Hong Leong Bank terrible customer service

I'm Jerry here my card detail [protected]

1. customer service contact no people pick up most of the time

2. million time i have request for auto debit form but not successful received

3. i'm tired on your services to get the form, i've been request your customer service put a remark " direct deduct from account" instead waiting your form
it work well on few transaction only beginning only

4. At first they will still call me for reminding i will guide them scroll down for remark . worst is now they not even call at all, we not manage call them also then send out demand letter . just wondering where is your such standard operation produce flow there ?

I need to complain outside agent from KL who is the want to offer me this credit card .

He told me that annual fee can be waive .

Hong Leong Bank "professional service skill"

I'm one of your hlbb customer, on the 28th feb I was doing a international transfer to india. After I done with the submittion one of your staff giving me a called to verify the transaction as mention above with amount 111usd. This is one of your friendly customer service staff (indian ladies) she's the one who told me that the transfer has been approved... On the (05th march 2017) I giving another call to your friendly customer service to checking about the transaction, this (Malay ladies) she's told me that will be taking 5 workings days to complete the transaction. She "guarantee" that the transaction will be recieved by the 3nd partier on (Wednesday -8th march2017).

Finally on the (Sunday - 12th march 2017 @ 12:15pm) I receive a call from don't know which department, don't know where she come from, with not inform where she calling from and her name, this is should be the basic knowledge skills for a customer service consultant :
1. Answer calls within 3 rings
2. Greeting
3. Where u make this call from and what. Regurding about.
4. Mention thier name to the person they call to.
This are the most basic knowledge for a customer service skills but your staff failed, even the manager do the same things.
Your friendly staff questions the customer that :
Have u read everything about the t&c? (in a rudeness way, with a shouting tone)
They are not wish to provieded the professional knowledge and clear explanation with a soloution on the matter.
They are not listening to the customer, just keep talking talking talking non stop.
The (Malay ladies) staff ask me to hold on the phone she will transfer my call to her boss? Boss?
I'm been waiting on the line 10min, then she just told me : eh my boss went for lunch ah, I ask her call u back in 1hrs time.
After the last words of "time" (She hang up my call with no any mention and in very rude not responsibility at all)
The last... Finally "my boss" is appear after lunch, I was expected her "boss" will give me a better solution, clear explanation with professional but what she did just exactly same with the staff! Hang up call, rude, not responsibility at all, service skill totally zero) this is the way how to be a "boss".

So now my transaction which not approved how I settle it?!
Just leave it like nothing?! Seem like you staff are not keen to help on the matter and serve me in a very "special way"

So what are the soulotion now?

I hope can get someone are higher position then "my boss" explain all this to me. I will sent an email to cfm as well.

Hope will hear from you as soon as possible.

Hong Leong Bank hong leong credit card - waive annual fees

I'm using HLB credit card [protected]) already few years. Very disappointed on the services that the staff told me cannot waive the annual fees. *WTF* She told me must call in to waive the annual fees within 3 months time. 7th Dec 2016 I got the statement until today (26 Feb 2017) still within 3 months. Why give so many excuses do not help to waive the fees?
I'm swear to the God that I won't use the credit card in my lifetime anymore even its totally FREE! This isn't the 1st time I'm complaint on the HLB services, become worst then before. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Hong Leong Bank payment not received (urgent care request for refund)

Pls be informed that I have go take out the money at mbb uptown using hong leong bank card, but the money not received due to the machine suddenly shut down at today 25 january 2017 0822am, and alredy call bank to solve the problems but imformed by hong leong staff that I have need to wait for 10 to 14 working days to settle the problem with mbb uptown, pls make it asap by because that is not customer false and unfair for us to waiting so long, since that is ur machine problems! Pls get back asap by today and solved the problems before chinese new year! And get back to my phone number [protected].

Hong Leong Bank credit card in credit balance

Credit balance for card no.[protected] for RM51.93, pls transfer to card no.
[protected] with immediate effect.
Why just a simple transfer need to take more than a week still can't do, I have called since last week and even send sms via this channel, please expedite it, even though is just a small amount, but you have charging me interest on the other account.
Please put yourself into my shoes and times is bad now, we need to save more and pay less interest, thank you.

Hong Leong Bank poor customer service

Ms Ang Hui Peng, a pregnant lady who working at Taman Inderawasih Branch behaved rude to her customer. It happened on 29/12/2016, i was holding my queue number, the screen showed my number to counyer 7 . I approached there but Ms Ang shouted at us why you come here can you please check the number before you come . I told her the screen showed your counter number but she never response and just walked away. Luckily her colleague sitting beside her was kind enough to ask me to wait . I was very disappointing of her attitude and service provided. Not even a sorry from her. I understood you are pregnant but you should have basic manners which will have learnt since young.

Applied for Personal Loan from Hong Leong Bank. Its being rejected. Fine. The feedback of the rejection was only sent via Text Message. And no further calls from the bank personnel to inform on the rejection. Very bad PR.

I had been settle my loan base on last month date 16.04.2019 at alor setar branch. Until now im still not yet receive my relase letter from bank collection department.

call so many time to get amount for the outstanding. very hard to pickup calls. suppose collection center to call customer. after paying lump sum hong leong jalan raja laut said will email on monday but no email. have to call again to ask. such a [censored] service. will never deal with hong leong anymore. how to survive if treat customer like [censored].

