HSN Eccoflow River 600

I ordered the eccoflow River 600 order # [protected] on sunday June 13th. Infomercial stated item came with an extra battery all for $299. I then received an email after I placed my order & my card charged for the purchase that I would not be receiving the extra battery, that the infomercial was in error stating that their would be an extra battery. Main reason I was attracted to this item was that it included the extra battery. Any help would be appreciated in helping me obtain what I ordered.

Desired outcome: Eccoflow River 600 & battery I ordered for the price I paid

HSN Couldn't charge credit card, maybe I'm lucky I was spared

My 71 year old mother wanted to order something from their television broadcast. I've warned her again and again not to order things by phone because you get no order number, tracking number, etc. But she was determined!

The rep couldn't charge her card.

This is a brand new card that she just got a couple weeks ago (she has had fraud on her account multiple times because she keeps giving card info to random people. This is neither here nor there, just some background).

She has never had a card with this number before (they tried giving that excuse and it's clearly not true). She gave them the correct information. They couldn't charge it.

I sighed, and said I'd do the order online.

They can't charge the card online, either. What the blip?!

We call her bank. And the bank rep tries desperately to explain HSN's... shall we say, unique, policies?

Evidently. HSN. Tried charging. A card. From years ago. Instead. Of the one. My mother. Just gave them.

What. Is. Going. On.

I got on the phone with the bank, because what she was saying made no sense. This is a brand new card, I opened a brand new HSN account. There IS no card on file with the account I JUST OPENED ten minutes ago. How can they charge the card on file when there is no damn card on file? I ASK YOU.

The bank rep explained that it doesn't matter that there is no card on file with this account. HSN is determined to charge this random card that hasn't existed in years and years, because... of my mother's name? Her shipping address? The alignment of the planets? I DON'T KNOW.

I asked the bank, "But why are they trying to charge an ancient card from last decade, with an expiration date of 6/21 (as she explained to me) when my mother JUST GAVE THEM THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR HER CURRENT CARD?"

The poor, poor bank rep, answered, "I don't have that information."

So, here's the extra fun part. I decided to give HSN one last chance, and I used the account I just made to order an item. I input my own address, name, phone number, and my own debit card. I am not my mother. I have never had an HSN account. There shouldn't be a problem, right?

Yes. There is. They aren't able to confirm my contact details. What does that even mean?

I honestly give up. Do they actually want my money? Because this isn't the way to get it.

Dude. I ended up buying the same item from some rando on Poshmark and this random person, who is not representing a business, did a far better job than this large corporation.

Avoid HSN. Dear god, I wish I had. I hope, at least, my poor mother learned something.

I had the EXACT same thing, 2 dAYS AGO. First it said (6 times I tried under my name and my husband's) Said it culd not SAVE my details..? Finally it did, then it said it could not accept my card...which I use all the time and the card is from a Major Bank and is in Excellent Standing..I have a Fico score of over 800 and what the hay...the can't accept my card now? Tried my husbands card, also in good standing, same thing...they have serious issues over there..incompetant people is my guess ! I give up.

Please see attached pictures of the two Berry White Hydrangea that I received two days ago. They are horrible and dying. I been maintaining my garden for over 65 years and never experienced being delivered such horrible plants. There are wilted, dead, and look horrible. either refund my money or send two healthy plants. Also I still did nor receive my 4 piece Mini Roses plants or the Hot Lily and Soft Lily. I am very surprised that reputable company as HSN would permit you vendors to distribute such inferior products.
Very discouraging for future purchases from HSN.

HSN Return of merchandise

I purchased several pairs of pants before the pandemic in March 2020. I lost my job and completely forgot about the order. I recently sent them back but was told it was over 30 days and they returned them to me. You would think in these troubled times they would be more compassionate and understanding but they aren't. I never have this problem with other companies. I was totally disgusted and will never order from them again. HSN you lost a customer and I will make sure to make others aware of their horrible customer service.

