arlo wirefree 4 camera security package
I was told that the system would come with 1 battery station and batteries. When we received the system there was no charger or rechargeable batteries. We contacted HSN today and they said that they were sorry and the representative misinformed us and they had no batteries or charging station available. So we have to go online and find them and it is an extra cost of a minimum of $150.00 on amazon
customer service policy
The company is charging me a second time for a product, the first one I did not receive. I received a letter today stating that that are satisfied that UPS did successfully deliver the first package to my home on August 3, 2018 and that a signature was required.
I call s UPS and have them the tracking number, the package was dropped off at the mail box according to the CRS. The problem is I stay in a high rise building, and the property has a valet shop which never received the package as well. My unit is occin the day so the UPS person never attempted the delivery of the package.
I purchased a phone for my husband and checked him out as a guest. When it came, I liked the phone so I thought I would purchase one on my own. When I tried to purchase the phone it refused and asked me to call customer service. When I did I was told that I had to have my husbands permission to buy a phone on this credit card that was attached to this guest account. I have not heard of this stupidity since the early 60's. I will never and I would advise no one else to ever purchase anything from this company. This is ridiculous and an insult to myself and any other spouse or customer who tries to shop at this organization. I will be issuing this review and my comments to all blogs and web sites and will advise all associates and organizations to not purchase any items due to the sexism of this policy. I am also going to file a complaint with the US government and with our bank credit card. They are not allowed to support sexist behavior

I was charged A FEE OF 21.66 which I PAID then I got another BILL OF 21.66...I tryed TO make a payment by phone USING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT...HSN CHARGED THE WRONG ACCOUNT BY USING MY CORRECT account I called yesterday AND THE REP. laptop purchase
I was told the flex payment option was not available but the flex amount was taken out of my account anyway. Now I have to wait for 72 hours for my funds to be returned. If the option was not available, why was my money still taken. I want my money back or some type accommodation. The person I talked to on the phone with was also rude and told me to call my bank on three way, which I did, and still nothing was accomplished. I may have to take my interest to another website.

Ordered an AC unit and called the next day to cancel. A cust serv rep said he could not cancel it because the order had gone out (def not because it took 2 wks to arrive) My 1st and last order with HSN. Ive heard about bad experiences and I should have listened. $150 is absurd to pay for a return label.
I wish to return my purchase at a reasonable shipping fee or none at all.
You’re customer service agents need som work also. Every experience speaking to someone was short, dry and borderline rude.
With all your competitors out here your return system needs a lot of improvement. You can learn something from Amazon.

I ordered a tredmill in july, unboxed, it didnt work, it was used, had marks, and didnt come with the ropes. Ask for a exchange, got in in 5 days, it was also defective, ask for one mire more exchange. Old tredmill sat in my home almost a month, no one know how to get this returned.Talk to several people, finally it gets returned.Now the new defective one is sitting in my house, no one knows how to get this one back to the company.Also The new tredmill is different from the first one, found out after talking to lots of people, including supervisors that the first tredmill was the wrong tredmill from the start.Today I will recieve the 3rd tredmill, I pray it works, Han gave me a $100.00 credit for all my trouble, while the second one thats defective sits here in my home to!

item #625060, order#[protected], I waited patiently for this security camera because it was affordable and when I got conformation on 7/10/2018 that it was at my local post office waiting to be delivered I was excited so after a week went by I call HSN to see what the problem was the only thing they could tell me is the item probably want be delivered and that they would credit my HSN card. I called a few days later to asked if they would re-ship the item I order when it is returned I was told that they wouldn't get the item back. I'm very upset because I really needed that security camera for my home.

