misleading advertising/pricing
We thought we treat our girls to a sweet treat this evening so without a thought we headed for Hungry Jack's, Mango Hill as we generally favour this store.
I ordered 2 Medium Delux Oreo Thick Shakes, priced at $3.50 each on the order board and a Medium Coffee priced @ $2.00, when I arrived at the window the young girl asked for $11, I questioned her as the sum did not equate. She proceeded to tell me that the price of the shakes was $4.50 each, I told her that the order board read $3.50 each. She went on to inform me that they are $4.50 each after looking at the screen again, I went on to tell her that the price board was $3.50 each and she asked if I would like to speak to the manager, I agreed. After watching another worker walk out to check the board then come over to look at the order screen before telling me that she will get the manager I finally saw the manager, she walked to the order screen, had a look and told me the shakes are $4.50 each I explained again to her that the order board read that they are $3.50 each she then questioned what I was saying & said she would go check the board, at this point the worker that had gone to check the board confirmed what I was saying and I was still refused the advertised price and told that it was priced wrong. The manger ask did I want them & I told her no thanks. After being questioned & what I felt was somewhat rudely dealt with we took our business to McDonald's this evening.
While I understand mistakes can be made everyday & this woman may have been having a bad day, her position I would think requires a bit better customer service & courtesy.
I made the conscious effort to take a photo as evidence as this is misleading advertising that ultimately resulted in my treatment this evening by your staff.

Suffered pretty bad food poisoning after eating here last night (12 sep 19). Never had a problem before. Was definitely this meal as all other foods I ate yesterday I shared with other people who have no adverse reactions.
Been driving the porcelain bus at both ends for the last 16 hours. Maybe check out the cleaning set up they have?
I'll probably go again but this definitely has not been my finest 16 hours.
For interest I ordered the whopper hunger buster with the cowboy whopper. To add further insult to injury they also forgot my plum bbq sauce.

I went to heatherbrea hungry jacks. Had a shake and win app. Waited at the drive through for a very long time, at the speaker I told the crew that I had under 10 minutes of time left to redeem they said to drive to the next window. I watched cars sit in the lane until meals where made then drive off one by one by the time I go there it had expired the manager said he couldn't help me and said it wasn't his problem that the app gives enough time to redeem. As I love hungry jacks and used to work at the kotara branch as a child (first job) I was very upset asked if he could do anything and he said no would I like to order anything else ! I believe this is terrible service and honestly the worst experience I've had at any of the stores I've ever visited. grilled chicken burger
Hi, each time I go to hungry jack's redbank plains town square the food quality or avaialbity is poor. Especially towards the new grilled chicken patties. I was advised that the new patties were supposed to last longer. However, each time I get 1 from redbank plains in particular the chicken is either over or under cooked (burnt or no grill marks at all) and most of the time unbeatable as the chicken is cold, tough, hard and when you try bite it the whole chicken piece wants to come out. For e.G. Last night I got a grilled chicken burger with extra sauce... The sauce was put on that much that the bun was soggy and chicken sliding out of the bun but if u don't get extra sauce there is the smallest amount that doesn't even cover the pattie. The pattie was also undercooked. Tonight I thought I would try my luck (I love the grilled chicken when I get a good 1) and tonight the patties was over cooked, hard, and dry as like it had been sitting there. On the wrapper it said it was made at 30 past the hr and I got went through drive thru at 8. The chips were also cold with no salt. The reason I write this is because the meals are not cheap and then you get bad quality. I don't have as many problems if I go elsewhere. Also, when I try to ring them about the meal, the phone is engaged... The drive thru is also a ridiculous wait.. They don't seem to park cars if they are waiting an order.. That might be why thermal is horrible by the time you get it

I am complaining about the service and the product
i went through drive thru and the lady that served me was very polite . i received cold fries and no egg on my Aussie burger i went in to get my fries replaced. i asked for fresh chips as these were cold and a smart arse from the back of the kitchen replied what she talking about they are fresh to which i replied ya smart arse i wouldn't have came in if they were. so the girl at the front requested to put on fresh ones and the guys at the back were mucking around she had to ask a few times to put them on and then i replied yes as my burgers were getting cold and i didn't pay 28 dollars for a cold dinner. I am sure they were just trying to piss me off and which they have i will never go through there again and i will make sure i will contact the manager of the store as well Dalby is a small town and word gets around very fast no wonder no one likes the store there i agree the service and quality of the products is very unacceptable.
pricing that varies from store to store
I often buy just a Bacon Delux Burger without a meal deal, for some time now i notice a difference in pricing as it would seem each store can charge as it wish, this is not what i would expect from a company with many outlets.
If im being overcharged on just 1 burger than how many thousands of other people are also being robbed and not realize it.

