Like others in these reviews, I had a sales rep come out and quote my 160ft installation (gutters and protection) at 12,000 but that because of this "COVID 50% Discount" that it would ONLY cost 6,000 and change. When I told him that wasn't even close to my range he did the classic call the manager move and said that if I agreed on the spot it would be $3,683. Mind you, when I made the appointment I was told that their quotes are good for one year... then they bombarded me with this upon arrival. When he knew I wasn't gonna say yes on the spot he said the final price would be $[protected] without their guard) and told me to call the number he wrote down if I changed my mind and that they would honor this price later. What a scam. I have had two more quotes since then for almost $1000 less and they were much more straightforward. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Home Craft Gutter Protection called me this morning to make an appt for someone to come out and give me an estimate for new gutters and while I was on the phone with the representative after I had made the appt for someone to come out to do the free estimate, I ask her would they be able to email me a copy of the estimate, and she said that I would have to ask the representative when he comes out to do the estimate that he would show me on his computer how much the estimate would be! i don't like surprises so I canceled the apptt and told her that I didn't wanna do business with them! And then I checked the comments here and decided to share my experience with the public! Buyer beware! If someone cannot send you the estimate by email then they are hiding something! Most likely the cost of the installation will be much higher than the original estimate!
I had a terrific experience with ***. *** was very knowledgeable about the product and explained to me just why HomeCraft gutter protection is the best. I know that I bought a product that will last a very long time.
Good day, I am still awaiting a resolution with an issue I had 2 weeks ago regarding pricing
Good day, I am still awaiting a resolution with an issue I had 2 weeks ago regarding pricing. I am just looking for a receipt and how much material was used. The project fell short of materials during installation, which indicates that I would need a price adjustment for the material not used. I have been trying to get in contact with the company to fix this and I have been very patient and this is a very simple request. I entrusted your company, to be honest, and forthright and ensure that the needs are met to the best of your ability. I can pay for the equipment, material, and labor on time, however, I can't receive contact from your organization to receive a price adjustment and receipt? This is bad business I am a person who just wanted the best for my mind and home; for what I paid and have to endure NOT WORTH IT! (In Florida by the way, not seeing a company built here...)
If I could give zero stars I would! Should have read the reviews before letting someone from this company into my home. Pitched a super high price gutter for only 30 feet of gutters. Pressured me at the pitch to put in the "company reviews" a good review. This was shady to me and my husband. What was advertised in the initial phone call was not honored at the home meeting. The day of install,..no show, no call, no text. Called salesman and given the run around. Decided to cancel business all together. They refused to refund me the deposit. They also lied about me to my husband in another phone call to the company. They are crooks---stay away!
Received four quotes at my home and decided to go with *** price match after he assured me Home Craft would install *** Gutters for me. None of the other companies I interviewed offered the thicker metal.I later learned from someone who worked with Home Craft before, that they tell their customers that but, in fact, only install ***.After learning that, i contacted my salesman and he, again, confirmed and put in writing, that HC installs ***. He checked with his manager - again confirmed in an email and a text. The installers came, and, after asking them to get down from their ladders, i measured the metal with a micrometer - ***! I dismissed the installers after explaining the situation and pointing out the agreed upon thickness on the contract they brought with them. (none of them spoke English and couldn't communicate with me directly.)I contacted HC office and was told she would get back to me. I asked later to speak with the owner - she didn't offer to comply - she merely stated she was the manager of the sales person - *** - and that she was sorry there was a miscommunication. I readily explained there was no miscommunication, and that I have it all documented in emails and text and, the contract with ***. (incidentally, one of his communications included a text from his manager - as labeled by ***).She called me back the next day and said it was a miscommunication. It would cost me extra, and i would have to put down half to get it ordered and it could *** weeks or longer to even get it. I told her to FORGET IT!I also sent *** a text with the same message.I called one of the other companies back out. They not only matched the price but agreed to install *** guage gutters. Needless to say, I will measure them before hand again. I don't do business with liars and I expect to get what I pay for. Shady and unprofessional. BEWARE!
Few words are needed for them they did a lousy job, lied about the procedure, took the excess good material we paid for after being told it would be left for the porch we are adding on,triple charged us even with a so called VA discount. 2 1/2 months later our neighbors were having guards put on their home when I walked out and saw them and ask what the charge was.WOW no VA discount same procedure and 2/3 less than what we were charged! Liars, all !Hope to see all their business bite them in the A_ _, and WALLET. A star rating when you put 5 - O's on your chart, only you won't take the review with out it.
I sat with a salesman for about 2 hrs, let him go through the whole sales pitch, gave him all my personal information and set up a day for gutters to be installed..never showed..and now they're calling asking do I want a quote on gutters..I'm shocked..t u at they don't know what is going on..everyone is calling n giving me a run around ...it's a long story of lies..don't trust these ppl
This company is horrible they do not know how to install gutters did not level them correctly and put them up on a rotten board put downspouts
This company is horrible they do not know how to install gutters did not level them correctly and put them up on a rotten board put downspouts on backwards where seem shows and put gutter on wrong so when it rains water pours out of the gutter onto the side of the house. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only good part of this project was the installers; I'd give them 5 stars. BUT, I should have read these reviews before going with Home Craft. Got the big sale, gave a down payment and was given the salesmans phone number and told to call with any issues. Got two confirmations by phone of install date. Well into the morning of install we got a text cancelling the install. Several texts blamed the supply chain, but who confirms an install (twice!) without having material? Tried locating corporate office to speak to someone, but believe me when I tell you they do not want to be found. Reached a call desk and was promised a call back. No call came. Got ahold of project manager who reports her install crew was on their way to *** to pick up material for other installs. She said she would let us know if theyd have our material for an install either tomorrow or next week. We have no gutters on our house! They were removed, fascia painted in prep for the promised install! She also reports this possibility should have been explained by the salesperson. It was NOT! She further touted there was no one higher than her; that she was the top. Im old enough to know that wasnt true. Finally reached the person who says shes right under the owner. I explained how concerned I was after reading these horrible reviews and how the morning had rolled out. She told me I was being disrespectful to her, and she would not allow it. Do you think that after giving a company a down payment, preparing for an install (were 70 years old, our contractor has died and were on our own to complete the renovation for our retirement home), getting cancelled via text, promises to call back that never came was being respectful to us? She promised to call back within the hour but never did! She also stated she responds to all reviews: to that I say: So what! This is the lowest score I have ever seen at the Complaintsboard.com. Professional, respectful people call back when they say they will call back. If you cant take the heat of an unhappy customer whos not yelling or cussing, youre in the wrong position. ou need to pull up your big girl undies and learn how to handle people. So tired of these kids who rule their lives by their feelings. Clearly there are enough unhappy customers it proves this company has no clue how to communicate appropriately nor do they understand the meaning of customer service. The project manager finally called back late in the afternoon and rescheduled the install for the next day. You work around their schedule, and were gated, so someone has to be here to let them in. If you want hassle-free, top-notch service, this is NOT the place to get it.
Very high priced for gutters. The starting price is almost 20k which is crazy for any kind of gutters and they play the priced down much much lower than that to push the sale. The sale guy didnt want to leave even when you insist and keep trying to push the sale. I finally agreed to a price (which i think is still too high for gutters) that i think is ok, i just got a beautiful new home and want only the best gutter guard to protect it as they claim their technology is currently the best and no one else has it. The promised a before and after pictures but I only got the after pictures. The pictures were very blury, worse than a 1 year old taking them. When i asked for better pictures so I can actually see the work done, they said the pictures seems find to them, just zoom in. And i think that artitude is very inprofessional. I reach out to the salesman and he said I have to trust that the contractor have to do a good job otherwise he have to come out and fix it and lose money. So it is just a game of fate. They said this is a 40 yeat warranty but base on my experience and others here i dont think the company will last that long if they dont change the way they treat their customers after the sale.

