Xfinity sent me to HelloTech, their partner, because I needed a new phone jack in my kitchen. The tech came out on 2/13/25, tweaked something, but did not install a new phone jack. Their tweak lasted for a half hour and the phone was dead again. Because they could not send anyone with more experience out in a reasonable amount of time, I contacted another company to install the new phone jack and they completed the work on 2/15/25. (Photos prove work done by other company.)I’ve tried 3 times to get a refund from HelloTech. I finally sent my receipts to the CEO. I’m frustrated!