We went to visit our devonport store which we had a 20 min drive to get there .the store was out of beef so we were limited to only chicken products this limited what was on offer to next to nothing that we drove all that way for .i would think that such a big food chain would be able to provide a better service as we were unable to feed the family we had to return home another 20 mins with nothing .this is simply not good enough

I am absolutely appalled with the service I received last night 22/8/2019 at approx 10pm at Hungry Jacks Strathpine. I am a regular customer as I work local and often call in on my way home from my late shift on a Thursday night for a bite to eat for dinner. Tonight I ordered my usual grilled chicken bacon cheese meal with no tomato. Prior to this evening, my last two visits I have ordered the same and arrived home to find tomato on my burger. I understand that mistakes can happen so I didn't bother reporting it even though it was frustrating especially the second time. I just peeled the tomato off and finished what I could. Obviously it was not enjoyable after this but I ate it because I was hungry, it was late and I had already arrived home. Tonight I specifically stated that I did not want tomato on my burger then repeated my request again once the order was read back to me. I received my order in a timely fashion but decided to check my order before driving away. I saw that there was a line through the tomato on my wrapper so I drove away feeling impressed that they'd finally got my order right. That was until I got a little further up the road and unwrapped my burger and had a bite. I had bitten into a big chunk of tomato! I couldn't actually believe that it had happened again! THREE VISITS IN A ROW! I turned my car around and went back through the drive through to rectify the problem. After I had spoken to the young girl who served me she told me to drive forward. As I passed the first window, I saw a manager (lady with medium/short blonde hair) leaning against the wall laughing. Coincidence? Perhaps? But I believe she was having a giggle about my complaint. Even if it was completely unrelated it doesn't look professional for employees especially that of management to behave in such a sloppy fashion. When I arrived at the window the young girl that originally took my order informed me that another burger was on it's way. I asked for some fresh fries also as I had to spit my bite of tomato back into the bag. She asked that I hand over the bag, I explained that there was regurgitated tomato in it then she looked at me dumbfounded and took the bag and handed it over to another one of her managers who took it and inspected it. By this point I was beyond frustrated and asked for my money to be refunded. Apparently it takes two managers and the young girl on the register to refund a very basic order. This is an extremely poor reflection of the training that has been undertaken by the evidently incompetent staff at the Strathpine store. Not once during my this entire mishap was I greeted with a friendly face or received an apology. It was in fact a rather hostile experience. Needless to say I will not be returning to Hungry Jacks Strathpine again. I will also endeavor to warn my friends and family about the pathetic excuse of customer service that I received. The whole situation has left a foul taste in my mouth and not just the tomato.

I love my Double Whopper with Cheese meals, but, whenever I order one I get annoyed that it is just slapped together without any care. When l pick it up to eat it, everything falls out of the bun. I expect to be able to enjoy eating it in my hands, not with a Knife and Fork. The young kids are trained how to construct the meals, but, then no care is given to quality.

Walked into hungry jacks at Alexandra Hill 4161 ordered our meal I chose a table and sat down as it was busy.
Kids went to play on the play ground as I sat down I heard my number called then it was yelled then as I got up The manager looked at me and said I'd it you is it you are you 212 as I walked up she continued to be aggravated with me I asked who do you think you are speaking to she said next time just answer your number! I said excuse me I am the customer you can not speak to customers like that she replied if you answered I would not have to be having this concussion I could not believe my ears I was disgusted and asked for her name she said Alex. I took my order to my table an a part of my order was not pack which I understand can happen from time to time but as I stood there she ignored me. I said excuses me she yelled WHAT I said our nuggets were not in the order she changed her tune after I started recording. managers verbal assault
I attended the Alexandra Hills Hungry Jacks on today's date, 6th August 2019 between 6:00pm to roughly 6:20pm.
Upon arrival that the service desk a voice was heard verbally abusing staff, upon seeing the lady I recognise her as a Manager from previous attendances to the restaurant. From what I could hear it was in regards to a girl named Amanda and a Cheeseburger that was missed from an order or changed to another burger.
The voice was loud and abrupt, things were thrown around in the area where the Manager was standing. I heard the lady calling Amanda an idiot and stating that no one else made a mistake only Amanda the idiot.
The demeanour of the lady was terrible and I was disgusted to see a young worker treated in such a way. The Manager then came out to talk to another worker and was strutting around like a show off and laughing about the conflict. She apologies to a lady but upon checking her tag, she was not Amanda.

My name is Ranjodh Singh I went to hungry jacks store Springvale around 9:40pm on 04/08/2019. I ordered 2 veggie small meal on voucher. I told to the crew pls don't put mayonnaise and cheese in the burger and make it fresh because I am vegetarian person, Even I was in the car I park my car and went inside the store to make a clear or because I was not in the rush that I went through(drive through). I tell to the crew 2-3 time pls make it fresh I am happy to wait. When I got the food I came home, my house is just 3-4 drive from the hungry jacks, when I check the burger it's not fresh and they put mayonnaise and cheese in the burger, I want totally upset, it's not the first time thing happend to me it happend before as well but I don't have the bill, this time I keep the bill, It's was totally discussing, I want my full refund back, as I request again and again for the fresh meal, but they don't give fresh, I never went to this store again in my life, totally worst service, just need my refund thanks
