite biscuits and gravy. As I pulled up to place my order on this Sunday morning, and not a long order or complicated one. A female took my order (Ashley), huffing and puffing into the speaker as if she was annoyed that I was giving this franchise my business. I brushed it off initially and said maybe it is early. At the end of my order, I wanted to make sure that I ordered the correct biscuit (cinnamon and raisin ) for my son by asking her if this is the type of biscuit that Hardees still offers. As she huffed and puffed again, I overheard her say "Oh My god"! in the speaker. I was shocked and appalled. I was in disbelief, I said "Did you just say Oh my god?, A male voice interrupted and got on the speaker and said, go ahead and finish your order please. I proceeded to ask him if I heard her correctly and tell him that this female has horrible customer service, she was rude and disrespectful. I proceeded to let the gentleman know that I was no longer interested in purchasing food from them and pulled off in dismay. I did unfortunately find out that she is the Manager!
I explained to my son that this is not the way you should be treated as a customer, and if you are do not patronize the business. It was very disappointing and I felt obligated to let Hardees know. If she treated me like this, I wonder and am sure she has treated others the same way, and the big question is how many customers has she lost for this franchise. I hope someone cares that long term customers are not happy and it will eventually impact the revenue. Thank you

I ordered food from hardee's Kuwait today 28/4/2019 on 7:00pm by the hardee's Kuwait website and they mentioned that it will arrive to my place within 60 mins and it took more than 80 mins. I wish that hardee's original company in the states receive my complaint and fix things like this in Kuwait because that will damage and make a bad influence on hardee's name.

I went to Hardee's today by 12.25 pm, the girl at Hardee's corner. I asked her if you have veg / anything in veg, she did not even bother to ask me or reply me even after asking her 3 bloody times, then I asked again, she responded like it's not there and that's what I told, when did she even tell me, she just ignored me and also was very arrogant towards me as if she is gonna feed me for free. Please fire her, remember customer is king, if we people decide not to have she might loose her job, try to treat people with a smile and at least reply, I don't know that lady's name, but there were only two people at that time; her face is round and quite bulky and dark.reply me or I will share in Facebook and insult her .she has a spectacles too, the location is Salmiya Hardee's, opposite to al Bustan Mall.

At 1:42 am i called them to ask about the order that didn't come, they said we are sorry a problem happened to the guy of the delivery and we will send another guy. At 2.30 am i called again to ask why the order didn't arrive they said we apologize and we are very sorry 10 min max and u will receive your meal. 3:04 am the order finally arrived. I opened the bag to be shocked with an ice cold sandwiches and fries. So i called again to explain that i can't eat this they said we are sorry the guy that delivered the order got lost while driving to me that's why it was cold, and as an apology we will send you the same order for free in max 10 min. 3:57 am the order arrived after I called them and informed them that I don't want to eat anymore. Just i want to say there are a lot of disregard to me as everytime they reacted to my calls they were lying to me. It was totally inappropriate.

I started work at Hardees in Piedmont, SC on December 2nd 2018. Been waiting on my paycheck. They have not paid me. I've talked to GM dm. They promised I would have it by this past Friday. If they had to personally pay me in cash. I couldn't buy my kids Christmas. My phone was cut off. And I owe a reconnecting fee of 20. Plus now the next month is due soon and I was fired bcuz my manager sherry said I was being ridiculous for askin for my money on Christmas. And fired me. She blamed me. She says I didn't do my job. The GM James agreed that was her responsibility. I walked up there 3 days in a roll in the rain bcuz I had no phone trying to get my money til they just stopped answering me. Plz help me get my money and my job.

I have ordered 5 jalipiono chicken burger in hardee's tayaba arc and suites Branch madina al munawara Saudia Arabia but these burgers were disaster and all my money got waste. Burgers were extremely bad in tatse don't know how long it was perepard before all cheese in burgers were badly melted salad was not fresh and burgers were really cold. I was so ashamed in front of my guest because it was a take away delivery and I couldn't go back to branch to show them. Kindly check this branch standard and take strick action on it.

On 12-15-2018 at 6:48 pm I whent through the drive thru at Hardee's located on Lynn haven pkwy #1503108 and purchased a combo meal. After receiving the food that was cold and wrong burger I took the food inside the mod Nimfa asked for my card to give me a refund and said it would take a few days which is fine however today 12-26-2018 I noticed the funds were never returned. I stopped in today after work to try and resolve this only to be met with complete rudeness and disrespect by the mod (Florida) who told me there is absolutely nothing they can do even after I showed her both receipts and my bank transactions from my phone . I work to hard for my money to just give it to you for nothing in return accept a rude attitude .

