They are incompetent and dishonest out the gate. We rented not even a month ago they had us sign 2 different leases. The home didn't have a fridge I asked why they said we had to provide our own Unfortunately for them this isn't outlined in their lease so they had to provide it. We since get balances added to our account constantly saying we owe them they are also adding multiple duplicate charges then email us hours after they sent us these bogus charges saying if we don't pay we will be penalized. At this point ive let them know if this continues I will contact a lawyer. They can not make up charges that aren't outlined in the lease its illegal as heck. They are messing with the wrong tenant I too am a property manager and am very well versed in leases. DO NOT use Home River Group you will never have any peace. Also trying to get in touch with an actual PM is a joke as well. They didn't clean the home prior to move in there is still grime on the wall from previous tenants and mold on the bathroom ceiling nor did they repair anything needing repair but I'm SURE they kept the prior tenants deposit!

Desired outcome: They need to be held accountable for their deceit and unethical charging and fear mongering with emails about late fees when you don't owe or it isn't even the 1st of the month when rent is due!The ledger is unclear