HSN Bose system got cancellation for no reason

I ordered a radio and got a cancellation email this morning I called customer service they were not apologetic at all and they refused to tell me why my item was canceled and so they had to close my account permanently this is not only ridiculous but for the fraud department not to explain the reason why your account is canceled is very unprofessional I will not be ever doing business with this company again

Desired outcome: Customer Service needs to apologize and be more courteous and also explain why an order is canceled

I pre ordered my Bose on March 7 got canceled March 20 called HSN they said Bose canceled order and a rep from Bose would call me this week. HSN said I was the third caller that morning that called in with the same problem. We will see what happens.

HSN Saf T grip red fry pans

Purchased 2ea Sur T Grip ceramic non stick fry pans in red on 11-11-2020 at HSN. These fry pans are a fraud. You are unable to remove all that sticks even when using pam. HSN refers you to the manufacturer about 2 year warranty but unable to contact Halex holdings for warranty. If HSN sells they must provide the warranty, period.

HSN HSN automatically alters shipping address

My account shows a shipping address similar to "1234 State St #789". Our home is at 1234 State St, but we get our mail at PO Box 789. The post office told us to do it this way because they know they don't deliver to that street address, but the "#789 part reminds them to try to match the name with that PO Box number. WE DO THIS FOR EVERY ONLINE RETAILER INCLUDING QVC AND IT WORKS FOR EVERY ONE OF THEM, BUT NOT HSN. When I place an order on HSN, the "place order" screen shows the correct shipping address, but after I confirm the order, HSN strips off the #189 part. We call a customer service rep who puts the "#789" back on the shipping address, only to have HSN strip it off again on the next order. Then HSN ships the package UPS SurePost where the post office is supposed to make the final delivery step. But when the post office receives the package without "#789" on it, they don't know what to do with it, so they return it as undeliverable. NO OTHER RETAILER DOES THIS. WHY CAN'T HSN GET IT RIGHT?

Desired outcome: Stop changing my delivery address

my wife ordered a shark vac. over a month ago, and today we received a package thinking it was the vac. but to our surprise it was a paper shredder that we did not order. we do not want the vac. or shredder and do not want to be charged for the vac. or shredder. hell of a way to run a company from now on we will use QVC

HSN Return of product

I ordered an Amazon Echo & additional plug from HSN.
I received the order in 2 deliveries.
Each order had a return label. And since HSN always has a return policy I was not concerned. When because it was too difficult for me to install, I opted to return with the enclosed label.
My postman just informed me I must pay postage.
When I called HSN I was told that they have several companies where I must pay not only to receive but also return the item I am 93 and have no way to figure postage.
I am VERY disappointed that HSN doesn't alert you when you order.

I closed my HSN card account and settled through a debt consolidation company and have paid the settled amount back. So why is a collection agency trying to get money on something that has been paid and closed?

HSN Order a Computer

On July 7, 2020 HSN advertised a computer on TV.
I use my Credit Card, HSN said the card didn't have money it was
declined. I use the second Credit Card, same thing no money decline. When my Credit Card statement arrived I notice HSN charge my Card $13.51, I call my Credit Card Company they said to talk to HSN and address my complaint, I did made HSN aware that I did not make a purchase as I was told by HSN my Credit Cards ware denied.
On August 7, 2020 another unauthorized charge to the same credit for card for $13.00 dollars.
HSN knew from the start that both Cards ware denied and yet charge and commit FRAUD UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY
CREDIT CARDS.

HSN Pureland 10-count 10 oz. Black angus ny strip steaks

I purchased Pureland 10-count 10 oz. Black Angus NY Strip Steaks and froze them. I got them out for a dinner party yesterday and they were awful and I was very embarrassed. I would like to know how I go about getting a refund or credit. When looking at the Reviews I see that I was not the only one that dislike these steaks. They have a two star total rating and 64 one star Ratings with comments. HSN said I was over the 60 days yet they tell you they can be frozen for six months.