Order $30.00 worth of food at the boling springs n.c hardess i swipe my card and it was not working they said sorry that they have been having problems with it (which I know because I have money in the account) why dont they just put a note in front that says that there machine is out of service instead of me having to go back with cash... next time my just going to McDonald's

I was at the restaurant around 11:00 am buying a 10 piece chicken tenders and fries with apple turn over and as I was purchasing my food the only thing I can hear is the general manager screaming at the employees and treating about the job and next time you won't be able to come back because I will not let you come back. I don't know if this is even legal but I will report your business for being aggression towards your employees and how you let your manager run over all your employees and I will call the news channel 8 so they can witness on how your manager towards your employees. There is a labor laws and if you're business doesn't know how to fallow them I will suggest to have them read the law because your business doesn't know how to. I never been to a business where people get treated with no kind of respect I will call all of my friends who are blogger and I will have them write and tell the people on how you run your business because Hardee's are very unfair with there employees I wish I can have the union come to your all business and have your employees sign up for one.

I visited Hardees at muscat city center on 17th November 2018 and enquired if they would accept entertainer app on that particular day...and the staff started proceeding to redeem the offer which I was not ready or not yet decided.And then I noticed the offer was already redeemed...so asked the staff again about this to which he started talking rudely and was not ready to cancel the order...he was trying to mislead me...Please do train your staff to behave themselves ...WILL NEVER VISIT HARDEES AGAIN

They're extremely pathetic goons! Only men. Not the ladies there. The man was so so pathetic. I ordered a bucket of curly fries and he just threw like a hand full without even measuring properly. More over when I asked for more, he said, "even this is more than I should have given you!" How unethical and rude. I dont understand, he's not giving fries out of his own bloody pocket, hell even im not getting it for free. I paid 241. Even if they call it large fries, they served lesser than small or medium! Such pathetic beings!

After a rough and stressful day, I decided to treat the family to some fast food. First off, Website said breakfast all day, but we were told they were not offering it tonight. Then I tried ordering my children hotdogs, and again, was told they did not have any. The staff became rude and upset at the idea of making me a milkshake, because they had to turn the machine back on. After finally being able to find something they had to order for dinner, it was horrible. I could not chew the bacon on my cold Frisco. The fries on all 4 meals were cold and hard. Even the darn cookies were hard and no one would eat them. I do not expect much when it comes to fast food, but this was easily the worst restaurant experience I have had trying to dine out.

poor service and not following guidelines
I just moved to the Conyers/Covington Georgia area from Dunwoody Georgia. I was appalled and horrified to find the order board being completely dark as well as the rest of the restaurant when the restaurant was open. Upon ordering I made the cashier aware that the Board and the area was completely dark and I couldn't see anything on the menu and upon me using the light on my phone the order board had lunch/dinner items and not breakfast items. I was then told by the cashier that it was to dark and dangerous for them to cut the lights on the order board. There is a Burger King and and Dunkin Doughnuts right next door and them seem to have their lights on. The Hardees I would go to in Sandy Springs off Mt. Veron/ Ralph David Abernathy always had their lights on. I have gone to this drive thru 3 straight weeks for breakfast and they refuse to cut the lights on. This is a safety issue for all of the patrons attempting to order breakfast at this location. I want a district manager to call me to discuss further at [protected]. I am looking at calling the Board of Health as well as filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs if this matter isn't addressed immediately.

I went through the drive thru at the hardees in madison heights virginia around 1pm on saturday october 20, 2018. First of all there was one car in front of me and I waited over 10 minutes just to order. When I finally got to the speaker I encountered one of the rudest women ever. She acted like I was imposing by coming through the drive thru to order. Then once I had ordered she asked what kind of sauce and drink I wanted. Apparently she didn't hear me so instead of saying anything mannerly she said "what do you want?" that is just unacceptable. I pull around to the window, she doesn't speak, give me my total... She just stands there aggravated at the person behind me who was simply trying to order. She was not wearing a name tag, can't say that I blame her with that attitude. But she was a white female middle aged. I ended up driving away without my food since I could see the person bagging the food who had touched his head and then proceeded to bag customers food which is very unsanitary. I have never been a fan of hardees anyway and will not eat there but I was buying food for someone else. This is just another reason why I will never eat at the location or any others. Your company needs to get it together. You hire the rudest most unsanitary people ever. I don't look for this location to last very long.

You have the BEST cole slaw around the area where I work and I just wish it was in all your restaurants instead of just the ones that serve fried chicken. I stop by the Rocky Point location just to pick up slaw to go with other meals at home. Please consider offering it as a side where the chicken strips are sold. I don't have too much more to say about this to make it 350 characters long. I'd just like to eat slaw with my chicken strips sometimes instead of French fries or onion rings.

I was the 3rd vehicle in line at the drive thru at the Cedar Bluff location in Knoxville, TN at 9:58 a.m. I got to the window at 10:07 and waited. and waited, and waited. I finally said "hello?" at 10:22, as no one had said hello, wait a minute, NOTHING! A voice said "Please wait a minute, we're behind and we're running out of . . . [unintelligible]. Left, drove to the competitor's place and was 4th in line and in and out in 3 minutes.
