Disappointing Experience with Housesitter.com: Limited Job Listings and Potential Scam
housesitter.com is a website that I tried to use to find a job. I was looking for a house sitting job and this website was recommended to me. However, I was disappointed to find that there was only one relevant job out of 294. I wasn't even sure if it was a legit job or not. I feel like I wasted my money on this website. It's a pure scam and there are no jobs to be found. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for a house sitting job.
HouseSitter.com Review: A Total Waste of Money and Time
I signed up for HouseSitter.com a few months back and I gotta say, it was a total waste of my hard-earned cash. I mean, I forked over my dough and what did I get in return? Nada. Zilch. Zero. And to top it off, the folks who contacted me through the site were total scammers. I mean, come on, can't a person catch a break? And don't even get me started on the outdated postings. I mean, seriously, who wants to sift through a bunch of old listings? Save your money, folks, and just say no to HouseSitter.com.
Housesitters.com Review: Travel the World for Free and Live Like a Local!
I decided to give it a try and signed up for an account. The process was easy and straightforward. I filled out my profile and started browsing through the available housesitting opportunities.
I found a beautiful house in Hawaii that needed a housesitter for a month. I applied and was accepted! I couldn't believe my luck. I got to stay in a gorgeous house, in a beautiful location, for free. All I had to do was take care of the house and the owner's pets.
The experience was amazing. I got to explore the island, meet new people, and live like a local. The owner was very kind and even left me a list of things to do and places to see. I felt like I was living a dream.
I would highly recommend housesitters.com to anyone who wants to travel and experience new places without breaking the bank. It's a great way to save money on accommodation and live like a local. Plus, you get to meet new people and make new friends.
The website is easy to use and has a lot of housesitting opportunities available. You can search by location, duration, and type of house. There are also reviews from previous housesitters, so you can get an idea of what to expect.
Overall, I had a great experience with housesitters.com and would definitely use it again in the future. It's a great way to travel and experience new places without spending a lot of money.
Disappointing Experience with HouseSitter.com: Limited Opportunities and No Customer Support
I tried using HouseSitter.com to find some work, but I didn't have much luck. It's based in Canada and has 10 other sites that are related to it, but I couldn't find a phone number to call if I needed help. That was a bit concerning to me. I think that if a company is legit, they should have a phone number that you can call.
I also didn't find any work through the site, which was disappointing. I'm not sure if it's because the site isn't set up properly or if there just aren't many opportunities available. Either way, I was left feeling frustrated.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend HouseSitter.com to anyone looking for work. There are probably better options out there that are more reliable and have better customer service.
Easy and Enjoyable House Sitting Experience with HouseSitter.com
Me and my partner had a really good time over the weekend at Jesse and Josh's lovely house where we looked after their dog Eno and their cute cat. The area where they live is pretty cool with loads of shops, cafes and coffee places that you can easily walk to. Plus, there are some really nice parks nearby where you can go for a long stroll.
The whole experience was really easy and straightforward thanks to HouseSitter.com. We found the listing on their website and it was super simple to apply for the job. We just had to fill in some basic details about ourselves and our experience with pets and house sitting. The website also has a really handy messaging system that allowed us to chat with Jesse and Josh before we arrived, so we could get to know them a bit better and ask any questions we had.
When we got to the house, Jesse and Josh were really welcoming and showed us around. They had left us some instructions for looking after Eno and the cat, which were really helpful. The house itself was really nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings, watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine.
Overall, we had a really great time and would definitely recommend HouseSitter.com to anyone looking for a house sitting job. It's a really easy and convenient way to find opportunities and connect with homeowners. Plus, it's a great way to see new places and meet new people.
Warning: Stay Away from This Company - They Charge You Whenever They Want
This company ain't no good, I tell ya. They take your credit card deets and just charge you whenever they feel like it. I thought my card was inactive cuz of some late fees, but nope, they still managed to charge me. It's a real mess.
If you try to fight it, they won't budge. They'll just keep telling you that you signed up for some renewal or something. It's just the worst, man.
Don't even think about giving them any info about your home or your card. It's just too risky. Stay away from these guys.
House Sitting Website Scam: My Experience with Paid Subscription
I paid the $90 fee for a whole year of subscription. I've responded to a lot of people who were looking for someone to take care of their house, but I only got one response. It was from a guy named Steve who said he was looking for people to review books. I know this is not what I signed up for, and I'm pretty sure Steve is not a real person. I'm a professional house sitter, and I can tell you that this site is a scam. They won't give you your money back, and that's probably because they know they're ripping people off. I think this site should be closed down. Don't waste your money on it.
