Now the next day the one of his sneakers the light don't come on. I received the sneakers on March 20th. It was a black sneakers size 8. The order number was 85239. My story is so much like many others written here. We do not seem to get anywhere each on our own. Maybe it is time to stand together against this company. They have taken way too much money from too many of us, but worse than that, for most of us it is our children who have suffered the heartbreak over Christmas or birthday or Easter presents that do not work. This company has no heart or scruples or ethics. It is time to bring a class-action suit against them. I am in Texas and not familiar with New York legal system. Does anyone know where to begin? In Dallas we have a news reporter that works for consumer justice by confronting companies like this. Is there anything similar in NYC? I purchased these sneakers for Christmas. My daughter has only worn them 6 times and they are not functioning properly. One sneaker isn't lighting in the front and has one random light a different color then the rest. The other sneaker has a few lights not working well. I'm very disappointed with this product as I spent 89.00 plus taxes. The quality of this product is poor. Waste of hard earned $$$$

I ordered a pair of shoes for my sister for xmas. When opened the left one did not work. Opened a case with the company & advised them of the situation. A couple weeks later they sent me a replacement battery. When I went to replace the battery, I discovered that the wires running from the sole of the shoe to a 4 prong connect weren't connected. This is why the shoe did not work. Sent another email to the company with a picture showing the wires not being connect & requested assistance. They sent me another battery. I sent them another email stating that the battery was not the issue, that the unconnected wires were. They then replied and said that since it was now over 30 days since I purchased the shoes, they would do NOTHING to resolve the issue. This was a manufacturing defect from the start & they refused to stand by their product. Avoid this company at all costs. The will never stand by their product especially once they get the money.

Order was received 11/11/2016 - Our entrie team ordered shoes. (Many did not work) Entire group sent shoes back - January 2017 we did get replacement shoes -(Used Shoes) Did not make it to floor to perform with working shoes. I have called - emailed and spoke to a few people. Will not issue refund or even speak with me. I have requested once again refund - Very poor customer service - all around bad company who will not provide working shoes.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Hoverkicks and that was a Christmas present for my daughter. They promised that they'll be here before Christmas but delivery took way longer than I expected and I received them only this week. Shoes are of a poor quality and not worth the money. One shoe was damaged and lights did not work. I already contacted Hoverkicks customer support via email but they did not reply anything yet. I regret that I did not read the reviews. Hoverkicks is a bad company, their products are defective and quality of the items is very poor and there is absolutely no customer service! Better stay away!

On November 21, 2016 I purchased a pair of $79 Hoverkicks as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old daughter. On Christmas Day, December 25th, I contacted Hoverkicks to inquiry about an exchange for a larger size. I informed the company of my situation, that the sneakers were never worn, and then received a response saying that my return request was denied because it was not within the 15 day return policy. Several other emails were sent to the company, again explaining the situation, but only received generic responses back reminding me of the return policy. I tried calling the company's listed number [protected]) several times over the last two months (to the day), but could never reach a live person. Aside from the fact that this is terrible customer service, my daughter is out of a Christmas gift that was #1 on her list. I am fully on board with paying a restocking fee, but I would like to be able to exchange for the proper size. And the fact that I cannot correspond or speak with a live customer service representative is inexcusable.
after two weeks shoes don't work & company doesn't care
We purchased these shoes in late November for a Christmas present for my daughter. She opened them on 12/25. She LOVES them, they worked great at first. After about a dozen wears the bulbs are off colored, some don't work at all, some work differently when she steps and the left shoe will randomly turn on and can't be controlled with the button or remote. She can no longer wear them to school or movies or any place they will be a distraction. We've sent pictures, called, emailed, submitted in their return portal and they just keep giving us the run around telling us that they are out of the warranty period. This company is a total scam, while the shoes are cool they are not worth price or headache. I wish I had ordered from Amazon instead of direct so at least I could return them. RUN away from these shoes!

My fiancee' bought me two pairs of your hoverkicks high tops, one black, one white, both with remote controls for Christmas. The black pair after the third time I wore them, which the remote never worked for, the left foot stopped working. It went to a dull solid red and will do nothing else. It won't even shut off. I would like to have them replaced. They obviously have a defect. The right foot has given me No problems, but I can't wear one shoe. I would appreciate you getting back to me asap, so that we can resolve this matter. Hi. I ordered these hoverkicks for my daughter for X'mas. I shopped very early for these thinking that they would go out of stock. So, in turn she opens them on X'mas Eve and they do not fit. All her shoes are a size 7, so I ordered a size 7. Turns out they run small. I don't even want a refund I just want a size exchange. But, hoverkicks will not do it. It came with a remote. I called only to be on hold 30 minutes then to be disconnected. I called again and this time there messaging was different . I waited 25 minutes with no answer. Finally I was able to leave a message. Twice I did this. Only to get an email stating per there return policy they can't make a return past 30 days. I wrote back and explained I do not want a refund I would just like a size exchange. Which this seems impossible to do. I have never had a company never take exchanges, especially if there size is smaller then the average. I have never had a problem around X'mas time even if it's months before. They we're wrapped up and put under my tree. Like I explained I shopped in September October and November. I received shoes that were not working. Have tried to get golden of the company and sat on hold for over two hours. The guy finally answered and put me on hold and never came back. I sat on hold waiting for him to return and never did. I emailed the company with no reply. Do not buy from this company unless your willing to throw your money away. One of the shoes does not light up or charge and has never even been worn.

