apple mac pro laptop flex pay
I tried ordering the pole labtop Mac Pro . Altering inputting my credit card information, HSN declined my transaction but took over $600.00 from my credit card. I was told the money was on hold.
Why take money from account if you're declining my transaction. It's been 2 days and my account hasn't been credited. This is not right . I will never order from them or refer them to anyone . I won't this resolved ASAP !
flex pay
I ordered two securtiy systems approx $600.00 put on flex pay, they made mistake, got billed total amount, called x 4, said they fixed it, got next bill guess what not fixed charged over $14 dollars interest for one month. Live chat said nothing they could do. HSN card not them? It is putting me in a bind, due to i will have to pay total amount or keep getting charged this huge interest. DO NOT BUY from them, they told me sorry for inconvience. WOW !

I ordered a pair of wireless Toshiba Airpro truly wireless sweat-resistant Earbuds on HSN flex-pay order number [protected]. I ordered a pair of pearl which I didn't receive and a pair of rose gold. I received the rose gold. I was charged for four months for both pairs. I called in August about the pearl pair and the customer service representative told me that they should be arriving anytime, they couldn't track it. At that time they didn't tell me I had to call back by September if I didn't receive them. I was getting charged and didn't think any more about them until I went to start wrapping gifts for Christmas. It occurred to me that I never got them. When I called HSN they said I couldn't get a pair, even though I had paid for them. I would have to put in a dispute with my credit card. I have been a very good customer and I feel that this is wrong. I shouldn't have to dispute the charges, it should be made right and they should either send me a new pair or refund my money.

ultrex kitchen products
I purchased several ultrex brand kitchen utensils from you:PRESSURE COOKER, bottom and sides peeling; SPOON SET, handles fell off, BAKING PANS, all peeling on bottom and sides; POTS; awful peelings; WOK, rusting and peeling. These were guaranteed. Do you stand behind the products you advertise? Spent hundreds of dollars on this product and it's been gradually falling apart. Most I can no longer use.

Placed an order with Home Shopping Network in early August received an email confirming the order did not hear anything from them from month so in early September I called in to customer was informed that I had him put in the wrong address when ordering mind you never received an email confirming shipment or confirming receipt of product basically I was told I'm out of luck I have to eat it goes with her exact words be that as it may I feel the company the size of Home Shopping Network can do better and should do better I feel that I'm a reasonable man and be willing to come to some kind of compromise but somebody telling me I'm out of luck and not knowing that someone else has received my product but I paid for does not sit well with me .

I spent a few thousand with Ultrex, for my own home cooking, friends and family. Doesn't the bottom of this pot look tasty.
I have their toaster which amazingly still works, their tea pot which is still in great shape, their blender which I hardly ever used and the motor has a burned out smell, knifes, cutting boards, trivets, cleaners and scrubbers, and a ton more. The non stick does not hold up as claimed.
I want my money back!

I am tired of the promise pitchmen who fall short and HSN's attitude of putting their head in the sand. They make enough money too and could of offered 1/2 back! They are 1/2 responsible.

ultrex pot and pan set
I bought the entire pot and pan set from Ultrex/HSN and they all are peeling. Now, the 50 year warranty is just as junk as the pot and pan set. Very disappointed and frustrated with this issue.
If a class action lawsuit if filed, I definitely want to be a part of it. Hundreds of dollars spent, zero liability taken on all the companies involved in the selling of this product.

Last year I tried used PayPal for at HSN. For some reason it was not accepted as payment. Anyway, I also closed my Paypal account before removing it from the HSN website. HSN will not remove the Paypal payment option from my HSN account. They told me only Paypal can remove it! So I opened a new Paypal account (has been open one year since this writing) and asked them to remove PayPal from HSN. Since it was a new Paypal account they have no record of it. The rep from Paypal was puzzled at why HSN would need them to remove it anyway. Just delete it he said!
So I put my credit card at the HSN and it kept trying to use the PayPal account. I called HSN customer service and said she couldn't see my credit card number from her side! Say what? I had to give her the number over the phone. I thought everything was "peachy" finally, and...HSN wouldn't put my apartment number in the payment/delivery address! Is my postmaster supposed to go through all the names in my building to see where the notice for package is supposed to go?! Especially, if its someone new covering for him!
Ok I said to myself, this is not worth it! I deleted the items in my shopping basket and went to Amazon.com where everything works perfectly at check out!
Zero compassion and unforgiving return policy
On June 28, 2019 my Mom (Acct. # [protected]) ordered an AeroPilates Pro Reformer 5102 with accessories. She was in the hospital at the time but planned to use it to help regain her strength when she came home. Unfortunately her health took a major turn and she passed away on August 4th. I am going through 50 years worth of "stuff" and as we never opened the boxes, this seemed like something I could handle fairly simply, call HSN and return it for a credit to her credit card (the estate). They said "Since it has passed the 30 days all they can do is an in-store credit to her HSN account." I even suggested a return with a restocking fee but still they won't do anything. Obviously an in-store credit is of no help since the account will never be used again. I feel that this is very insensitive and unforgiving considering the circumstances. Debbie