We contracted with HomeCraft to install gutter protection. They installed them and were paid. I called them to report there were leaks in my gutters. They said I would be contacted to set up a date to repair leaks. That was over two weeks ago. Radio silence since then, and now they do not answer the phone. I am not sure of what to do next, but I will seek legal advice.
This company is absolutely horrible!
This company is absolutely horrible! The worst customer service experience that I've seen of any company! We had a scheduled date for them to come out for gutter guards installation on 6/11 and noone showed or called. I waited and called them on the 6/17 to see what happened and was told that my service fell through the cracks because i had not put a deposit down. This was after we agreed that I would pay in full once they came out and installed the gutters on our scheduled date. The sales assosciate was apologetic and tried to make arrangements, but i told him that i no longer wanted ther service. I DO NOT do any businesss with any company that doesn't stand up to their contractual obligations. I was called about an hour later from the Operations Manager and was told that I had to pay 25% of the contract because I cancelled the contract after they didn't show up for 5 days. I was at awe that he actually thought that I would pay him for something he forfeited on when his company did not show up on the installation date. He proceeded to badger me about it and also threatened me to put a lien on my home.

Critical: Responsiveness This is the second time since I made my purchase in December a lack of customer service by HomeCraft. My latest issue was rain running over the side of my gutter (see pics and video). Texted Russell on 4.12.20 @12:10 pm with the video, no response from him. 4.13.20 @ 9:08 a.m. called and left message on answering machine Quality Assurance 678.227.2506. Did not receive a reply, called again at 11:35 a.m. Sent message @ 12:40 p.m. received a reply at 1:57 p.m. 4.13.20 received a call from Casey, she would schedule service. 4.13.20 Received a call from Russell, said they would be here between 9 and 11 on Monday 4.20.20. At 11:51 on this date, Russell called and said they needed to reschedule, and would be at my house between 9 and 11 on Tuesday 4.21.20. On 4.21.20, received a call from Russell, said the installer had an emergency, and will be at my home on 4.22.20 at 12:00 noon. It is now 2:22 p.m. on 4.22, no installer, no call from Russell. I have wasted 3 days of waiting on promises that have not been fulfilled. I feel like I've wasted almost $4,000 on service that I cannot get after being assured?

Stay away!
Stay away! Go with Leaf Filter! Went to *** for event, saw rep from HomeCraft, nice guy, set up appt for salesperson to come out. Rep showed up late for the appt, did not call to inform us that he would be late. And as always the rep had the gift of gab. Had some good ideas, were going to change some 5" gutters to 6" and remove a down spout (It was only a portion of the total gutters that are on the house) but they are problem areas and I have a competitors product installed. Wanted a better option and thought the design would be a better fit along with the suggestions from the salesman. He pretended to crunch some numbers on his phone, and came up with a figure that we agreed upon. I was willing to write a check on the spot. Set up install date for the next day, said he had a crew that was going to be in the area. A contract was signed by both of us. They never showed, they never called, they never returned my calls. Called the number on the website..."All I do is schedule appointments" she said and she had no way to get me other contact information. Find another option! Better off paying someone to clean them. LEAF FILTER ALL THE WAY!

