I'm highly upset that I sat on this website for an hour to purchase a new release. I order them and I received a delivery date of 5/13/19. On 5/9/19 I just so happen to check my email while at an appointment and I see your package was delivered at front door. $200 shoes was left at the door? The shoes should've definitely required a signature. Im panicking because I couldn't leave my appointment. I get home finally no shoes at front door, but there is a sticker on my door, I sighed with relief thinking; okay they weren't that dumb to just leave the shoes out on my porch. I will just pick them up tomorrow at the Accesspoint. Still wondering why it says delivered but its a sticker on my door. Next day I go to Accesspoint UPS store they hand me a tiny envelope Unbeknownst to me the package was sitting in the rain all night in an area that I would never check for a package to be on the side of my house. Im livid because the box is drenched. WHAT COMPANY SHIPS EXPENSIVE ITEMS and not require a signature. This was my first and last time ordering from this company! Never again! Buyers beware! Order from a more reputable company. My Footaction shoes always require a signature! It's Hibbetts fault not UPS!

The manager was very rude and yelled at my son. Then proceeded to stick her tongue out at me as a paying customer because we were taking to long trying to find the right shoes. She refused to help us and just stood there making obscene gestures. I find this very offensive considering the amount of money I have spent in this very store over the past few years. She was very unprofessional and WILL NOT be shopping here again in the future.

Hibbetts Sporting Goods offers you a so-called rewards program for every dollar you spend in their store. After you accumulate 200 points you receive a $10 gift certificate. While I personally prefer Dicks Sporting Goods due to the wider selections and varieties, I do tend to try and shop local when I can. I took my shopping to Hibbetts during Christmas time only to find out that all of the points I had accumulated that very day would expire the very following week. Apparently it is a company policy for all points to expire on Jan 1 of every year. Now what kind of "reward" program is that really? I find it to be sneaky and honestly don't like feeling tricked into a purchase. I would have gladly shopped at another store had I known that I was going to be ripped off my "reward" certificate. Buyers beware, if you are a smart shopper and watch for deals like this closely, do not be fooled like I was!

I placed a online order 12/14 as a Christmas gift. So imagine our surprise when we discover the theft sensor still attached. So 12/26 I call customer service. The guy I spoke with finds a store, tells me to go there and have them remove it. He also, says he'll refund 20% back to my card for my inconvenience. As this store is out of my way. So I get to this store (8025 West Florissant)and they can't remove it. The supervisor there went above and beyond trying to help. Since her store is located in a plaza, she went to 3 stores trying to get it removed with no luck. But I truly appreciate her effort. So then she calls the Hibbett store that shipped it and spoke with a supervisor name Ryan. Ryan was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and just uncaring. As clearly this is your fault, he said he could only give me 30% off a future purchase. Are you serious? You can't/won't make this right and you think I would order anything else from you. This was my first time ordering from you. At this point I am beyond frustrated and told him to send me a return label and put my money back on my card. Which he claimed he would do. I get home and check my email...yulp you guess it no email from him. So now I have to call again (my third call in under a hour. And I speak with Linda. I explained everything that I have just written to her. She says she's gonna send the return label. Not even 45 seconds later Ryan calls me to say he got caught up with another call and that he would send now. No he only trying to save his butt since I asked Linda can someone over him please call me. So now it appears to me that she trying to cover him. So I truly hope someone from Hibbetts calls me tomorrow 12/27 or sees this. Cause I gonna call everyday to get this resolved. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You expect me to waste my time and gas driving all over town to correct a mistake that you made and not make it right for me? By the way Merry Christmas, since my son couldn't wear the pants that he really wanted.

I walked in returning items that I has purchased that didn't fit the return lady by the name of deondra at the lovejoy ga location embarrassed me to the point that I don't want to shop at another Hibbett ever.it was so bad I cryed she looked at the items and said that can't return this u wore this last night which I didn't because it was in kids I thought it was adult so it's impossible for me to have worn it, her and to otter girls was talking about me laughing and didn't care to answer my questions this was the most embarrassing moment of my life they made sure the whole store heard.ok I understand that it smell like smoke because I do smoke and it's fine it she couldn't take the return but she did not have to be rude and embarrassing me with her co workers that is not good customer service

