We are not being listened to, as no one had mentioned the excessive number of joins we would have, as we would not have ordered if we knew about the joins.
When they were fitted they were tied back and not seen opened, we signed for the delivery of them, we did not open them till we re finished with decorating when we saw the excessive joins, even in the smallest curtain!
We expected bespoke curtains but they are full of joins.we’re being constantly told and ingnored because we signed for them, but we had left them tied fully back by the salesman till we opened them at a later date.
Please feel free to look back at our requests for help from customer service and it’s been shocking to hear from them constantly ignoring our complaint,
We are really concerned in not receiving any help as this has become very very stressful for us as we are of an age where we expected better treatment,
