I have purchased the hp 1020 laser jet printer from the hp dealer with the assurance that after filling some requirements procedure i.e. {sending the draft of rs.250/- in favor of gurnazz kaur, integrated solutions pvt ltd, nehru place, new delhi along with the photocopy of the original bill/original sticker of the product serial no and redemption code} you may get the hp promotion gift.

But i have not received any acknowledgment either from the company about my draft any the gift product since more than one and half month has elapsed. I am very fad up of this whole things and fell got cheated. But i not leave the company in this way i have full documents with me and penalized the company in the criminal and as well as consumer court.

I agree there have been quite a few issue with the HP redemptions. I would like to suggest you all to write to HP on esc_helpdesk@hp.com for a speedy resolution on these issue.

We three persons purchased hp pavillion dv 2000 laptop in February 2007 . There was a free promotional gift a TV tuner card free. Draft has already been sent in the favour of Hp Redemption Cell.

While two of us received the TV tuner card after 6 months I am still waiting for the same.

i had purchase a laptop of HP Compaq presario C700
and i claimed free gift web camere + head set and i sent a DD of Rs. 350 (Rs. three hundred and fity) But free gift could not be receive till now my redemption code is 5X7V4169EN

I compleated all the formalties lile Demand Draft, Photo copy of Invoice bill, and Bar code original pasted on Bord etc.

I Never suggest to any body to buy HP products if your servece will be like that

I have purchased the hp pavilion dv2601tx notebook from the hp dealer with the assurance that after filling requirement procedure i.e (sending the draft of Rs 800 in fovour of "SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES" new delhi along with the photocopy of original bill/original sticker of product serial nos and redemtion code) I will get the hp promotional gift.

But i have not recieved my gift.

On 11 january i got an email that they have dispached my gift, but till today i didnt got my gift.
whenever i call them they ask me to send an email to redemption cell, and i had sent so many email but neither i got any reply nor i recieved my free gift

Now its more than 4 months and i feel i got cheated by the big name HP, they are cheaters.

But i will not leave the company in this way, i have full document with me and penalized yhe company in the criminal and consumer court.

COMPANY IS not so responsible about providing sevices to customer, because after the 6 months I even not conform that i will get my gift(web cam & headphone) from HP. ny LAPTOP MODEL IS V707TU. CONFUGRATION-512 mb, intel core processor, 120gb HDD, wifi, altec lanser speakers.

From past 4 months i am waiting, but there is no reply from the redemption cell, i hope there exist a redemption cell of HP or these hp is cheating people by collecting the cheques or drafts. How can a company like HP do this to their customers? Now its more than 4 months and i feel i got cheated by the big name HP, they are cheaters.

But i will not leave the company in this way, i have full document with me and penalized yhe company in the criminal and consumer court.

i think they are doing this to everybody..well going through all the above comments i feel a brand like HP should understand the importance of its customers in today's world, b'coz this is not only about the trust on their products but it shows a negligence and a f@#k bothered attitute. i had purchased a hp laptop almost more than a year ago now and i have till date not received my free gift too..which was supposed to be an ipod shuffle.. reading all the messages above i feel now that its useless to hope for something like that. I must say that these guys are cheaters AND DO NOT TRUST HP PRODUCTS ANYMORE.

I purchased a HP Photosmart C4290 in December of last year and was to receive a promotional digital photo frame.
It has now been 8 months and i still not have reveived this item.
After ringing the Promotional helpline several times they were of no use. Some would say it has been sent out to you already and others would say im sorry they were sent back becuase they were faulty. Well i finally spoke to a Team Leader (Norma) Who apologised and said she would get back to me at the end of the week. 2 Months passed by and no phone or no photo frame.
I have since rung back and got the same dam message we have no ETA on this product. Im sorry but that is just not good enough. If you cannot offer this product DO NOT PROMOTE IT!
The service manager was meant to ring me back according to Norma in about 15 minutes. Well its been 1 full day and no phone call.
Im sick of this run around and want some assistance or a resolution to this NOW!

We have purchased a laptop & we were supposed to get a Wi-Music receiver free. For that we sent a DD of Rs.500/- in the name of "SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT. LTD." to the HP redemption cell. Till now we have not received the gift. It seems that HP is not interested in saving their prestige. Because many others people have the same problem.

and sent all the documents with a DD of Rs 500/- but no confirmation, no reply from them. They don't pick the phone either..### ! It has been 4 months now and I am repeatably emailing them with all the details. No reply yet mother^%$#@

i bought a Hp laptop (dv 6767) in first week of June and was supposed to get a wifi music receiver and a wireless headset. I sent the needed documents and a dd of Rs 500 to the Hp redemption cell. I even got a mail from them that they have received the documents and my gifts are approved and i"l get them in 6-8 weeks. Its October now and I dont have a clue where my gifts are.. I dint expect Hp to cheat me this way, i m loosing my faith in Hp. certainly my next purchase will not be a Hp product.

my self ravi pilania from haryana.i bought a notebook NC6400 from mumbai whose sr no. is-USH730011N and product no is -399279R-999.i deposited this to a HP service centre Microvolt system at hissar(haryana) on 26-09-2008 for repiring.they told me that we will repair this in with in a week a inform u soon.after one week when i didn't get their call i called them they told me that repairing is in progress so please wait for some more time.again and again i got this answer and now today when i called them they answered me that your warrenty period has been expired so we can not repair this.after that i mailed on hp website complaint against hp service centre and also caled to coustmer care also i got a call from hp service centre after my mail.no one solve out my problem that is a big company named hewlett packard(HP) is checking a expairy in 17 days.than in how many days they will repair my note book and who will fill up my loss of these 17 days.those i worked on a hire pc.plz if you can solve out this than call me on give no as fast as you can do.

I totally agree with the complaints.

I had bought a laptop Product sr no.@ 2CC7502c2w with redemtion code PCY91OEN35.
I had made the payment by cheque no. 199589 for Rs. 500 and have a receipt of acceptance duely acknowledged 0n 8/7/2008

The gifts are yet to arrived.

To follow up they have given a tel no. 011-[protected]. Believe me ! nobody picks it up.

One thing i want to say about hp is...
Hp or compaq sucks.
even i've bought a laptop of compaq jst bcoz of wi-fi music reciever...bt now i got this company simply a fake company...
so we should be proud to say..
Hp is a fake company.
we shouldn't trust on dis company.
and if further dey'll bad action against dis den dey should remember i'm a college student so i'm not alone...& in 2day's world media is more den enough 4 dem...
so warning to you..accept all cheques of all redemption number ...otherwise...better luck for your company.

I have purchased the hp laptop dv6767 in july.And was liable for a free gift of a wifi receiver and a hp headset.Regarding the gift i was told to send a demand draft of Rs.500 to delhi within 16th July.Even after completing all the formalities today after 4 months i have not received any gift after receiving the confirmation mail too.
I can understand that you are also individuals like us.But this has been a really long time now.please send my proposed gift as soon as possible.And dont make me to handle this legally.

We are yet to receive the three gift against the purchase of Note Book Computer. All the necessary documents have been sent to you on 27th November '08. Also you have withdrawn Rs.990/- in the month of November against the cheque issued to you. We fail to understand how a reputed company having good name is taking so much time to send the free gift. Also no one responds on toll free as well as redemtion cell Nos. Its seems you are fooling the people by offering attractive gifts without sending the gift nor hearing / replying to our complain.