I MADE AN ORDER AT THIS WEBSITE TOTALLY OVER $180 FOR TWO PAIRS OF KID'S SHOES. NO MORE THAN 10 MIN. AFTER I HAD SUBMITTED ORDER, I NOTICED THAT THE SIZE OF ONE PAIR WOULD NOT WORK AND CONTACTED HIBBERT IMMEDIATELY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL WOULD DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, TELLING ME THAT I COULD ONLY RETURN THE ITEM FOR CREDIT. THIS IS AN OUTDATED. INFLEXIBLE, INCONVENIENT AND GREEDY POLICY OUT OF STEP WITH THE MODERN WORLD AND JUST DOWNRIGHT LAZY, UNIMAGINATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER.
I made an order to Hibbet for two pair of kids shoes. 10 minutes after I submitted the order, I attempted to contact Hibbet to amend my order, as one of the pair of shoes were too small. I did not request that the order be canceled but that Hibbet amend the order so that my son would get shoes that fit on his birthday. All levels of Hibbet customer service completely refused to amend or cancel order, saying that the order had been in process for too long. 20 minutes tops. Hibbet told me that I could only return shoes after I received them (even though they had yet to be sent) and only receive credit. Then, they had the audacity to encourage me to take pictures of the shoes IF I decided I liked them.
Horrible. Atrocious. Lazy and greedy customer service. Will never ever do business with this company again.

My son Purchase these for his birthday he is having a hard time seeing out of the sides of them because they are so wide so I tried to return them to the store for a different pair and because I did not have the box they refused to let me even exchange them for a different pair I did not want my money back I just wanted to change exchange them for a different pair

Manager was very rude to a family member that tried to return a pair of my daughters shoes. Would not honor return policy as stated. I asked about the return policy before I bought the shoes. Manager still refused. Hibbett has always been our go to store for school shoes and backpacks. Sad to say we won't be returning. We will find another sporting goods store to purchase everything from now on.

On June 30, 2018, My sister, my daughter and my two grandchildren entered Hibbett Sports store in Richmond KY. The first sales associate had greeted us as we came through the store. And he asked if we needed any assistance. My sister asked him if they had any Jordan shoes for infants. He replied "We carry only sizes 1 and up." My sister asked if they carried the infant shoes in the gift box. He replied "we do not carry any clothing or shoes that small." My sister said thank you and we all started looking at the shoes. The sales associate was at the front of the store and she stool by a rack of clothes acting as if we were going to walk out of the store with just one shoe. She was racial profiling us. I have not been treated like that for many years. If I go in a store and I do not have the money at that time to make purchase the item; I will leave and come back to purchase the item with money. My mother always said never take anything that doesn't belong to you and I take that to heart. When we all saw her standing there watching us, we left and never to return to that store again. I do not know the girl's name but she had blonde hair. Only people in the store was me and family. The first sales associate said "Thank you for coming and have good evening."

I'm normally not the one to leave bad reviews but my experience today at the Hibbett Sports in Jennings Missouri was the most unprofessional and disappointing customer service I've ever received. I went to the store to return two pair of shorts I ordered online that did not fit. I walked in the store only to see an associate sitting down near the shoe section on a bench looking at her phone. After not being greeted I approached the counter only to see Candice (Asst Manager) who also didn't greet me. She grabbed my receipt then meticulously inspected both pair of shorts as if she was looking for signs of wear. I asked her "how are you doing" to try and break the ice because her demeanor and pessimism brought really bad energy. She replied back with have these been worn? I immediately explained that I ordered the shorts online and when I tried them on they didn't fit and my size wasn't available online anymore. She continued to inspect the shorts so I became offended and asked is there a problem. She said "well I see a crease in these shorts". Keep In mind that both pairs of denim shorts have all original tags and stickers on them with no signs of wear. I also explained to Candice that I have been a very loyal customer for years and I would never wear merchandise and bring it back for return. She then threw the receipt on the counter and said "well I'm not returning these since you wanna get Smart, you can go to another store or come back for Jeff to return them". I said "are you serious" I could not believe an assistant manager would treat a customer like this. I called the corporate office after leaving the store and the representative I spoke with called the store to find out when Jeff the store Manager would be there so that I could return the shorts. After the representative got done speaking with the Assistant Manager Candice, she informed me that Candice said the reason she didn't return the shorts is because she didn't feel safe. So in other words Candice flat out lied to the representative making me appear as the aggressor in order to protect her nasty attitude and unprofessionalism. At no point was I irrate or confrontational. I can not believe what I walked into today, all because I wanted to return some shorts I ordered online. I understand people have personal issues and bad days but I did not deserve this experience today.

