I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received from Hong Leong Bank. Yesterday, from 1 pm to 6 pm, I spent 5 hours trying to resolve an issue with your OTP system, only to find out that the problem was on your end. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, I was blocked out of my account three times in one day, and no one stayed back to resolve the issue. The staff were able to leave for the day without doing anything to help me, leaving me with no resolution and additional data roaming costs.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of support and disregard for my time and inconvenience. I hope you take immediate action to address this and provide better training and support for your customers.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me in unblocking my account as soon as possible. I have already wasted a significant amount of time and incurred additional costs due to this issue. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