I called HSN to order a laptop. The representative talked me into getting the hsn credit card. Said I would get the laptop cheaper. I went online to pay the credit card bill before it was due. Then I got a bill that included late fee and interest. I called HSN. I was told that they could see on their screen that I had given them my banking account and routing number. However, an additional button didn't get pushed and it didn't go through. Therefore I owe interest and penalty. I told the hsn credit card rep that I had in good faith attempted to pay my entire balance in full before the due date and asked that they accept my payment and not charge interest and penalties. She said no. If I didn't close my account they would remove part of the charges. Fine, but I still wanted to pay off the entire balance which I did. Then I got another bill for more finance charges. I called again. They refused to remove the charge. I was told that even though I asked to pay the entire balance, they did not take the entire balance and I needed to pay yet again more interest on the interest. This laptop that I was told would cost less if I got the hsn credit card has cost me dearly. All hsn needed to do was to accept my payment in full and credit me for the penalties and interest. They could have made me a happily returning customer. Instead they choose to lose one over their own greed.
What the hell seems to be HSNs' problem that they cant provide common sense normal customer satisfaction services? Must CHINA OR RUSSIAN owned. Lets ask FACEBOOK about it. I made a purchase late in the evening, after midnight I saw a better more expensive (How Stupid are they?) item. I called less than 24 hours later to exchange the not yet filled order. They gave me a song and dance saying I had to wait, 1. For the warehouse to fill the order anyway, 2. Send it to me, 3. Wait for it 2 weeks, 4.Finally get it, 5. Send it back, 6. Them receive it, 7. Refund my money (instead of applying to new order, instead of exchanging the order before it ever went to the warehouse which would of taken 2 minutes on the computer and knocked off 2 months waiting time). I was not about to tie up more money since they didn't seem to have the aptitude to do the simplest adjustment. SO, 3 weeks later when my refund went through I ordered the other. Well, low and behold it was sold out, but it was there weeks before when I tried to order. SO! its been 2 MONTHS of my time wasted. What kind of inept people are running this company, I see so many complaints. Facebook, local TV, Better Business Bureau, FTC etc. here I come again with another company. Then they tell me they will let me know when it is restocked but judging from the other complaints that is looking more and more like a big joke. TIME to make phone calls.
unauthorized credit charges
I had the worst experience ever with getting my order, it was about three weeks after I ordered I called to find out why it was taking so long and it's almost time for my second payment and I haven't gotten the item yet, even though I paid for shipping and handling of the item, it went to the access center for customer pickup claiming I missed the delivery, I called and told them to bring it back I was here waiting, this went on for several weeks, and still no item, I called HSN again and they sent a replacement out to me. Finally, I confronted the UPS driver and demanded he takes a better look because I got a notice that it was out for delivery today and showed him the information on the phone which was now saying the delivery attempt was made again, So I asked him how did the info change your right here, he said it must be on another truck. However, he returned moments later with the item and mumbled something about the shipping label, Thought I all was done and I could go back to some normalcy ... UPS lost the second item and changed that it was delivered, I protested because I didn't get it... it's been five months and I've made all the flex-pays, then I check my bank and I noticed an extra payment was deducted without my consent, I called HSN about the matter and being told nothing in regards why they took the payment without any authorization or consent, I can only say with 100% certainty I did not receive two items, I signed for what I got and paid for it in full. I want my payment back! This has been condensed.
rude customer service
A "customer service" rep hung up on me because she didn't want to wait for me to find an order number. I didn't have the number readily available because we were taking care of a payment first and I had to go back to the item I wanted to purchase. I found the number and tried to tell her this, but she abruptly provided me the callback number and hung up on me.

I called in to hsn about my Apple laptop. Apple recalled my new laptop that I purchased 2 months ago. I take it to the Apple store to fix the recall issues. Thats when I find out that hsn sold me a use laptop with a bad battery. Apple told me that I have to return it to hsn. Even gave me a order ticket stating this. So when I called in the first representative was rude and unhelpful. She cut me off when I tried to read the order form to her. So I asked for a supervisor. I got a lady named Mary (ID#111398) I told her the story of what happened and proceeded to read the order to her she cut me off. From that point on she was very rude and nasty to me. Even when I tried to Tell and show her about the recall information on the internet about the recall she got even nastier. She started reading it out loud in the most condescending way. I reassured her that Was the corrrect article she didn't have to read it out loud to me she "That's how I felt about the order number you were trying to read." If I was a lessor person it would have made me feel belittled. She had no knowledge about the product. She spoke down to me as if my call didn't matter. She completely tried insulted my intelligence. All wanted to do was rectify the situation. I spend a lot of money on their products. To have a supervisor speak to me in that way is unacceptable. If HSN allows their employees to speak to customers in that manner then I will never buy from them again.

