Your customer service reply me that must use credit card more than 6 times within one month in condition to waive my annual fees. I said in that case, i just want cancel my credit card. She mentioned even i want cancel my credit card, i also need to pay the RM125. Please confirm .

personal loan rejected
My Personal Loan application was rejected and I believe due to my previous EON bank credit card was under collection record with 3k limit and I have fully settled on 2011, it was 7years ago! Now I'm Unit Manager in AIA and my average income 11k+ summore I have less facilities with other bank as well, please reconsider my application and give a chance to people like me already financial stable and change finacial behaviour.

Pada 12/8/2018 jam 10.14 malam sy bank in rm30...sy guna Cash deposit machine (CDM)...bila dah msuk no acc sy pun masuk duit rm30..lepas tu tibe2 mesin cdm jammed...lame jugak sy tunggu, tapi duit xkeluar pun..sy sudah call bank..bank ckap sudah masuk..tpi bila sy call orang yang sy bank in tu, dia cakap belum masuk lagi...sudah chek betul2 pun belum masuk...

i'm complaint about customer services
I totally understand you encourage paperless working, but your service is terrible. My online account had been blocked two month ago. I try to email, phone call but no repond, I go to your branch looking for help and the attitude of the official is inresponsive. I feel like a ball kicked here and there. Please give an effective way to unlock my online account and give a really useful solution.

worst customers service ever. kick me like a ball as well when im trying to get assistance to solve my parents suspended online banking account. they said they will call me back and nobody call back until i call again after few days, they give me the same answer, ask me to wait wait wait them to call back but never return call. going to withdraw all the $ out and close account

Hi, can u pls ask ur 3rd party debtor collector Gala Track Snd Bhd to stop calling me since i have agreed to make installment payment of RM200 every month. Yet the company still call me everyday! And that is really annoyed me. Why they cant just check with HLBB for the payment status and only call me if i didnt make payment? I need to work everyday and yet i received this annoying call from the company during my work time.

My name is Jong Yee Yen. I would like to make a complain on this Credit Card Sales Agent who was from HLB Kuching Branch. I have applied credit cards from him on around January or February 2018, during a road show at Kuching Viva City Megamall. That time when i applied the credit cards, he told me that there was a promotion where if I spend RM1000 within 60 days from the credit card approval date, I will be given a FREE luggage. My credit cards were approved on 22nd of February and I activated them on 16 March 2018. I have spend over RM1000 for both cards on 9 April 2018, and I have also cleared my debts within a few days later. I contacted him after that, and he just told me that he will arrange for me and promised that I would receive my luggage within 30 days. I have been constantly follow up with him on the luggage delivery, and on 16 May 2018, he told me that he would send the luggage to my house address on the next following week. But until today, I have yet to receive the luggage from him. And now, he seems to be ignoring all my messages and calls regarding this matter. I seriously feel that I have been CHEATED by Hong Leong Bank. Please take this matter seriously and please arrange the luggage for me as soon as possible. This is taking way too long. Pada 4 June Saya ade email pd hlonline utk bgtau yg Saya ada buat pengeluaran kwsp suami untuk pembayaran loan rumah bulanan 19281000473 bukan principal. Utk pengeluaran kwsp suami Tidak ada borang utk bulanan tp pinak bank boleh buat. Ini kerana saya buat Perkara yg sama thn lpas. Saya sgt kecewa dgn perkhidmatan Hong Leong Bank bila pd 18 June saya dpt email menyatakan duit Itu telah digunakan utk principal. My name is LIM WAI WOON. On 6th June 2018 3pm I've visited Hong Leong Bank branch Seremban for renew my fix deposit which I want to change my own fix deposit to joint account with my mother.
I have been served with your staff who duty on counter 16, she is a Chinese girl, unfortunately I forget her name and she served me with bad communication.
She said I have to pay RM10 for renew my fix deposit if I want to change it, she asked me to close the fix deposit and open a new joint account, or combine it to my another fix deposit account with imperative and impatient tone, so that I can waive the RM10 payment.
She passed the aftermath work to another staff on counter 15, and the staff on counter 15 was served me with clear and good communication.
For me, I not care about the RM10 payment, just hope that your staff can talk clearly and nicely with customer. I`m not happy with the service giving from staff counter 16, I was thinking terminate the fix deposit service at the time, but I ended it because of time convenience factor.
Please take some action and please make sure your staff be polite and more professional also respect customer.