I bought a pair of shoes valued over $100 at the Hibbett Sports in Decorah, Iowa. Less than a month later the collor around the ankle began to tear and now is over 1.5 inches long. I took the shoes in to show the manager Renae Snyder and she barely gave me 30 seconds of time telling me she would have to contact here district manager Jarrett McCoy. 1 week later I called to check on the progress and she said she had not heard from Jarrett, again barely giving me 30 seconds of her time. I called 1 week after that and she said they could not be returned, citing Jarret's decision but also stating that she really didn't get a good look at them, now a 3rd time she barely gave me 30 seconds of her time. This is extremely poor customer service. I will never shop there again while she is manager.

Hello, ive been a huge fan /supporter of hibbett sports for many many years, but as of yesterday i would rather take my money and Spend it elsewhere. There was a short stubby darkskinned woman with a bronze grill in her mouth with very short hair(air fro) i didn't catch her name but she was extremely rude and highly unprofessional, she showed favoritism to customers, and appeared hestitant to check for shoe sizes. She wasnt friendly at all and didn't greet upon arrival. There's also another staff member, he was a guy with dread locks, he was not as bad as the woman but when l asked for multiple shoe sizes he hesitated just and looked at me for a couple seconds before he proceeded to go get the shoe. This complaint is not intended to get anyone in trouble, but only to inform you on how your customers are being treated

My family and I have purchased our shoes and sport clothing from your Meridian, MS location for years. Recently we visited this location (3 times over the past 4 days) with intentions of buying two pair of tennis shoes and a pair of cleats. On all occasions we had to ask for assistance due to the employees being too busy with each other talking about everything but selling shoes. Additionally when we finally did get helped the employee was bouncing a basketball while weare trying to explain what we were shopping for. Sorry to say Hibbets has lost the frequent business of my family.

I recently placed an order and was charged tax on my shoes when I live in a state that imposes no taxes on shoes. I contacted customer service and it took almost 15 min to speak to an actual human. In between her eating and carrying on another conversation, repeatedly giggling- she told me that I needed to submit my receipt to my state tax office for reimbursement. Seriously?! Never again!

I ordered cleats for my son and your company shipped the wrong sizes. He was hurt in the game due to this matter. I contacted customer service about the issue. A so called supervisor stated that they would re ship the the right sizes. She stated she would call me back at 5pm CA time. No one contacted me I had to contact customer service again and speak to a man named george who i had to repeat the order# to 4 times (listen to the recorded call). He said he was in Florida. The original person I spoke to said they would ship them to me and provide tracking info they would get from corporate. No notes were place in the system and what i was told by the so called supervisor was either a lie or notes were not placed in the system. I need someone to contact me.

The cashier was very rude to my mother and I and singled us out. We ask to look at hats they told us we could go behind counter to look. While back there they started being rude saying we had to get out their register was open and we would steal. The lady was so rude. Due to to the way they treated us we didn't purchase the hat and left. Both ladies behind the register began fussing at us. We were in the store on 12/23/2017 in Columbia, Ms. I have always shopped at hibbet but I'm not sure I will be back to this store.

When checking me out at my local Hibbett Sports tonight, the clerk said I HAD to enter my pin. No way for me to SIGN FOR PURCHASE (which I always do everywhere because my bank charges every time I use my pin). I do not understand why, and would like a better explanation. If this Is the case, I will not be making anymore purchases, neither will my friends as I found on facebook when I started a conversation about this.

So we went into hibbets and I know a lady by the name of tiffany williams who works in there. So as me and my friend was shopping tiffany cane out of the back room and said these words to me â why the [censor] are you in my storeâ and I said âthis is a public placeâ and she said âthis is a public place you can get your [censor] beat toâ then she said â bring your fat [censor] over here so I can talk to you, bring your big titty [censor] over here right so I can talk to youâ so she said that in front of the whole store with customers in there I left to avoid her and she followed me out the store as I was walking and she put her hands on my shoulder and tried to snatch me around so I could look at her and then I just got my food and left the mall and I think that was very disrespectful to talk to a customer that way and I did not like it so I think I should get some free shoes and a an outfit or something like I think I deserve that from the way she disrespectfully talk to me and called me names infront of the whole store

Today 10/6/17 I went to my local hibbets in order to buy black softball pants, purple socks, purple belt, and a lanyard. I was not aware this location did not carry softball goods. However they did have the lanyard I wanted, but I was rudely denied service and was treated awful and was told to leave before I could purchase due to a ex boyfriend being the manger. The cashier name was Tayla. She was very disrespectful and asked over and over “your really not gonna leave” before I could purchase the things I needed. I’m am beyond disgusted at this type of customer service and will not be returning! All personal problems should be left at home in order to keep the customers happy. Thank you; have a blessed day.