I wish I would have read these reviews here and on Yelp before hiring this company. I too had the same experience with them being a no show at the 1st estimate appointment. At the estimation appointment, we too felt pressured to sign a contract before the salesman left. His sales pitch was all about what a great company they were. We did go with them and got them to install on Jan 14th. All seemed good until two days ago we noticed a bad warp in the gutter about mid point of an approx 65 foot run. It was supposed to be installed so water ran both ways from the middle to the end downspouts. I took photos and called and spoke with ***. She forwarded the photos to her production manager, called me back and asked if I had them cleaned lately. I told her no one has been anywhere near the gutters and maybe temperature changes to warmer weather caused the warp. After putting me on hold she said her production manager said they would not fix it without me paying $500 because it was an act of "God." The contract states that "All workmanship is guaranteed for one(1) calendar year starting at the time of installation." A Well made gutter should not warp this bad after 3 1/2 months if it was installed correctly. I also found a hanger not even attached to the house. Beware people

Not recommended!
Not recommended! (North ***, ***)- High pressure sales -Ridiculous pricing that started at $21,849 and ended up being $8513 including taxes after "Discounts"-Did not arrive on time and took 3 days vs 1.5 as expected. -Uses Sub-contractors -Gutter hangar spacing between 27"- 37" vs contracted 24"-hangar screws left in gutter under installed gutter guards as well as patio. (Poor clean up)-Gutters not hung properly to flow water to the downspouts. Had to be re-adjusted for proper flow.- Soffit repair. Left a large hole where he rotten soffit was, overnight where animals cold get into the attic. -Climbed my large sliding gate to pass a long gutter over instead of just asking me to open the gate. -Claimed to use a 50-year Tripolymer sealant yet the manufacturer stated to me there was no such warranty. -Installation manager told me he was confident in the installers after I had called to complain that the work was being completed incorrectly. He never drove out to see what was going on. Although the product seems fine, the initial installation was incorrect and would not flow water as it was supposed to do. My intervention and hands on approach directly with the workers got them to redo the initial work and complete the rest of the installation correctly. Had I not been home to personally supervise the completed job would have been incorrect.

Had this product installed last summer, immediately after having a new roof installed
Had this product installed last summer, immediately after having a new roof installed. HomeCraft checked all the boxes and believe me I I am very familiar with gutter guards! My prior ones were vinyl with mesh and overtime, due to heat they would twist and thus the mesh would also twist! The result was that debris and small limbs from trees behind my home would get lodged in the mesh which would then result in excess buildup. When it rained heavily this debris build-up would of course result in an overflow a rain. When I removed this vinyl guard in preparation for the HomeCraft product, the old vinyl pieces were a twisted total mess! So glad to get this metal product. Actually, the roofer who put my new roof on was the person who advised me to go the steel-type guard versus the vinyl because of the same exact reason! That's when I began shopping for a metal type guard system . I was checking out the status of my new HomeCraft gutter, now over 6 months old, just the other day and was so pleased that I took a 2-minute video. I'm providing it to Home Craft so that shoppers can see firsthand what a great product this is. Nashville has had numerous instances of heavy winds over the past several months and as you'll see, there is not even one small twig on my gutter guard. Could not get over that! It does what it is advertised to do. This is an investment you can pay yourself on the back for making. If you sell your home one day, be sure the new owner knows this is protecting your gutter!

Was called after filling out an email form
Was called after filling out an email form. I explained I didn't want a hard sell since I only wanted an estimate to compare, I didn't want anyone in my house, and just to leave the estimate in my mailbox. She came did a visual inspection (this is an important note) told me she needed to come into my house and proceed with her hard sell. Original quote was around $7500, backed down pretty quickly to $2300. I was told I didn't pay anything until after they were done. They pushed to schedule a date and one was established. I was called a few days for a deposit. Reminded them of their "No pay till done" policy. Gave me an option to put down the deposit or not. I chose not. They called later and said they needed my credit card on file and emailed me the (incorrect) contract. I signed and sent it back. Installation date arrived. I came home to no new gutters. I called and was told that someone had cancelled my installation at some point. I was not told it was cancelled. They forgot to include a key piece of the installation in the contract. Someone remembered and that was smoothed over. The installation was rescheduled. The day of the second installation attempt I got a text that said that they could not reach a portion of my house. I asked why that wasn't realized at the time of the visual inspection and received no answer. I got a call where they explain that they only had 48ft ladders, I pointed out that things other than ladders can be used to reach high places, and they said I could cancel if I wanted to. I did.

