Hollis Cobb Associates review: Unauthorized monthly deductions from my checking account

I used to pay "ABILLPAY.COM" $50. monthly. Apparently, Hollis Cobb acquired my account. I called a provided number, the agent insisted $106.50 was the minimum payment. I made a one time payment, and asked a bill, account and contact info.to dispute payment amount be mailed to me. There has been no contact ever by you. My bank account is being charged monthly. I never agreed to or authorized payments, except for the one time payment made when on the phone with your agent. She apparently set up autopay without my consent, taking $106.50 from my account monthly. By federal law this practice is a case of illegal wire fraud, a serious and actionable offense of which you are without doubt aware of. I am very upset over this issue, and the fact I've not received any information about my account, or any contact from your firm, ever. I don't even know the account number, or originator of the debt, or anything else.