I always receive calls from your centre saying that i owe the bank 3 months whatever installment i dont know since i dont have any account at Hong Leong Bank..so this happened today, i receive a same call from automated machine and later i talked to the customer service.. its a malay lady.. and i told i have been receiving lot of calls demanding loans replayment which i dont have any account and i even told her that i took this sim card last sept or oct and might be from the previous owner and told her that this calls actually disturbing me and before i finish, she taalked very rudely that i throw away my phone so to not receive the calls ad hang-off like that.Is this how your customer service person talks and behave.Very very rude indeed and this kind of person shouldnt be in customers service at all.She should be sacked.

snatch shield protection plan
To Hong Leong Bank Manager,
I, Shaymol @ Muhammad. Nizam Bin Jamal would like to lodge a complaint with a specific party regarding the snacth shiield protection plan product where I fill out the form at Hong Leong Subang Jaya SS15 / 4G.
In November 2017, I and my wife went to the branch to fill out the form and the staff treated me to ask for my details and wife identification card for the processing of the product. The staff sent me in the account must have RM200 to deduct it. And the staff tells the length of time it will be ready and posted the policy to the house.
In April 2018, I contacted MSIG Insurance to claim insurance because my wife and I had a snatch. MSIG Staff says that my wife and I have no details in the system. The staff asked for a policy number and I said no police. MSIG staff told me to go to the Hong Leong Bank branch where I listed.
I went straight to the branch and wanted to see the staff I signed up for. There is an Executive name of Jomalina Binti Johar who to help the case what I told about the Insurance I took. She checked in the system saying it was in their permiss. but have not been sent to MSIG. She will go to MSIG to check my details.
After that week I returned to the branch and found the officer saying that there was no form at the branch. I'm really surprised what they say. And she said to investigate this matter. I have been waiting 2 or 3 weeks no response from this bank. Because our money has been cut. I had to input RM200.
I hope the party can assist my case before complaining to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Thank you.

I just opened a new savings and fd account this morning but the guy didn't give me the 6 digit pin. I asked him what should I do as I want to register for online account and he told me just go to Hong leong connect. Now when I want to register then I realised that without the 6 digit pin I can't register and I need to go to the bank again. Stupid right this kind of service, all of us need to work and expect us to keep running to the bank for things that the staff are suppose to provide. Really a waste of time bad service.

I was applied HLB p.loan and credit card recently. My application was rejected due to internal blacklist where my previous credit card was under collection record which is more than 10 years ago with the credit limit of 3k. I have settled the amount more than 10 years ago with the outstanding of 1k+. Now, which is 10 years later, I am a Manager in one of the Public Listed Company with quite high income and with good payment record in ccris. I was disappointed that they rejected me due to past 10 years bad record which i feel unfair and ridiculous even i have good payment record in ccris and submitted proper documents. Means, i forever cannot be HLB customer even open a bank account? I hope the dept in charge will look into this matter which i feel unfair and reconsider the application and give chance to for those have change their financial behaviour. TQ

HLB has the rudest credit card customer service. After listening to your situation and problem, immediately after that they would say they can;t hear you or they can't hear you answer and quickly cut off the conversation. How can it be when immediately prior to that and immediately after that i talked to HLB branch CRO over the phone and we could hear each other very well. Second time this happens, it happened before when I called for 1.5hours and had to repeat myself to 7 customer service ppl. Imagine if I have to call from overseas for some emergencies. If HLB doesn't treat us well to use its credit card. Then also stay away from promoting you other products frequently and wasting people's time, too. I can say you have the rudest c.c customer service, i do not know if they are all trained to handled situations this way. For your info, on the same day, within the same hour or so, i also customer service ppl of credit cards from other banks, how is it they can all hear me well?

My name is Md Azizan bin Omar. On 27th April 2018 I've submitted a request for Redemption Statement to fully settle my housing loan with one of your staff by the name Siew Shuet Theng (B36089) Branch (Sly 269) Malaysia.
I called before and they asked me to wait for 10-14days and then they just hangup the phone without asking my account number to check.
I called again and again, and also request to call me back, but I didnt receive any call from them.
So I called again today, to Penang Branch (because my loan was previously done there) to see how the progress, but sadly they did not submit my request yet. Then called HLB HQ in Malaysia, the customer service told me the same thinh which they still didnt receive any request from Selayang Branch.
My loan is running with interest but your staff take it for granted and did not give the best service as I always heard about your bank.
I already pension, and I got minor stroke a few years back, and I couldnt pay the loan more. So this is why I need to settle my loan urgently but I am very dissapointed with the service from your staff. The staff also blame me and said that the house grant should be with me not the bank which is I am very shocked why should I have the grant if i'm still paying the loan?
I already submit new request to HLB HQ in Malaysia and have to wait another 14days. Is this fair for me? And the interest keep on running.
Please take some action and please make sure your staff be polite and more professional also respect eldest.

mortgage loan mistake & bad service
I'm apply a loan with angeliyn ng from pj city development, she submit wrong product to wasted my time and put me to inconvenient. Im keep asking islamic loan insurance is for mrtt or mrta? She said we are not telling her we wanted apply islamic loan, that is your job you can simply submit with not sure what the customer need? And when appointment come late never inform, we are still keep remain her the time.