My name is Margaret Sams and I ordered 2 pairs of shoes by phone on Dec. 6th 2016 for my 2 grand daughters. When I ordered them by phone they took my credit card and billed me in full for $138. They said it will arrive in 2 days (that was Dec 6, 2016) I called several times and you can never get a hold of a human. Once I held for almost 3 hours and a recorded message said they would ship with in 2 days. Finally we emailed them around Dec. 17th 2016 and we received an email saying we would receive it with in 2 days. We received one pair but I ordered 2 pairs at the same time only rived one after 3 weeks of agony. I have spent countless hours on the phone and get no where with this company. They are the worst of the worst. After all the aggravation I received one pair of the shoes Dec. 22 and never received the other pair. I want a full refund and I don't want you to ship these shoes. Place order 12/05/16 in hopes to receive before Christmas, that didn't happen, there is no customer service I literally sat on only hold for over an hour two weeks prior too Christmas to get a update status pretty was to told to kick rocks and wait for email shipment confirmation I was supposed to receive by mid week, email never came. Being that I was already charged it would be hard to dispute charge with my bank a month later, customer service guy said shoes are on back order, then you should not have listed item if it's not ready to be shipped out, I found a cheaper version thru amazon as a substitute gift for my daughter, this was my first and last I will order form this company not worth the stress

Total scam company! I wish I had read the blogs before. This morning, I am contacting PayPal and eBay about this fraudulent company. 79.00 for shoes that are totally defective and certainly not a size 13.
Now that I need to return these unworn shoes, there's NO response, or anyone to contact on customer service.

I placed this order 11/27/16 and I still don't have these shoes for my daughter. I called the customer service on 12/9/16 and was informed that they were going to be shipped this MONDAY. Well it's Thursday and still nothing. I have called several times and held for an hour each time and the call was disconnected. At this point it's time to take legal action especially being that this company has my money and they didn't supply their product. In other words Theft which is illegal. I highly recommend for others to take legal action as well.
the worst customer service!!
I order my granddaughter a pair she is size 5 and since they said it ran small I order size 6, when they arrived they were sooo small I had to return them and asked for size 8. My order number is 59181 and my rma# for return is 5612, this was around november 11. I have called everyday, left on hold for over 45 min. Than it automatically gets disconnected, I have send sooo many emails asking for the shoes to be send or for my full refund. I have gotten no where, this is so frustrating and so disappointing.

My order number is 63078 I didn't receive my full order and they have already been paid in full. I ordered four pairs and only received three. When I go online it gives me no information other than "we are preparing your order for shipment". I have sent numerous emails and have called numerous times as well. When I call I am on hold forever then the line disconnects by itself on me. Almost as if they are not answering calls on purpose. The website says they are based out of NYC
I ordered one pair of Hoverkicks on Dec 15, 2016 with 2 day guaranteed delivery. I have heard nothing other than theyes are under to fill the order as of December 22nd and then they provided a "tracking number" email that still shows my 12/15/2016 order as "being processed". I have called numerous times with no answer even though I waited hours...just like you. I have sent tons of emails with NO response. My 7 year old daughter wanted these shoes for Christmas so bad and they could care less that they crushed her dream even though they were ordered in more than enough time. I have NEVER encouttered such seriously bad business in all my 42 years. Should I cancel my order? Is Hoverkicks a lost cause? I mean, all businesses know how to handle themselves at busy times like Christmas. They absolutely knew they could not handle their orders yet they still kept taking our hard earned money. All I want is what I paid for...why can't HOVERKICKS deliver?

I am having a similar issue getting ahold of their customer service is IMPOSSIBLE! i have also been on hold for almost 2 hours before (which ive called them a total of maybe 25 times!) just wondering where my order is i placed over 2 weeks ago! i guess i will just have a VERY disappointed 11 year old christmas morning :( when i do get through to someone they assure me that my order will ship the next day or 2 days and it doesnt im still waiting over 2 weeks later. they are a joke.