The product Breath Easy is only a rubber piece of one inch lenght and half in width a chinese product with holes worth Rs198.18 as per HBN bill v0000039312 of29.05.2019. However they sent it to me in perhaps by flight charging a total of Rs 1299 which is unreasonable. Dispatch cost is normally free in most cases like Amazon. Charging me extra Rs Rs1100 for a product worth Rs 198 can be called just fooling the custimer. Require an explanation
hp computers
We ordered these computers as Christmas gifts for each other and did not open them till after the holidays and to our dismay after the return date had expired. We only opened one and found that the computers were little more than toys. The computers are limited to microsoft explorer and we are unable to use chrome google or any chrome. The memory is very small and they are a total waste of $428. We called HSN and were told they could not do anything but they would pass our request on to management. That was months ago and we have not even gotten a response from them. One is still in the box, we would like a refund, but if that's not possible an exchange for 1 useable computer. As I am disabled and a senior citizen I do a lot of my shopping on HSN and would hate to gave to start my shopping elsewhere. I really feel this situation is very inconsiderate of the HSN consumer.

I bought a WESLO PURSUIT G3.1EXCISE bike December, 2018 when I try to ride it I coundn.t reach pedals there was nothing on HSN shopping ON TV or the manual that said you had to be tall, I am 5 1/2 I could not reach, I called they said to put a pillow behind me. so I called again and told them I couldn't reach pedal and could they send me a return label they said no, I would have to pay postal as there is nothing wrong with it, the cost 67.00 dollar well if I cant ride it and it made for a taller person then there is some thing wrong

On Jan 6, 2019 during the Diane Gilman showing I ordered by telephone talking to a person the knit pull on leggings in denim. I repeated the color twice. The person repeated to me the order color of denim. When I received the product it was not in denim (the most popular color) but in indigo which was not as popular and was not my choice. My customer # [protected]. I have reluctantly decided to keep the product and I am making this complaint to advise HSN of a problem with your ordering services. I do not require an further resolution to the problem but it will make me reluctant to order from HSN in the future.
Perhaps u could try ordering their automated ph ordering. Or if you have an email u get an order summary immediately after u order. That way u see what u have ordered. I myself use either online ordering thru their HSN ph app.
denied flex pay due to living in apartment complex
My family; mother, 2 sisters, grandmother, and myself; always order Christmas presents from HSN EVERY year. This year as I have some others before, I decided to use flex pay. I have always paid my account or had money to be debited out to pay for my items. This year to my surprise I was denied the ability to use flex pay due to living in a apartment complex that had too many losses reported so they have blocked the entire address from flex pay. I am very disappointed that I am being grouped together with my neighbors due to living in a apartment complex and being denied opportunities due to their lack of judgment. If it was 4 houses on the same street however the street has 150 houses located on it would you block the entire street from purchasing? I will be telling my family that we need to start buying from Amazon or Ebay before we shop your store from now on.

I called customer service as soon as I rec'd this message. I have been a customer for over 8years & in that time I have never called to cancel an order. order # [protected] & other hangers are back ordered until 12/13/18. Since, this will not give enough time to re-ship in my families gift boxes, I wanted to cancel orders. Unable already gone to warehouse. She even checked with her supervisor & still answer was no. Really! I will be refusing these hanger orders & they will be returned to you. No help @ all!

I tried my best to get it going. I gave up and put it away for my son to help. He attempted also but couldn't even after going to website and calling this company. So confusing. Waited again for another son to attempt. He failed also. Today a third son attempted and went to now defunct website and finally told me this is a piece of crap. So can I get my money back? or some portion? Surely other people complained about this terrible product.

As on the day of 11/14/2018, I recently had went online to look for a good birthday present so I figured I'd look on HSN to use Flex Pay of an Amount of $54.54. When it confirmed my Debit card with being able process my payment, It had sent me a Message stating my order had been Denied, and it STILL TOOK my birthday Money off my card and Charged me. So I would like to have a HSN card as we'll to getting my Damn $54.54. When I called customer services they said something about it would take back almost 3 weeks until I get my money which is so much [censored] as we'll as Unprofessional Company.
I really just hope to Hear Back from Your Upper Class Company as Courtesy' of Your Guys Poor Services, that led me into Losing my damn money and not able to havingit. I jus hope the real Con's aren't you guys. But we'll see. So far, I m not a very haoppy new customer

I have been purchasing products from HSN for the last year or so. I just received a rather large statement although I have been paying for items as well as using the charge account. When I called the customer service department I was offered no assistance in getting details about the products I was being charged for as there was no detail on the statement. The customer service representative was very rude and appeared to go out of her way to not be helpful. It was a basic request...what am I being charged for to determine if there is a discrepancy on what I received. Every company I have ever purchased items from in the past has been able to answer such a basic question but this company is obviously dishonest if they cannot even tell me what I am paying for. READ THE REVIEWS! This company is disreputable, they have idiots working for them and they sell sub-par products. BUY PRODUCTS FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY! Hopefully they will lose customers and have to go out of business. One can only hope!
westinghouse tv
I bought a Westinghouse 43 inch TV with google assistance in August of this year. I had no problems with it until 2 weeks ago when I went to turn it on and there was no picture. I contacted Westinghouse because there was a warranty on it. Now they are saying they won't fix the tv because it was damaged. But I did not do anything to cause this issue with the tv, so I don't understand why they can't at least try and fix or replace tv. So, right now, I am still paying on this tv and I have no tv. I need to know what HSN can do to help me.
