7/6/2021: I logged on to a website that I thought was Comfort Inn Suite hotel, and called the 1-800 number to book for my mom. 1) The sales rep implied that he worked for the hotel, and he agreed to a low price which I made him repeat so as to both parties agreeing on a bottom line price. 2) He sent me a confirmation email that was 20% higher than agreed to, 3) plus a 40% tax & "fee." I called the customer service number on the confirmation and got nowhere only to be offered a "1X reduction" of 10%, then 15%, then 20% off of the higher total. I asked to speak with the mgr 3 X and she refused to speak due to "being in a mtg." I finally "agreed to the 20% under protest" and they assured me they would issue a credit to the card. When I asked where they were, and they replied Belize, I threw up my hands in frustration... well of course! This just happened so let's see if they hold to their end of the credit. I already called the credit card company to prep them on a future dispute charge. PS: They appear under different names when I try to search them.

Desired outcome: They credit my mom's account and be held accountable for fraud.

I had the similar issue. I was charged 102 USD under this category. Not sure for what. This is a fraud website. We don't have numbers to contact them.

Even I was charged in the USD and I was supposed to be charged in my home currency. This way they have taken extra money.

Unbelievable SCAM! Make sure you go directly to the website of the property you want to stay at. If not, you will likely be booking with this SCAM company. I made a reservation for two nights instead of one and when I called immediately to change it, they said it was non refundable and no changes could be made.

I am working with Amex to refuse the charges as this is so unbelievable unethical. Watch out online for crap like this.

I was ALSO just scammed when I THOUGHT I was calling Hilton Garden Inn in VA!

It seemed to be the ONLY number on their "website" I could find!

Really wish I knew what this companies name was BEFORE I went through all this trauma and the 5 false charges they placed on my credit card!