The rep arrived and initially seemed annoyed that my partner would not be present, which I thought was odd, but I waited for them to do the measurements, and assumed they'd give me an invoice and leave. Instead the rep asked to come in and go over the prices. Rep then proceeded to quote me at least 8 different prices starting with $12k for a simple gutter installation and then started knocking thousands off here and there for things like letting them put a sign in my yard and being flexible about the installation and paying cash. After a few minutes his offer was suddenly down to $6k. This already seemed very shady to me considering that the other offers I'd received were all under $2k. When I politely mentioned I wasn't ready to make a decision and wanted to discuss with my partner, the rep put on the pressure to decide right then or lose his "best" price which was already 3x higher than our highest bid. When pressed again to make a decision, I said I would pass on the offer stating it was out of my budget. The rep then took a less friendly tone, became passive aggressive and then directly confrontational, before insisting I contact my partner so he could talk to them instead of me as if I was incapable of making the decisions for my household. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up asking him to leave. The rep then began to gaslight me and question my reaction to his behavior, playing innocent and acting like I was a jerk for wasting his valuable time and missing his wonderful opportunity, before finally leaving. Hope others will see this review and avoid this company like the plague.
Chose a company for their price match assurance to install high-quality gutters at my home.
Received four quotes at my home and decided to go with a certain company's price match after he assured me Home Craft would install high-quality Gutters for me. None of the other companies I interviewed offered the thicker metal. I later learned from a previous customer that they claim to install high-quality materials but actually do not. After learning this, I contacted my salesman who confirmed in writing that they install as promised. He even confirmed this via email and text after checking with his manager. When the installers arrived, I measured the metal thickness myself and found it to be substandard. I dismissed the installers and showed them the contract specifying the agreed thickness. The installers could not communicate with me as they did not speak English. I reached out to the Home Craft office and was told I would receive a callback. When I requested to speak with the owner, the manager apologized for a 'miscommunication'. Despite my evidence in emails, texts, and the contract, she claimed it was a misunderstanding and said it would cost extra and take weeks to get the correct materials. I instructed them to forget the whole thing and informed them via text. I then contacted another company who matched the price and agreed to install the correct gauge gutters. I will verify the quality before installation. I refuse to work with dishonest businesses and insist on receiving what I pay for. This experience was shady and unprofessional. Customers should be wary.
We had an unfortunate experience with this company
We had an unfortunate experience with this company. Starting with the salesman, his initial quote started at over $11,000, and in then end after a "call to his manager", we went with the price of $3,750 for 143 feet of new gutters, gutter guards, about 100 feet of downspouts, and a little fascia and soffit work. It makes you think you're getting a good deal when you start that high, but I have my doubts now. Then on the day on installation, the crew showed up and began working, only for me to realize a few hours into the job that they were installing the wrong color gutters, they didn't even bring downspouts to install, and they missed a few fascia and soffit spots outlined on the contract that needed replaced because the wood was rotten. Once I pointed those things out, they took everything off that they had just spent hours installing, and decided to come back the next day to install all of the correct materials that were originally listed on the contract. In the meantime, all of the old gutters and trash from the job were left in our front yard overnight, and it poured down rain for several hours that evening with no gutters on our house. That in itself caused damage to our flowerbeds and flooded areas around our house that should not have that much water collecting. I used buckets from my garage to attempt to catch some water, but that proved unsuccessful. The crew came back the next day with the correct materials, installed everything as it should have been from the start, but left a lot of trash like rusty nails, scrap metal, and pieces from our old gutter system all around our house. I filled up a 5-gallon bucket with the trash I picked up after they left. Throughout the 2 days that the crew was at our house, I tried to reach the HomeCraft office several times to discuss the problems we were having with the installation. I finally got ahold of someone on the 14th try on the first day, informed them of what was happening and was told that a production manager would be calling me, but never heard from anyone. The morning of the 2nd day, I tried to call the office again to resolve the issues and got them on my 4th try. I was hoping for a reduction in price or some sort of compensation for the issues associated with the installation of our gutters, but I was told that the job was "already at cost" and didn't have any room to go lower on the price. I paid for the work we had done, but feel very disappointed in how HomeCraft conducted its business throughout our experience.

I had a scheduled appointment for July 22,2022. My timeframe given to me was 1-3 pm. When I called the warranty office, the supervisor told me the warranty crew was held up with another job that was an hour away. She said, they would come today afterwards. I tried calling the warranty office multiple times up to 530pm. I never heard from anyone, as I was told. I am upset because I took off work for this appointment that was placed almost 2 weeks ago. I tried calling the supervisor, he will not answer as well. This company expectations are horrible and they dont care about helping customers as myself. I am contacting Complaintsboard.com because I need the area where they put up the gutters fixed. I will not wait another two weeks! On the picture, the gutter crew bent the facing off the trimming of my house, so it has a hole there. I need this correct because anything can crawl in the hole.
I received a quote on installing gutter and gutter covers. Agree to signed contact. After trying to schedule installation. They changed price. Increasing it by 773 dollars.
Contracted with Homecraft 3/31, work scheduled for 4/1/22. Crew arrived from out of state, not licensed. Did not hang gutters correctly - no wedges, not level, leaking. Was told they would not cash check until fixed, then cashed check the next day.Crew installed leaf guards UNDER THE *** SHINGLES - damaging the roof integrity. Estimate to fix roof is $5,000.Have been getting the run around for 4 months.
we had gutter guards installed on june X XXXX
we had gutter guards installed on june X XXXX. we had signed the agreement, made the payment & when the 2 installers came, they refused to do some of the work that was to be done. they were to re-align gutters if needed, would not do,he stated he may make it worse. the guards were put under the shibgles, making them stick straight up in the air, preventing debris from flowing off the guards. some were not even screwed in,one whole part-there was no product at all. we started trying to contact the company immediately,at least 8-10 phone calls a day. this went on for a week;when someone finally called & would have his "ace" man come & check it out. he did so,telling us he screwed in what the installers hadn;t finished;but the product should have NEVER been installed, because we should have a new roof first. he would check with his boss, possibly making some kind of monetary adjustment. have received no call, wer've called them over 20 times this past week. Still have had no return call.

