I got a 2016 *** 370Z Nismo, and right after I bought it, it's been nothing but trouble
I got a 2016 *** 370Z Nismo, and right after I bought it, it's been nothing but trouble. I feel so lost because I traded in my old car for this one, thinking it would be an upgrade, but no one has even tried to assist me in fixing this problem. It's already been to the mechanic twice, and I've only had it for two weeks.
Sadly, the dealer doesn't respect prices or quotes
Sadly, the dealer doesn't respect prices or quotes. I asked for a quote on a vehicle and received an out-the-door price. We proceeded to complete all the paperwork, and unfortunately, I didn't bother to check it since we had already discussed the price. To my surprise, they overcharged me by $1k above the original price and an additional $1k for "accessories."
Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! These scammers at Honda of Superstition Springs don't take women seriously, I tell ya! So, I bought my car from them and they totally upsold me on this useless warranty. Can you believe it? I couldn't even use it because it turns out I paid for a warranty that covered a time before I even owned the car. What a rip-off! And let me tell you, they keep giving me the runaround, treating me like I'm some kind of idiot just because I'm a woman. They sent me to another Honda person who could "explain" things to me, as if I can't understand. And get this, they even had the nerve to say it's my fault for not calling Honda after I bought the warranty to confirm. But hey, they're Honda, they sold it to me! They promised to call me back, but surprise, surprise, I haven't heard a peep from anyone. What a joke! This place is absolutely terrible if you're looking to buy a car. Stay far, far away!

Brought my car in for maintenance on 12/1 at 11 am
Brought my car in for maintenance on 12/1 at 11 am. They said it would be done on Fri 12/2 in the afternoon. I had to call them at around 2-3 pm. They told me they didn't receive the part. They didn't give me any estimate on when or if they will fix it.
I bought a used car on 9/11 and I told the dealer that the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced
I bought a used car on 9/11 and I told the dealer that the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. The sales person said they would handle it. I sent an email on Monday and the manager said they would take care of it. It's been more than a week now and the manager hasn't been responding to my emails or phone calls, and the windshield still hasn't been fixed.

My brother died in December
My brother died in December. I sold his Honda and the dealer said I would get a refund for his extended warranty. They emailed me the documents but I never got a response. When I called, they said the email couldn't be printed, so I sent the documents by mail. This caused a delay from when I sent the email until 3-1 when I called and they told me to send the documents by mail. I've emailed them three times now with no response. I've also called three times and left messages, but nobody returns my calls. They never told me how much money would be returned, as it would be calculated once they had all the necessary documents. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
I bought a Honda CRV from Honda of Superstition Springs recently
I purchased a Honda CRV from Honda of Superstition Springs. The Finance person offered a Paint Protection Warranty for $395, valid for 5 years. I inquired about service availability in my hometown. He confirmed it was possible at a local dealer. However, upon visiting the recommended service center, I was redirected to local body shops, none of which recognized the warranty. Misinformed by the dealership, I seek a $395 refund.
I dropped off my vehicle on 11/04 for an oil change and diagnostic at Honda of Superstition Springs because the heater wasn't working
I dropped off my vehicle on 11/04 for an oil change and diagnostic at Honda of Superstition Springs because the heater wasn't working. They called and said they found the problem, which was the heater motor. They said they needed to replace it, and it would cost ***. At first, I hesitated because of financial issues, but then I called back and told them to go ahead with the repairs. On 11/07, they called and said everything was ready. When I arrived, my oil hadn't been changed, and they hadn't checked the heater because I trusted their word. The next morning, I noticed the heater still wasn't working. Due to my work schedule, I went to Honda and spoke with the service manager. He told me the heater wasn't working because of another issue that they didn't tell me about when I picked up the car. So I was charged almost *** for repairs that were never done. The manager said nothing could be done except to give me credit at Honda. I don't want credit, I want my money back.