Hong Leong Bank the treatment that hong leong bank is giving to the staff

i am Mr.Liaw and I am Hong Leong Bank loyal customer for more than 20 years. Today, I am not complaining about the service but ill treatment given to the staff by Hong Leong Bank in Sarawak. I was told that as a Personal Financial Consultant, they have to work from 08:30 to 17:30pm and 17:30 to 20:00pm has to work next to the ATM machine with a personal loan machine so call MCI. Furthermore Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00pm with toilet as I was told. As a customer, I feel that this not right. I believe the top management is having their sweet time at home having dinner while the poor staff has to work. I should say the labour department should do something about it.
I believe the top management also have to spend time with their families during weekends. Hong Leong Banks in Sarawak have wonderful staff, friendly and very service oriented.

Hong Leong Bank credit card

my wife have credit card and number is [protected].first at all i like to request help on this matter. she has been paid for card for sometimes. recently she mentioned to me she paying RM 1000 before get proposal and the money not counted as payment . that money only to show her sincerity to pay. i don't understand this procedure as i have paid my card before with rebate and pay principal only for other bank .if they want to collect some interest i do understand but Rm 22000 for original amount she owe is RM 6000 which i think too much.i hope the bank can close the account and return some interest .

Hong Leong Bank rhb atm fault

23/1/2014 evening I withdraw money using hongleong bank 's card at Station 18, Ipoh, Perak through RHB atm machine. I try to withdraw RM2000 but the ATM machine only released RM250 with a receipt showed withdrew RM2000, then I immediately call to RHB. The RHB staff told me to check my bank balance if the deduction has effected and report to Hong Leong Bank if there is any.

When I reached home, I immediately logged in into Internet to check the bank balance and my bank account has been deducted RM2000, I immediately call to hong leong to log a report, the staff also told me to make a report to the nearest Hong Leong bank.

The next morning I reported it to Hong Leong bank and being informed that they need some time to check, and I would be
informed in two to four weeks time.

After one week, I went to Hong Leong bank to check if there is any progress, the bank staff ask me to fill the form again, I asked them the reason why I need to fill a form again since this is not the first time I report it. The staff told me that actually I should report to RHB instead of Hong Leong as this is RHB atm machine and not their atm machine…I told them what
have been instructed by the RHB and Hong Leong staff when I first report the case. They then said they will email to RHB
and ask me to wait for the result again.

13/2/2014 I emailed to Hong Leong bank to check the progress and they replied that they will check and revert in 10 days time.

27/2/2014 I received their email to told me that the money has already dispensed, they won’t refund to me.
Then, I visited Hong Leong and RHB bank to check again, both of the bank reacted differently, Hong Leong advised that I should checked with RHB as this should be RHB’s responsibility while RHB advised that it should be the problem with Hong Leong and not their problem. I had make a report with polish.

3/3/2014 I email to hong leong again, ask them help me to check it again, until now, every time I email to ask the progress status, they just reply
"With regards to below matter, we wish to inform your good self that we are in the midst of checking
on the status of your issue with the department-in-charge. We appreciate for you to allow us sometime and we will
revert to you once we have received the outcome. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any other query, please contact us again."

Is they want delay the time until I give up?

Hong Leong Bank late disbursement of loan money

Hello everyone. My name is Surin s/o Sretheran @ Sreedharan. I applied loan at Hong Leong Bank to buy a second hand house at RM 130, 000. The bank granted 90% of the loan, which is around RM 117, 000. On 4th of Jan 2012, I received a letter from Hong Leong Bank (IYK Mortgage & Collection Centre located at Jalan Yang Kalsom, Ipoh) stated that they already disburse the first cheque which is for payment to earlier owner's bank, MRTT fee, legal fee and evaluation fee. The second cheque is for the seller of the house and for myself. But they haven't disburse the second cheque till date. As for today is already 30th of Jan 2012. They stated in the same letter that i need to start paying monthly instalment on the 1st of February 2012. Why i need to start paying as i haven't receive the money yet? When I contacted the Hong Leong Bank in Bandar Baru Menglembu earlier, they replied that there is only 1 officer in charge of my loan and he is being on medical leave for 5 days plus nobody else knew about my loan! How shocking it is! They kept saying that they will check the status and call me back but sadly i'm the one keep on doing so to find the same lame excuses. I don't know whether its normal for every bank to disburse the second cheque late or the Hong Leong Bank officer simply don't want to do their respective job. The said the bank job is professional job but what they doing is not professional at all. I hope the Bank Negara Malaysia and Hong Leong Bank Complaints Department will take a glimpse of this letter and settle my problem asap. Thank you very much.

i went to branch reset my account from 9 August until 13 August still cannot login !

I'vev banked in my Singapore OCBC cheque on 23/8/13 but till todate (03/10/13) it is still not cleared. I've approached the branch officers but all were given me vague answer at the end of the day I got confused. Could anyone from the HLBB enlighten me on this.?

I'm OOI CHENG AIK, A/C no. [protected], from Alor Star, Kedah.
This incident happened in Hong Leong Bank (Alor Star) on 13 Sept 2012 at 1.51pm. I was appeared to up date my savings passbook and enquired on Fix Deposit details with Miss tan in PB room.
When we are discussing, one of the Hong Leong Bank Officer, Miss Ong, appeared. She stopped our conversation suddenly then asked Miss tan to served others without my permission.
I'm feel very unrespected. Is this kind of attitude and service that Hong Leong Bank offer to public? I'm Hong Leong Bank permanant customer since more than 10 years. I'm feel very disappointed and unstatisfied.
Could anyone please explain to me?

So does my hlb amex card payments. I did my 1st transfer on 21 mac 2008 amount rm500 and the 2nd transfer on 16 apr 2008 amount rm600. I did all proper procedure as what I did...