I had gutters installed by this company in March 2022. The gutters are not properly installed. When it rains, water is still hitting the sides of my home and damaging my foundation. When I called and spoke with ***, your representative, he shared with me that he no longer works for your company. I have paid thousands of dollars and the installation of your gutters is not correct. I attempted to call the number on my contract, as I have a warranty but it does not work. Someone needs to please come and take repair this mess before there is any additional damage done to my home and its foundation. *** JOB#: RAL1095 Sales Rep:
Had gutterguards installed, installation terrible, called, original team came back, did cosmetic repairs, did not seal, or realign gutters, next rain, had a waterfall over front door, numerous leaks and drips. Called, talked to production mgr, he affirmed the install was incorrect. Sent out his "top" installer. He trimmed shingle overhang, readjusted one gutter. (Incorrectly). Now, water drips all over , by the front door, drips out of the corner days after it rains, center of gutter moved up, water does not flow toward downspout, rather towards center of house. Called production mgr numerous times, (no responses) "Top installer" told me it probably couldnt be fixed properly, and should be removed and my money refunded. My job# is *** 728
I contacted HomeCraft in March to give a quote on gutter guards
I contacted HomeCraft in March to give a quote on gutter guards. They came April 1 and gave a big "schpeel" on their product & guaranteed the gutters would be sealed with a 50 year tri-polymer & promised they would clean out the existing gutters & downspouts. These 2 things were not done but were underlined on the quote. The 2 new downspouts fell off within a week. They came out and repaired those but I decided to check their other work since the new downspouts fell off. Upon inspection, I found gutters were very dirty, not cleaned at all, downspouts were totally clogged. This was UNDER their gutter guard that they installed. Now, every time it rains the gutters leak. They are not supposed to leak with the sealant, so it was not applied or not applied properly. I spent two days with a hired lift cleaning the gutters that they were supposed to have cleaned. They won't return calls. I've called repeatedly asking for someone to call me back. I'm getting ready to file a lawsuit.

The date of my Transaction was 1/30 the installation of the project was 2/1 the amount of money I spent on this project was #3,872 dollars. It was never discuss they would only put up four Gutters on the house. They discuss the amount of footage for the house. There was a spot left open where I am getting a drop off which has caused a puddle in my house foundation. Sent this situation has happen I have had to have my foundation lifted which has added another cost. On speaking with the company they stated I would have to pay additional to have another gutter put in where the drop off it doesn't specific on the contract. The company made there on decision on a unfinish job . I am disable veteran as well.

I hired HomeCraft gutters to replace my existing gutters
I hired HomeCraft gutters to replace my existing gutters. The gutters have dropped, and pulled away from the house. I have called many times to get this problem fixed, but they have yet to fix the problems. After many calls, my problem has gotten increasingly worse, and when they send someone out to "look", no follow up to fix the problems, even when they are told by the "lookers" that the gutters have dropped, causing water to pour out, instead of going to the downspout. They need to be removed, and reinstalled. The freshly painted soffit, now has a wavy look, soon to be rot. This will all need to be replaced. There is also a space between the house and the gutters in some areas, which should not be there. During the removal of my old gutters, there was significant roof damage. All of this is going to need to be repaired, including the gutters, the soffit, and the roof. Very Poor customer service. They had even asked if they could use my lovely home in their brochure, which I regret, due to the very poor service which I have received. They did not follow up and fix my issues, and it has now been over a year since the installation. We have some VERY BIG problems, thanks to this disaster.

I hired HomeCraft to replace my gutters and repair areas of rotten wood boards next to the gutters. Homecraft sent Tylor Reffres to give me a quote and she promised me the quote covers all the repair needed, including the part of wood board that I showed her. I signed up and the project was done on August 24,2021. The worker told me everything was good. A few months later I noticed that the rotten wood part was not fixed. When I contacted HomeCraft about this issue, the project manager claimed that the part is called "Soffit" and in the contract only Fascia was specified, so they declined my request to fix it. This is apparently Tylor's mistake and when I asked to speak to her, I was told she left the company. I also requested to talk to the sales manager and was told I will be called, which never happened. I trusted HomeCraft to perform all the gutter work needed and was not expecting any word games. I hope HomeCraft can fix the issue as I was promised.
Paid for gutters 6/3. I am old single woman. Paid in full. Gutters leaked. Water does not go in gutters but behind gutters. Rotting my fascia boards. Going over into roofing. They will not fix. If not able to drain, should not have taken money and damaged my home. They are taking advantage of a old woman. I have tried numerous times to get them to fix this. *** If you call warranty number no answer. I have several videos of water gushing.
water going over guards with ice forming on them to prevent draining
water going over guards with ice forming on them to prevent draining . flows over on deck and then freezes creating slip hazard 6-2020 guards were installed that's when startted . they said it would come in one piece did not . it snowed and the melting froze on the guards and the rest of melt off, froze on deck. . called them and they said they would be out 12/08 , no show no call.have called 4 different numbers and all i get is , waiting for corporate to tell us what to do . came again 02/11 would get back to us . Called a person Carly, said they want to take care of the situation . But still nothing , is this a scam? well zzzzzz sorry fell asleep waiting for them . i really want a refund BUT contract says no , so lets fix the problem one person came out said the gutters were not level and he could fix that , he was from gutter craft . still nothing from them . how long doe it take for corporate to give advise OR take care of the problem ? at one time they wanted to put heat cables on the roof i was almost ok with that but no, fire hazerd in my mind . the leveling of the gutters would most likely take care of it , BUT again nothing from Gutter Guard . i am retired and living on Social Security and $2550 is a bit much . i really need this taken care of before the ice freezes on my deck and someone gets hurt

