I have been a sub-dealer under Borawke Auto Service, Paltan since 2014, during which I consistently grew my business, achieving 350-400 vehicle sales annually by 2018. However, in 2018, the dealer committed fraud by manipulating our accounts and extorting ₹1.58 crore.
Due to this financial loss, I faced challenges maintaining stock levels, which gradually led to a significant decline in business. In 2022, I discovered the fraud and submitted all evidence to Honda's regional sales team and officials. Despite multiple promises from 5-6 officer Zonal manager (DEVENDER SINGH, SACHIN PAWAR, RAVI CHOHAN, AVINASH SHARMA, LAV KURME, BUSHAN PAWAR, AMIR KHAN) to resolve the issue, no action was taken, and I have been ignored repeatedly.
Additionally, I sent over 100+ emails to Honda, but no concrete resolution was provided. Now, in 2024, I am left with no stock, and the company has also taken away my 'Hi-Rise,' further adding to my financial burden.
Request:
I urge Honda Two Wheelers India to take immediate action against Borawke Auto Service, Paltan, and address this issue on priority. My business has suffered due to the negligence of the dealership and lack of support from Honda
Claimed loss: 1.58 Crore (Due to the fraudulent actions by the dealership and the resulting loss of stock and business operations). And 5 years bussiness loss.
Desired outcome: Immediate action to resolve the fraud, compensation for the ₹1.58 Crore loss, restoration of my dealership stock, and proper accountability from Borawke Auto Service, Paltan.
