Recently cancelled out of Hampton Inn Properties for using their 100% Guarantee if I am not satisfied with: Friendly Service, Clean Rooms, Comfortable Surrounding; well, Hampton Inn GMs with guest assistance decided I was using the 100% "in excess". I have pictures of the unclean rooms, but looks like Hilton employees don't have to "Be Hospitable'' or have integrity as their policies state they should have. What a shame?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Just see my complain about them - it is just a shame how they behave towards loyal customers
Their guarantees are worthless. Bait & switch!