Purchased new gutter and gutter guards installed June 3
Purchased new gutter and gutter guards installed June 3. Company has 40 years guarantee against leaks. Company failing to address leaks Purchased gutter and gutter guards were installed June 3. These products have 40 year guarantee against leaks per company. June 4 it rained and leak appeared. Contacted Homecraft. June 5, Karl Project Manager came to my house without notice while I was gone and then informed me leak was repaired. The following week it rained again harder and 4 new leaks appeared in addition to the original location. Contacted Homecraft again June 9 texted Karl the Project Manager, no response. June 10 texted Patrick regional manager and called Warranty department. Scheduled service for June 18. June 18 no show no call. Contacted Homecraft again and told there was a "schedule error". June 19 Homecraft employee came to address leaks. At this time he informed me the gutter guards were not installed correctly per normal practice. I asked if he would correct the problem and he declined. He attempted to seal torn shingles caused by improper installation. Rain June 24, same leaks appeared. Called Warranty department and spoke with Brian. Relayed my concerns about improper installation to Brian. He was not interested in that issue and told me service was scheduled for today June 30 9-11 am. No show no call today. Contacted Cassy Warranty Dept who informed me I did not have any service scheduled. Then spoke with Brian who said "I guess I made an error". Texted Patrick again June 30 advising of the continuing "scheduling errors" and also that improper original installation problem needs to be addressed as these spot fixes are obviously not fixing the issue. All text messages and phone logs are available for review.

After I had declined to let HomeCraft install gutters on my home, their work crew trespassed ** my property and tore off existing gutters
After I had declined to let HomeCraft install gutters on my home, their work crew trespassed *** my property and tore off existing gutters. On Friday March 12, I signed a contract with HomeCraft Gutter Protection to have gutters installed, but later that day I received a better offer and cancelled that agreement in writing. I sent a text of the cancellation to the sales person, talked on the phone with him to make sure the cancellation was received. He said he understood, couldn't match the lower bid I'd received and would notify his supervisors. But on Tuesday March 16, without warning a work crew from HomeCraft trespassed *** my property and did major damage by tearing off my existing gutters. I called the salesperson to complain and confirm that my cancellation had been processed, he assured me that it had and apologized. But then he, over the phone, and also the crew chief on my property, began telling me they could do the work cheaper than earlier estimated, as if doing damage to my property was part of a sales pitch. I ordered the crew off my property, took pictures of the damage and sent them in a text to the salesman and the operations manager, who apologized and said there was miscommunication with the crew. He asked me to be patient, that somebody from the corporate office with contact me to resolve the situation. That was Wednesday March 17. I never heard from their corporate, although operations manager said they had called me. I asked that they call again as I wanted to be compensated for the property damage. Thursday March 18 when I didn't hear from corporate again, I texted the operations manager and he gave me a corporate phone number to call. I called that number, left a message, but as of Monday March 22 have not heard back.

On December 1, I was visited by a representative of HomeCraft Gutter Protection.
On December 1, I was visited by a representative of HomeCraft Gutter Protection. She took measurements of my property to determine the amount of gutters needed. Once she had completed this, she made a sales pitch which focused on the quality of their gutter guards relative to their competitors, showing me samples of their competitors' gutter guard products and the features of theirs that made them superior. She never discussed the prospect of selling the gutters without the gutter guards, and the photo illustration on the worksheet she filled out included the gutter guards. I was quoted a "One Year" price of $7,507.00, or a price of $4,500.00 if I paid for them that day. I opted to pay the company that day, and the representative filled out her company's paperwork and I signed. Today, the installation crew arrived and installed the gutters without the gutter guards. The crew informed me they were not included in the order, and they had not been provided with them. I sent a text message to the representative asking what went wrong. At first, she said that she miscommunicated the scope of the job, but then said she could "add the guards" for an additional $1,600.00. When I declined, she then told me that all the paperwork said "gutters only", despite the fact that she never even told me that was an option. The representative filled out the paperwork without input from me, and just asked for my signature. The line item that appears to indicate that gutter guards were NOT included was farther down the form, included in a number of "boilerplate" lines. At this point, I would like to get what I paid for, whether that means HomeCraft honoring the terms that their sales representative originally discussed and then appears to have deceptively changed on their company's proprietary form, or refunding my money and returning my original gutters to their state before the installation.

On 6/4/22 I signed a contract with Homecraft to repair a gutter that had slightly detached from my home and install gutter covers for approx 60
On 6/4/22 I signed a contract with Homecraft to repair a gutter that had slightly detached from my home and install gutter covers for approx 60 feet of gutters. I was told that the crew would arrive on 6/7/22 and that someone would call the night before to confirm a time window. Nobody ever called. About 10am on 6/7, I called the salesman and he said that someone would call by 11:30am. Nobody ever called. I took the afternoon off work to wait for the crew. At about 2pm I received a text that the crew was on their way and would be at my home within 30 minutes. They never showed. At 7pm I received a call that t the crew had the wrong address but instead of calling to verify they just went on to the next job. It's worth mentioning that I verified my address several times and it was correct on the paperwork I had. The crew arrived the next morning about 8:30am unannounced. I was told that this company does not use sub-contractors but this was clearly a sub-contractor as their van had a different name on it. Also, the crew did not speak English or pretended not to understand me. I was told that the crew would clean up after themselves. Didn't happen - they blew all the debris out of the gutters and left it all over my yard, along with several pieces of hardware. I was told that the *** would show me the quality of the work they did when finished, but they left without a word. Also, they stole my existing gutter covers which were virtually brand new. I texted the company and asked that they be returned, but received no response. They were at my home for about 15 minutes and for this they are charging me $2500. They did not even replace the gutters, this is a ridiculous overcharge. I called the salesman to complain and he said that he would give me a $50 *** gift card for my trouble but of course this never arrived. $50 doesn't begin to cover my losses or my time off work or cleanup time anyway.