The representatives and "supervisors" are downright rude and nasty. Specifically michael employee no 126495. We were on the phone for over an hour getting orders removed then replacing them. Then had to get community bank to take the pending purchases off. Then this man named michael said he would fix all of it and give us free shipping. When he couldn't he said sorry call the executive line. Seriously?
ordering a product
So I called hsn because I accidently canceled an order. I speak with Mary who was very effing rude. She rushed me off the phone, says to me, "well refresh the page or log back in and out I don't know" in the rudest way ever. Customer service is supposed to be better then how she spoke to me this morning. Before anyone ever makes a purchase she's suppose to verify the amount being charged to my card first and I say yes or no, she didn't do that and I was charged more then my original purchase. express buy button changes my apt number
Whenever I use the express buy button for an item my apartment number is changed from1402 to 1. The post office will not deliver the item to me as there are 500 units in my development. HSN unfriendly customer service reps are unable to change the apartment number address on the items that are waitlisted? Wow...that is something! Now I can kiss those items goodbye because they are sold out and cannot be reordered. For the items that shipped, I am being told to contact the shipping company myself to have the issue corrected. I can assure you that I do not have two to three hours to spare on hold waiting for a postal service rep to tell me that the package cannot be changed. Is that even my responsibility when HSN was at fault for a system issue? Now I am in a situation where I have packages that cannot be delivered to me and who knows if I will get a credit for the item? HSN certainly won't credit me for the items unless they make it back to HSN. Last time USPS lost a package, I was told by HSN that it was my responsibility as the receiver to eat the cost because the post office says they delivered it. I asked the service rep if they would pay for something they did not receive...hello?
false advertising
HSN sells lifetime tech support as part of con to get you to buy. However my laptop's operating system needed the disc or key & Support said no. First HSN could not find the order. When I faxed their confirmation to me they added it to record for tech support to talk to me. The $700 HP Pavilion laptop I purchased gave me an error message saying it needed the Window's disc or key to boot. The laptop did not come with a key or disc it was preloaded. Tech support said they could only help me within the first 30 days. When did lifetime support become 30 days? They tried their best to rush me off the phone and over to Microsoft, and when I asked what should I tell Microsoft when they asked for $130 for a new operating system the supervisor hung up!
poor quality of products and no help from customer service agents
HSN does not stand by their products, I bought a Sevilla bracelet and 6 weeks later it broke. Emailed them, no acknowledgement of my email. Then I spoke to someone on chat, get this, there is no contact for the company who makes ahe bracelet and they have a 30 return or exchange policy so it the crap you bought breaks on the 31st day you are Sofl ([censor] out of luck). Way to go HSN. You have now lost several customers.
fraud activity and poor unprofessional service
I am writing in reference to an online order. I ordered a Laptop in 2017! Unfortunately, I never received the package. HSN did their investigation and determined that the Laptop had been delivered successfully by UPS.
There is no question that someone else stole the package off my Porch. Maybe the UPS worker kept the laptop. I really don't think it's fair, that I should pay for something that I NEVER received. Being a loyal customer really don't mean much with HSN...SAD!

Yes hello my name is Jessica Thomas and I used to be a customer of HSN until they got upset because I was returning items that I did not like it is my right and my way that if something doesn't fit with what I like I return it. But the problem was deploying to a country of origin because I'm a combat veteran some of the things had to be returned because I wouldn't have been able to enjoy them because I was deployed. And I was busy caregiving for my mother sister and brother so I wasn't able to enjoy some of the things that I bought from HSN. But I should not be discriminated against because I was having issues or deploying or whatever it isn't fair. And I don't appreciate the way some of your customer service Personnel were speaking to me they were very nasty and disrespectful. My account should be reinstated with no problem. You need to have a new class on customer service relations with some of your customer service Personnel some of them are very nasty and disrespectful and I will not take it as a combat veteran who served this country and make sure that you were safe.

hp windows 10 with vipre plus
Hello, I purchased the HP windows ten with the vipre plus and to my own neglect I did not look at my bill for this purchase. When buying this computer it was supposed to come with the Vipre security for a life time of security, and it came free with the purchase of the lab top computer. Like I said; through my own neglect I did not check my billing statement as I purchased it through my credit card of 6 payments. I am complaining about being charged $17.99 per month for this Vipre system, when It was supposed to come free with the computer. I have given HSN my business a few times... I bought my last computer through the HSN with a life time of tech. support and have been happy with it... just had to call the service a few times.. but all in all I am still using this computer more than the new one as I am used to it. But, now I feel that the company is starting to use a very, very, bad practice of lying to their customers. I will difinitely think twice now if I want to purchase any other HSN products as me being lied to about the Vipre security service being free. I would like it if HSN would refund me my monies of this product as it was supposed to be free!