HSN Samsung galaxy a10e 5.83" 32gb tracfone w/1500 min/test/data blue marble

I purchased the tracfone over memorial day weekend. The phone arrived during the next week. I was told I had 90-days to return. When I received the phone it didn't have a charger in the package. I called and was told I could have $20.00 taken off my bill or I could go to the store and purchase a charger or I could have a charger sent to me. I said I would go to the store and get one. The phone had minutes, test and date to put on the phone. The phone has a year before the minutes and texts are up. The data ran out very fast. I called to return the phone and was told I was over the 90-days, the the 90-days starts from the day of purchase. I was not told that at the time I ordered the phone. I think it is unfair that they will not take the phone back and return my money. I have purchased a lot of items on hsn (home shopping network) and have never has a problem until now. I will be very careful if I ever buy anything again at hsn.

My data ran out with a trac phone, I am a long time trac phone user but since two years ago, the satisfaction has gone to zero, the customer service do not know what they are doing and then you left with the problem. I had a trac phone three years ago and was new, I went to do internet and nothing happened, so I called the customer service they said I needed to purchase date minutes, I said it's impossible, I used it so infrequently it can't be used up already in a few weeks. they don't want to hear anything they are like parrots repeating "you need to buy data minutes, I never used the data and then bought another phone the following year where the customer service man tried to bring over my phone number to a new trac phone and deleted all three, free 1,500 minutes and I got the parrot again, you need to buy minutes, NEVER AGAIN.

HSN Refused my $ on a purchase - 706-718-9913

To Whom It May Concern,

I am 52 years old and have my own business and work full time. I recently relocated to Miami, FL from Columbus, GA. My new job requires for me to have a better, faster laptop to do my work. I sold my home on July 15, 2020 - My address - 10 Adams Park Ct, Columbus, GA 31909. I have made purchases from multiple companies with no problem until I placed an order with HSN. My order was cancelled because they could not deliver to a hotel. I spoke with someone in the verification department and they suggested for me to contact a family member to have it shipped there. I did and re-order the items, again I could not order it. I called back and the verification department said that they could only shipped to my billing address (I do not live there anymore). I proceeded to call my bank to ensure that my billing address match my transaction on any purchases. I called back to inform HSN of my actions to be able to order the items. Customer Service was great, however once I called the verification department to present my case, the person was not going to hear me out, so she placed my on hold to apparently ask whoever put the restriction on my account. Mind you, I told them that I sold my house I do not live there any more. So, I asked to speak with the manager, she insisted multiple times that there was nothing she could do or the manager could do and it was a final decision. Again, I proceeded to ask for a protocol of who to contact if I was not satisfied with the decision and she cut me off and transferred to customer service. Unbelievable! This is not even close to customer service, I would have discipline her if one of my employees ever acted this way. I asked customer service if there was a way for me to make my compliant known. I'm a Director and know that sometime one can have a bad apple or apples in the mist of a great company. She proceeded to give me a physical address - P.O. Box 9090 Clearwater, FL 33758 for me to write (Are we in the 1980's?). We are in the 21st century with advance technologies and this is what you give customers when they are frustrated. I recommend a more user friendly way of allowing your customer share their experiences. Please listen to the recording, I was willing to verify who I was, conference my bank that monies where there $5000 and that I am who I said I was. I was treated like a potential fraud and this is why I am writing to you. It is unacceptable for any paying customer to feel this way. If I do not hear from you, let this serve as a coaching opportunity for those involved. In the COVID-19 era, everyone deserved a good experience while shopping. The items that I was interested below: If you want to save a customer, I will give you this week, otherwise not only will you lose me but I will recommend to my network and will put this experience as a lesson in my business of how a global company treats their customers.