We hired this company in Sept 2020 to install gutter guards
We hired this company in Sept 2020 to install gutter guards. On January 5th 2022, I called Home craft to let them know that a piece of my gutter guard was found laying in my yard. The representative (***) very nonchalantly asked that I send pictures of the piece and where it was found. She stated that it could be an "extra" piece. Pictures were sent that day. I called back a few days later and was asked for pictures again. When I told her they were sent. She said that her production manager would come out and take a look. That was Jan 11th. We had a couple of weekends of bad weather, but still no one came out or called us back. On Jan 13th I called and spoke with ***. She assured me that someone would contact me back about coming out. *** (sp) called and was given the ok to go out at any time. He pushed the "extra piece" theory every time we talked. I waited until Jan 25th and still did not hear anything from anyone. So I called again and left a message for *** NOTHING. Jan 28th called and was given the same speech about it being an extra piece. *** had not come out. I emailed again on Feb 10th and once again was promised by *** that he'd be out on the 11th at 9 am. He was almost two hours late when I called him. He said that he was in route, that he had a meeting that I guess just popped up because it was not mentioned when he gave me the 9 am time the day before. He said that he would take pictures and get my husband to sign off on the inspection. As per my husband, after he finally arrived he attempted to use a ladder that was WAY to short to reach the house. He asked if he could climb up from the back side ( the piece was found in the front of the house. That was also included in my email to them back on Jan 5th) He didn't say anything of his "findings" to my husband; he just left. He did text me to tell me he'd be sending pictures. As of the 23rd of Feb. I've yet to receive them.

Gutter protection was installed on 12/07
Gutter protection was installed on 12/07. It has never performed in the manner described by the salesperson. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to have someone come to check the installation of the product. In the almost 7 months, after more than 9 phone calls and emails (with videos and photographs), I have been contacted back once. This resulted in an installer coming to the house who was not able to speak English, leaving us unable to communicate our concerns and also leaving us unaware of the company's apparent solution. On May 14th 2022 Homecraft Gutter company installed gutter guards at my residence
On May 14th 2022, Homecraft Gutter company installed gutter guards at my residence. By May 16th, I received an invoice with a payment address to a P.O. box. The next day, I mailed a check to that address. From May 17th to May 27th, I was bombarded with calls about the missing payment, with threats of collection action. On May 27th, the marketing representative informed me the address was incorrect. I stopped the initial check and sent a new one via certified mail to a corrected address. Despite this, on June 2nd, I was still clarifying payment issues. The company deposited my first check, which I learned about on June 7th through my bank. I've been charged a fee by my bank due to their cashing attempt. Additionally, I discovered the company had not obtained the necessary permits or registered their business locally before starting work on my property. This raises concerns about their business practices.

This problem began almost as soon as the job began
This problem began almost as soon as the job began. I have been in problem-solving mode for 6.5 months with the project manager, contractors, and the customer service department. The initial contact with the sales rep resulted in a loan being approved with Green *** but the stipulation was that the expenses would not be incurred UNTIL the job was complete, thorough, correct, and I approved. The company sent in a "job complete" without any of the above and I found out via a credit bureau alert to me that charges had been submitted from a source on the dark web and that I should check my accounts. That night I could not find anything unusual, but by morning Homecraft gutter protection had processed the charges for the gutter job without the job bein complete and without my knowledge or approval. I have been in communication with the loan company ever since that day, disputed the charge and continue to refuse to pay anything until the job is complete. In October, the job was still incomplete, no efforts to make sure it was finished and up to the standard advertised. I finally was able to negotiate a reduction in the cost of the job, but the company said they would not issue and adjusted contract. I then reached out to Homecraft and Green *** for assistance in getting a copy of the adjusted contract from Homecraft. However, Homecraft failed to send a copy of the adjusted contract to Green ***. I had to send a copy to Green *** after finding out in conversation with Green *** that they had never received a copy. I found out this information AFTER I called to speak with them and found out that Homecraft had yet again submitted information to Green *** that the job was complete. To this day...gutter job remains incomplete, the company representatives are not returning my calls. Today, I've called *** (cus serv), *** (district mgr), and attempted to call the phone number:*** which hung up each time I called without a person picking up.

