I am complaining about service from hong leong bank betong, sarawak
Hong Leong Bank Betong, Sarawak have a Unsatisfactory service to me. For example, I am so buzy at the morning so I go to made the bank account in the afternoon, but their customer service said that they have not open the account in the afternoon, they just open the account at morning. So one day I go there at morning at Monday, then they say they have not open the account at Monday, I am so mad! From my house go to Hong Leong Bank Betong take about 30 minutes. I hope that the service will improve so can let us to get a better service. Thank you.

S so many complaints, I wishes hong leong's management will take action on this matter. I agree that what's celine wrote in this board. That hawker (rojak) are very dirty. The fruits throw everywhere. His customer q infront and blocked the lobby. That area very hard to get a parking lot n traffic jam. Unsuitable for this kind of business. The rojak are not ready pack. So many times I am going to hong leong and I found that some people are waiting inside the car (waiting for rojak) even parking lot are empty but. They still double park and blocked the parking lot. I feel. Disapointed that hong leong'management didn't take any action and just ignore customer complaints.

the branch at kota kemuning are really hard to find a parking place, and i dont understand why the management will allow the hawker selling ROJAK infront of the bank, the rojak customer always blocked our car when we hurry to get the car, and sometime we walk in front of the bank, the floor are wet, and sometime the hawker play the muzic with high volume.never respect to others people, wish hong leong management will take action on this matter, as my advice there is unsuitable for this kind of business cos their customer always sit inside the car amd wait for rojak n but our car going out when in hurry.hope management will solving this, tq.

not bad if standing on the hawker side. and if at the bank' side, they couldn't like that. we trust the bank and doing some inverstment to the bank even our saving we keep inside the bank. bank must be very setious and follow the rules. i'm not standing for any side. just sharing my opinion.
the rojak there not bad, while i was going to.bank just now (around 3.30pm), i hear the rojak hawker told their clients that the staff into the bank already took a photo to show hq. (shifted for awhile and let they took the photo)and continue his business. maybe he pay for rental or some related with bank's staff? scarely me when i hear the conversation thru the hawker told his customers, oh my god banker solving problem also not really the rules propery.
Do not misunderstand. I am not from the banks. If the Rojak seller has proper license from MBSA, he/she has all the rights to sell there to make a living.
The parking in front of those banks are under the jurisdiction of MBSA. Please complain to MBSA.

I am very disappointed & irritated with your staff in collection centre, i was requested to make a call to 03-[protected] from your branch about 12.20pm today just to confirm the outstanding balance. A malay girl accepted my call and the way she talked to me was very rude and less than honest. I was not even finish my sentence of question and she hang up my call to end the conversation.

I did call to card centre before as Malay girl did said that this two credit card (LINK together ) so I make payment as $900 on the 21/12 and another payment was done on $2600 on the 27/12 so why my card been blocked . please consult the concerned staff do not give wrong information to the customer. I used your ATM as usual at terminal A139 at your Seapark branch to withdraw 1, 000/- for my eye surgery.
The machine gave me a receipt,

I am very irritated with hong leong customer service, I get calls from 03-[protected] or 03-[protected]. But, when i answer the call, the caller puts down the phone. Then i get a second call, and there is machine automated speech in chinese and the phone goes dead again. These calls came in today at 14:33 and 14:40 . This is not the first time i'm getting these calls.
The customer service should be aware that customers are not always free to be attending to calls like this. Please call if you genuinely need to speak to customer and not making miss calls.

It was with great displeasure that I received an Adverse Action Notice in response to my application for a Refinance loan from your institution.
In regarding to the conditions included long evaluation and submitted from Loan Proposal Officer such as my financial ability, record and report, house evaluation value from real estate agency, Cambodia Credit Bureau (CBC) report, etc are fine and acceptable. However, after physical visited from Loan Approval Officer seems unhappy to client and immediately 100% declined without acceptable reason. The notice was not wholly unexpected and disappointed as I was hoping. The said the bank job is professional but the activity is not following the said.
I am hopeful that this constructive feedback could bring an attention to the management in order to avoiding lost confident to other client.

I felt terrible with all the staff in this branch, i went to there for opening a new saving account. After i filled up all the form, and the staff ask me to wait at my seat. Your staff who talked to me was very rude and mean. When she wants to give brief description about the product I gently say No to her. I received a call this morng by a girl named Azura from hongleong service call.. she called to confirm my termination.. i told her i want to cancel right now because i dont want to use that card anymore.. i made my statement very clear already BUT she refused to help me to cancel.. she said something regarding to thr card activation and reserve for what i dont know and her voice so low that i cant hear her.. She even asked me to call back after 1 year only then can fully cancel.. do you think i can still remember to call back after one year? Ridiculous! And her explanation was so confusing, she cant answer my questions well.. i hope this is nothing to do with hongleong trainers qualities.. pls find a experinces caller for hongleong service call.. this will affect directly to your company image.. mid valley branch year 2016 - cheong ya thing & branch manager
This incident happened about a year ago, sometime in july 2016. We are a law firm in mid valley and our firm's name was [removed], now known as [removed]. We are instructed by our client to prepare a sale and ourchase agreement and they require bank financing to purchase the property. We referred the client to hong leong bank in mid valley. Client, mr [removed] has told cindy (Ms cheong) that he will be appointing our firm to handle the loan documentation and we have also on several occasions verbally reminded cindy about this. To our suprise, when the loan was approved, the case was assigned to another law firm. Client did ask cindy why our firm was not appointed and we were told by client that according to cindy:-
A) the loan will only be approved if the documents are handled by the lawyer chosen by her;
B) that our client cant handle the loan, we can only do the snp;
C) that client must sign the loan documents on the same day failing which bank's offer will lapse.
I did call cindy and confronted her on this issue. She denied all responsibilities and said that nothing much could be done since borrower signed the loan documents. I have also spoken to the manager at that time but he did not take our complaint seriously and did not respond since. We were dissatisfied with hong leong and we closed all our client accounts within 2 months from the incident.
I decided to report this issue today as I think that as the law industry has became more and more competitive, more borrowers may fall victim to this: not being able to choose the lawyers from hlbb panel and are misled as to the bank's offer. Bank's officer should not be misleading the borrowers on how the appointment of lawyers will affect the bank's offer.
I am prepared to meet your officer to facilitate the investigation of this matter. Pls also call mr kok to verify what I have said above.