On 7/20, I brought my vehicle to Honda of Superstition Springs for warranty work because the tint on my windows was bubbling
On 7/20, I brought my vehicle to Honda of Superstition Springs for warranty work because the tint on my windows was bubbling. They replaced the tint on two windows, but unfortunately, it didn't match. When I called to inform them about the mismatched tint, they said it was a separate complaint from the initial one. However, they agreed to have me bring it back in. So, on 7/22, I returned to the dealership and they promised to fix all the tint to make it match.
I dropped off my car at 8 am and they kept updating me around 15 times throughout the day. They mentioned that they were having trouble with the back window. I reminded them that it needed to be done on 7/22 since I had already brought it in twice before, and the car was supposed to be sold on 7/23. The service manager explained that there might be some glue at the very bottom of the window that they couldn't completely remove, and I understood the situation.
When I picked up my car, I noticed that the back window had bubbles in the tint, making it difficult to see through. Additionally, they left debris of tint all over my car, even though I had just gotten it fully detailed at *** San tan on Friday the 15th. So now, not only is the rear window visually impaired, but there is also tint trash scattered all over my car and black residue on the outside of it. The bubbles on the rear window are not visible.
I received a marketing email from Superstition Springs Honda on 06/21/2022 at 1:04pm saying they can "turn my vehicle into cash
I received a marketing email from Superstition Springs Honda on 06/21/2022 at 1:04pm saying they can "turn my vehicle into cash." They said I could click to get a trade-in offer. I clicked the link titled See Trade Value and filled out the info they asked for. They gave me a conditional offer of $48,580. Then, an employee named *** called me and asked when I wanted to come in to complete the trade. I asked for a proposal showing the deal breakdown with the *** price. He said they couldn't honor the initial trade-in offer of $48,580 because I marked my car as excellent condition, and they only honor trade-ins at good condition. So, I filled out their form "See Trade Value" again and marked my vehicle as good condition. This time, I got an offer for $47,670. I sent the updated info to the sales representative ***, and he sent me a breakdown of the vehicle purchase out the door with the trade-in offer. They said they could only offer $39,000 because the tool they use for marketing isn't showing accurate numbers. It feels like they baited and switched to get people to their dealership without actually honoring trade-in offers or coming close to it. I kindly ask for a review of this practice and to let me know if it meets legal marketing standards in the ***.
My car is still being serviced, but it's been a bumpy ride so far
My car is still being serviced, but it's been a bumpy ride so far. I've been here before, and every time they find something "new" that's about to go bad or is low. Now, I'm not the best with cars, but I've only had my Honda Civic since January . I came in because I went over a small pothole and almost every light came on. From a pothole. It says something, I think. The ***, Vehicle Mitigation, all of it was on at first. So, after having an independent mechanic look at it, who said I should bring it in for the driver's side seatbelt to be replaced, since that's all he saw it needed, I brought it in for that purpose. I brought it in on Tuesday, and here we are on Friday as I'm typing this. It's a mess. ***, my *** Rep, has been kind and professional, I'll give him that. I respect that too, but it's been a wild ride so far. After a series of back and forth, with them saying it can be easily fixed, them trying to get me to buy a new skid plate since they're not sure they can "put it back on," the *** Center Advisor, ***, said that he and an inspector need to see the car. The next day, he tells me he's filing a claim on my extended warranty, since I do have a platinum coverage plan. He wanted more details about how it happened, I told him I hit a pothole and lurched forward, my seatbelt got locked in place. Calls me again the next day, on Friday, and tells me the claim is denied since it's a collision and they refuse to cover it. A simple pothole did this, amazing. When I got the car there, I was assured that if anything happened to the car, it was all covered by the warranty. Yet, here we are. Now, they want to charge me 2000+. The SRS Unit, Front Seatbelts, and Front Impact Sensors all apparently need to be replaced now. Apparently, my warranty is useless. What I'd love is for them to contact me and talk this through with me. I've gone to them every time for oil changes, cabin filters, etc.