Product did not perform adequately, customer service was bad as they were difficult to reach and did not show or call on a scheduled service
Product did not perform adequately, customer service was bad as they were difficult to reach and did not show or call on a scheduled service date. On May 5 a sales rep came to my home. We agreed to purchase a gutter system with guards for the house which has a metal roof; at which time we were assured it would work properly with the metal roof. We were also reminded of the good Complaintsboard.com rating HomeCraft has. On May 6 an installation crew completed the job. They fashioned three metal "v's" that were attached to the gutters in the three existing inner corners or "valleys" in an attempt to block anticipated overshooting water upon my request as I had seen such devices on various websites. After installation we had no significant rainfall for nearly two weeks to judge how the product performed. When it did rain I took several videos showing the problem in the three "valleys" in the rear of the residence. I attempted to call customer service all day on May 18 at least ten times and left a brief message with my contact info as well. I finally reached customer service the next day on May 19, after explaining the scenario a service date was scheduled on May 29 between [protected] hours. I took a vacation day for this as well as the install date. No one ever showed on May 29, I never received a call and never reached customer service by phone as I started calling around 1200 hours. I have since resorted to getting on a ladder and removed the "v" shaped devices myself to improve the function but still have three five-gallon buckets under the valleys to catch the water as it was gouging the ground at the foundation. We were also told during the sales pitch how nice it would be on a safety aspect that I'd never have to get on a ladder again to clean gutters. So much for that as I was doing that very thing on the evening of July 4. I did continue periodically calling customer service but not frequently as my work schedule keeps me rather busy. I have not reached customer service by phone and even replied to an email they sent but got no response from that either. This is not the product or service I thought I was purchasing for an amount of $10,785.00 for an 1800 sq ft single-story home. We were told by the sales rep and the installation crew that if it did not perform adequately they would come back and make adjustments if needed. The installation crew did not speak fluent English which I do not have a problem with but I do not think they understood my questions or concerns. It seems they were very prompt and ready to make the sale but the service afterwards has been abysmal and has cost me dearly; and I still do not have a working product to top it off. I did not expect to totally eliminate all overshooting water in a hard rain but I also did not expect to have a worse problem in those three areas I mentioned; at any price paid.

My gutter service has not been properly completed
My gutter service has not been properly completed. I have made over ten appointments since July to fix the problem and no one has shown up. I hired Homecraft gutter Protection to clean, seal and install gutter shields on my townhome July 13. My job number is ATL926. Two weeks after the install, I began trying to contact the company because my front gutters were again leaking profusely. I sent videos of the leaking gutters, texted my complaints, and tried to call the office numerous times. I left many messages and was never contacted. In June , I found out from my neighbor's handyman that the promised gutter shields were missing from the back of my home. At that point, the front gutters were pouring water and I again began trying to contact Homecraft to fix both problems. Eva, who has since been terminated, scheduled Karl Jackson to try and fix the complaint. The gutter shields were not properly installed, nor was the leaking stopped. My front door and roof are now beginning to show water damage and once again, I began to contact the company in June . Karl Jackson was now the manager and assured me the problem would be finally taken care of. After scheduling five missed appointments with Mandy, who has been terminated from the company, Karl Jackson, who has also been terminated, stated that he "didn't have a time machine to go back in time, but, he would make sure my gutters were fixed." I sent past and present videos of the leaking gutters to both Mandy and Karl and scheduled an appointment. No one showed up from Homecraft, and no one called. In the month of July, I had a total of six scheduled appointments with Homecraft gutter protection, and they have kept none of them. Matt Machado is now the manager and he has also promised to rectify my situation. On August 10, after the seventh no show from Homecraft, I contacted Matt he stated that I was no longer under warranty and any work would be done at a fee. I asked him, why am I being charged a second time for a job that was never properly done in the first place? He seemed surprised and requested video proof of the shoddy work. I sent him videos of the leaking gutters and he said that he would get back to me. He never did. I called Homecraft on Monday, August 17 and spoke with Jordie, who is Eva/Mandy's replacement. I was once again assured that my situation was important to the company and she would make sure that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. I made another appointment for today, August 22nd. It is now one o'clock in the afternoon, no one has called or shown up from Homecraft gutter protection. I have tried to call both the office to speak with Jordie and Matt Machado. Evidently, no one works on Saturday. I am a widowed Healthcare worker and I think that it is horrible the way I have been treated and swindled by this business. I would not wish their presence and lack of service on any hardworking person. I work very hard at my job and take it very seriously in my service to others. Is it too much to ask this company to do the same?

The installation (Dec 2021)and convincing that their service was the best in the business during the initial consultation. I had taken this videos, on may 5th rain, and been trying to contact them for the repair.. got one call back, saying that their glue was having issues after installation, three very next day.. but since then have been trying to contact for service, but no call backs, after leaving them numerous voice messages and also, been filling out service request online, again numerous times..I had contacted the sales, the office, installation, they say they can't help me with it, neither would be able to give out any information other than the warranty *** number.. My advice : Do not fall for this company, as the service/warranty is non existent..
STOP CALLING ME! I DONT KNOW HOW YOU GOT MY NUMBER BUT STOP CALLING! THIS IS HARASSMENT
Work completed by this company was unfinished and unacceptable. Do not recommend. 1. Gutters were cleaned with leaves/debris but then dumped into the recycle bin. Which is right next to the trash can.2. Guards were not cut properly at the edges and pieces of metal were hanging over.3. Roof line/shingles were adjusted where there is now a SIGNIFICANT hornets' nest. Multiple phone calls and texts went unresolved and provided excuses. They returned (at a different time than quoted) and cleaned up item #2. However, the nest still exists and we were not provided a solution, just an excuse.
I have found this company to unacceptable in product, workmanship and warranty work. I have contacted this company numerous times for the down pour and dripping of water from the gutters. Each time someone came out for repairs the problem persisted. When you call the company they will tell you someone in your state will contact you and it does not happen, so you continue to call to no avail. I even requested the system be removed because concrete work needs to be done in that area and is scheduled soon, I was told I would have to pay to have it removed because its out of the warranty period. Out of warranty for a product that has never performed as advertised is appalling and this company is not standing behind their product or workmanship. I am still attempting to get resolution and hope I do not have to end *** in court.