HSN Pureland meat company (10) sny strip steaks

A couple of weeks ago, when I saw your presentation for the 10 NY strip steaks, I called and ordered them thinking they would great for Memorial Day. Yesterday I prepared the 10 steaks($129.00) for 9 of my guests. I should have been wary when I first opened them and saw that they were much thinner than the ones showcased on HSN. They were advertised as aged steak. Well I have had aged steak and the ones that were sent, were not aged beef. That would not have even been a problem if they had not had gristle and were extremely tough. We followed the directions perfectly and even cooked them a little less because they were so thin. When I tell you they were so tough, that my steak knives would not even cut through them and when I did get a bite size piece, I had to spit it out because it was not chewable. All but one(which we gave to the dog) went into the trash. I was mortified since I had lots of side dishes but no other entree. We had no choice but to order out for our guests. Please let me know how HSN handles problems like mine.

HSN Perlier 3 piece gift set.

When I called cust. Svc. This morning too complain about the product I received last night. I didn't have a chance to open product till this a.m., As l opened pkg
The body wash pump was broken and leaking into the box and packing slip. The shea butter lotion also, leaked into the pkg leaving container half empty the only product not ruined was the hand lotion. All I want is a full refund not $5.00, per cost rep. Pkg was completely ruined and I checked into the trash can so
It would be taken out today. The smell was not pleasant. If I'm going to be treated as it's my fault you've lost a loyal customer.

HSN Discriminating behavior by HSN employee

To whom it may concern,

I am adding further complaint to your employee by the name of Bryon Vence. I have cut communication with this indivual after my recent relocation to Clearwater in Feburary 2020. After specifically giving him details that I no longer wish to communicate or engage in any drug activity with him, he continued to contact my phone on May 3rd 2020 at 11:29am.

I am concerned & I feel threatened by this invidual after his threats & descrimintive gestures of his affiliation with higher authority figures & 15 years of firearm experience. He has expressed several resentments toward me of his own plans of roommating together, my past criminal record & his continuing drug use. At this point I am unsure of what other legal actions to take regarding this situation. If he continues to contact me I will consider filing a restraining order if no disciplinary action is taken.

HSN Employee

An HSN employee by the of Bryon Vence is known for increasingly abusing his position of authority. He has been known to display pedophiliac behavior in the past & was even fired from his job in 2007 for sneaking a 16 year old girl in to his place of work on his day off. He is also known to display severe acts of discrimination as well as excessive drug use. He now alligns himself with police officers to threaten his way in public society & to further abuse his position of authority. I recently moved back in to town after a 13 year period when he proceeded to contact me for a breif lunch. He then displayed past resentments over his personal plans to roommate, his ex girlsfriend & supposed drug recovery. He then proceeded with indimidating gestures of him being affiliated with police officers & his 15 years of firearm experience. I have worked in healthcare with mentally ill vetetrans & I am fully aware of what psychosis or diminished memory cells look like. His diolated pupils, weight loss, increased temper, memory loss & euphoria seem to be from an excessive use of cocain or other opioids. This man is mentally unstable & continues to display pedophiliac behavior by reminiscing of his past neighbors that were still in high school. I personally feel threatened by Bryon Vence's inability to recover from drug use & I fear that it will have negative results in his personal, public & professional life.

HSN Terrible customer service

I ordered my high school senior 2020 an apple macbook air while the show was running sun 3/29 (plenty in stock), received a call on tues 3/31 to confirm my order, to only receive an email today sat 4/4 that my order had been cancelled due to their processing error and no more items were in stock. They offered nothing to compensate for their error only a measly i'm sorry. So not only has my daughter had her entire senior year cancelled due to covid19, but now she has had her graduation gift cancelled due to hsn's incompetence of handling my order; terrible customer service.

HSN ultrex cookware

Purchased lots of Ultrex cookware from HSN during TV sales. My cookware is suppose to be backed by a 55-year warranty. However, the interior is peeling in the pans, making them unusable. Have tried to locate a place to return them for replacement... without sucess.

Please include me in any class action suit, as HSN sold this crap under false representation to consumers/purchasers.
